Brad Pitt And The Skipper Too
Brad Pitt rode the “Red Hooker” and enjoyed a beer and ciggy stick in the Virgin Islands earlier this week, on break from filming The Case of Benjamin Button co-starting Cate Blanchett. More pictures of baby Zahara playing on the beach with her nanny and bodyguard after the jump!
Here are some select quotes from Angelina Jolie’s interview with Elle UK:
- On looking for the right somebody: “I wanted was to find somebody who, first and foremost, was a great father, because I was already a parent.”
- On Brad being amazing: “We came together because we’re similar. He’s a really amazing father - he didn’t just become that around me. He’s a thoughtful, intelligent man.”
- On Maddox, Zahara, and Shiloh: “The world has this opinion about the difference, then you wonder if there is a difference. In fact I found the opposite. I think I feel so much more for Madd and Zee because they’re survivors, they came through so much. In some way they’re strangers because they had this life before me. Shiloh seemed so privileged from the moment she was born, I have less inclination to feel for her. I have to do the opposite from what I expected! I met my other kids when they were six months, they came with a personality. A newborn really is this… blob! But now she’s starting to have a personality. The three of them are very funny together, very loud and in each other’s faces. She’s grown up with Zee screaming in her face in the morning! But, yes, I’m conscious that I have to make sure I don’t ignore her needs, just because I think the others are more vulnerable.”
- On the kids rebelling one day: “We were trying to figure out how because we shoot guns in movies, we have motorbikes and planes, and mummy’s covered in tattoos. All that’s left for them to do is to become Mormons.”

We have see for ourselves from even this distance Maddox and Zahara’s personalities, how much more she must be affected by them.
When Shiloh evolves into her own place in that family, Angelina will have more to say about her.
Until then, can you please control yourselve’s and refrain from making ugly judgements against her based on an interview that may or may not be true!

Earlier on the thread, someone posted a suspect article about BAMZS and 90+ pieces of luggage, their staff, etc., implying that their living in the lap of luxury. It’s curious… are they implying that Brad and Angelina are hypocrites because they are enjoying the luxuries that they earned? So anyone who contributes to a particular cause have to adopt the lifestyle of the ones that they want to help?
Well, I guess that celebs like Harry Connick Jr., Oprah, the Marseillus’s etc. better hire a wrecking crew, demolish their homes, and move to a location that they are unfamiliar with in order for their actions can be construed as genuine and authentic.

I said this the other day on the first post that JJ had about him and Cate filming in the USVI. I knew if they were at Caneel they would be in Cottage 7 which was the private bungalow that the Rockefeller’s stayed in at the resort. It is completely private and separate from the rest of the guest accomodations on the resort. We went there on our honeymoon and it truly was a magical, intoxicating, romantic place. It is lit up at night with torches and the cottage they are in overlooks the ocean on Scott Beach. We stayed in one of the ocean front rooms on Scott Beach and at the far end you could see the stairs leading down from the cottage to the beach. We stayed in room 70 and in the beginning part of our stay every time we gave someone our room number they always questioned us if we said 7-D or 70. After a day or two of that we finally asked and found out about Cottage 7 and how the rooms are 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D & 7E. The whole resort has 7 private beaches that are not open to the public so when you are there you feel like you are the only person there.
I can only imagine those two there, and I can believe every word the post said. It must have been a very romantic and special way to spend New Year’s and I’m sure Maddox and Zee as we have seen had a ball. We desperately want to be able to take our girls there someday.
Every time I think about our honeymoon I want to cry because it truly was the most magical special place I’ve ever been to.
