God Never Grew Tired of Brad & Angie

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie looked the perfect pair at the premiere of God Grew Tired of Us at the Pacific Design Center earlier tonight in West Hollywood, Calif. The film is about four boys from Sudan who embark on a journey to America after years of wandering Sub-Saharan Africa in search of safety.

God Grew Tired of Us was directed by Christopher Dillon Quinn and Tommy Walker and narrated by Nicole Kidman. Brad also took on the role of executive producer with his Plan B Productions. The film opens in limited release this Friday, Jan. 12.

Afternoon all. Just wondering, is this thread going to be a continuum of the last few others meaning, the vollying back and forth of the hater/lover silliness? Is it really important, beneficial, or serving any purpose to react, sink to ugly levels, and bait?
I mean it’s not like they stop because they’ve been acknowledged right? Note that I’m not telling anyone what to do, nor suggesting what they should or shouldn’t do, I simply put the questions out there basically to say how all this craziness saps little by little the enjoyment of coming here. It reduces the pleasure of being here.

It’s one thing to engage in grownup debates with others, and there have been plenty of times that intelligent discourse has occurred between people from both sides of the aisle, but this childish back and forth bull is a turnoff and a big reason alot of people aren’t around as much, or at all anymore.

Jared banning people means nothing if we cant respect that everyone who isn’t speaking in glowing terms is somehow the enemy. This is not a website. This is a blog, and although Jolie-Pitt threads are generally visited by those who support them, it is the exception and not the rule, and although some post are begging for a response, not all are and so some responsibility for the disruptive atmosphere has to be accepted as not always coming from non fans.

For those posters that ARE obviously here for no other reason than getting a rise from others, yeah, the temptation to react reaches out like hands grabbing you and directing your every keystroke to let go on that poster, and yeah, it’s seriously catharic cyber smacking them down and scurrying away in defeat, but they only go away long enough to pick a new name and then it’s back to square one. It’s just become a tired cycle, and I’m dizzy. JMHO

I’m sorry to say this in front of all the BAMZS (is that right?) fans, but it’s the truth:

There’s no “happiness” on Brad’s face in these pictures. He looks pretty bored. Only Angie looks happy and in love.

These pics were posted at a pretty bad time, I’d say: after those that had appeared here of Brad and Nicole. Terrible timing. It all make Brad’s “emotional state” obvious.

I am so glad for angelina to have found a man like brad. who is capable of making things hppened with such compassion. I have always loved Africa and an avid supporter of MSF and that’s how I become interested in this couple esp. of angelina and her fight for the refugees plight. Long post? HA! Not even lol. I agree with pretty much everything you say. This has been a seriously informative, educational, eye opening past few years where the plight of so many living in hell on earth are concerned. I was reading earlier today about Mia Farrow’s photography book being released about her trips to Darfur. The pictures are said to be some of the most horrible proof of what the women children and men are being faced with daily by the janjaweed militia. On the year in film, there just have been so many amazing ones it’s going to be a task for the Oscars. BLOOD DIAMOND, and CATCH A FIRE are also two others, and especially BD.

Gawd, I am so glad someone else said it also. For years Brad was pictured as the golden goody goody boy. But if you looked at the movies he made, and some of his still shots you saw something entirely different. Underneath all of that goodiness was a kinky bad boy trying to get out. Now he can be himself with a woman who has realized who she was for years. They are truly hot.

Gawd, one night receiving an award for acting. The next night attending a premiere for producing. Does it get any better for the BAMZSers? Those pictures are beautiful. Especially the ones on pittimpressions. This is not fake folks. This is real. I am overwhelmed.
