- On living in New Orleans to film “Benjamin Button”: “I do like it there. It’s one of our most unique cities and it certainly needs some help right now. I know it will do fine, and the people are just fantastic.”
- Brad on his film “Babel”: “I love the undercurrent of this film, and that is the inability, sometimes, to understand where the other side is coming from.”
- On “Babel” being honored at PSFF: “For us, it’s about the ensemble award. Given the international nature of our cast, it’s a really nice honor.”

Someone probably misquoted her and changed the words all around. That does happen alot. They get birthdays messed up with names and holidays.etc….sometimes rag mags are plain dumb

Thanks for the information about HBO showing The Making of M&MSmith at the old thread. I always liked seeing that. Especially the part where they were learning to shoot — too bad they cut the part where Brad put his arm around Angelina’s neck — I saw it once on youtube and then never saw it again.
De Niro Film to Be Shown at Berlin Fest
New movies from Robert De Niro and Steven Soderbergh are among the first chosen for competition at this year’s Berlin International Film Festival.
The festival, which runs Feb. 8-18, will feature De Niro’s “The Good Shepherd,” a tale about the earliest days of the CIA and a fictionalized agent, played by Matt Damon. De Niro also directed 1993’s “A Bronx Tale.”
