Brad Pitt Back to Being Benji Button
Brad Pitt is back filming The Case of Benjamin Button! He was spotted earlier today on the streets of New Orleans filming scenes in a nearly unrecognizable costume. Is that really him? Why yes, yes it is.
Pictured in this entry: Some old pictures of Brad Pitt in L.A. late last month supposedly “waiting patiently at his office for a look at some artwork painted by one of his friends.” Hawt.

Grrrrreat Post!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yet another truce agreement, which means there hasn’t been a peace in Darfur, Sudan yet, which means Brad was right. Here is an article from the LA Times today.
Sudan, Darfur rebels agree on truce
From Reuters
January 11, 2007
KHARTOUM, SUDAN — Sudan’s government and Darfur rebels have agreed to a 60-day cease-fire and a peace summit sponsored by the African Union and the United Nations as steps toward stopping the violence in western Sudan, visiting New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson said Wednesday.
Sudan also agreed to let foreign journalists visit Darfur after a two-month ban and to remove a requirement for exit visas for humanitarian workers, one of the biggest obstacles to the world’s largest aid operation.
Sudan’s president, Omar Hassan Ahmed Bashir, “agreed to the start of a peace process that includes a 60-day cessation of hostilities,” Richardson said.
The African Union-U.N. peace summit is to be held no later than March 15.
Richardson said the rebel commanders he met in Darfur had agreed to the cease-fire, which would begin on a date to be set by the U.N. and the African Union, which are jointly mediating Darfur peace efforts.
A statement by the Sudanese government and Richardson said Sudan would not use military aircraft painted white, a color usually reserved for humanitarian groups, and that Darfur rebel commanders could safely call for a conference in the field to be monitored by the African Union and the U.N.
Experts estimate more than 200,000 people have been killed and an additional 2.5 million displaced since mostly non-Arab rebels in Darfur took up arms in early 2003, accusing the government of neglect. Khartoum rejects Washington’s description of the violence by pro-government forces as genocide.
African Union forces have been unable to stem the violence, but Sudan rejects a Security Council resolution authorizing U.N. peacekeepers to take over the mission in Darfur.
Hi, I’m new here and I love this site. It’s fast and updated. I am an avid fan of Angelina only at first, but when her and Brad became a couple I’m hook for both of them and now the entire family. They are the embodiment of a movie star, because of their fanstastic looks, beside being versatile actress and actor and at the same time, down to earth people As regular people, they are sensitive human being, at least, that’s the way I perceived them through their interviews. They don’t maligned other people or colleagues if nothing else they make fun of themselves. Also, the way they met and came together is the most romantic story that I have ever encounter. I love to read romance novels but theirs is more poignant because it’s for real. Keep up the good work BAMZS FANS. And may our favorites artists and their family keep on thriving and so are we their fans.
good afternoon all. i’m working with this organization to put on a fundraiser for ukrainian orphans. they’ve got some really excellent programs.

Let me just add to that previous post of mine - re the rags, and blogs…I’m not above boycotting rags that are particularly mean and nasty to Brad and Angie on a regular basis. I have actually posted via e-mail or other contacts that an organized ‘boycott’ was taking place on a particular mag/rag by tens of thousands due to their treatment of the couple…and damned if they didn’t change their tune in the following weeks!
I don’t know if the boycott did it or what…I just know the tone of their stories is decidely different.
So I don’t hesitate to fire off letters, and contact editors, or ‘reporters’ that have gone too far in my opinion — I think it does work fairly often. I think it can only help that some of these outlets know just how strong in number and passionate their fan base is.

Alex, I think it’s a BAMZS fan who likes your collection of quotes. She probably posted those to ward off the haters. Somebody copied parts of my posts and reposted under my name also somewhere upthread. As long as it’s what I have posted, and it’s not twisted, I am OK with it.
Oh, by the way to those of you who haven’t checked HellaCrazyBo’s new Brad & Angie fanfics out on EA (…and by ‘new,’ they were released in Nov & Dec..and I think she’s done one just this month too)…you really do not know what you’re missing.
Oh. My. GOD. Amazingly HOT.

I am floored. I agree with you 1000%. AJ’s gift to BP is not caring and Vice versa, In that token, as fans, the only gift we can give ourselves is NOT CARING what the rags and others say.Why dwell on the negative when there is so much positive floating around? Again….brilliant post.
I know this off topic, but for just a while, stop worrying about this triangle. Brad and Angelina will be fine and Aniston, well, she’ll always be bitter herself.
You all do know that this country has some very disturbing times ahead, don’t you? Are you all worried at all? We are positioning ships in the gulf, we have raided an Iranian embassy and there are more then likely other actions we have taken that haven’t yet hit the news. I am a fan but I can’t focus on this kind of stuff anymore. Wake up! This country is going to hell in a hand basket. There will be no Hollywood to be worried about if things keep getting worse.
Stop worrying Angie and Brad for a while and focus your energy on this country. Instead of writing to tabliods and newspapers about their lies, write to your senators and U.S. representatives. Focus your energy on the important issues now or else, there won’t be time later to fight about the trivial things later.
Why are you all focusing all of your attention on what rumors are being spread about them? If you are REAL fans of Brad and Angelina, then learn from them. They care about the important issues. They care about Africa, they care about the genocide going on in Darfur, they care about the foreign policy about this country. Focus on that. Focus your much needed attention on this country. You are only giving more power to the tabliods by giving them importance. If you shift your time and energy to the important issues, then the tabliods will realize they don’t mean anything in the larger scheme of life.

Angelina Jolie: We Should Support Madonna
MONDAY JANUARY 08, 2007 11:45 AM EST
MONDAY JANUARY 08, 2007 05:15 PM EST UPDATED
By Stephen M. Silverman
Despite her comments in a French magazine, Angelina Jolie wasn’t trying to criticize Madonna for adopting a child from Malawi, she says.
“The article included many falsehoods,” Jolie said in a statement on Monday. “I said many positive things that were omitted I feel we must focus on the present and I encourage everyone to be supportive so that every child can adjust nicely to their new home.”
In an interview in Gala magazine, Jolie, 31, said of Madonna and her efforts to adopt 1-year-old David Banda: “Madonna knew the situation in Malawi, where (David) was born. It’s a country where there is no real legal framework for adoption. Personally, I prefer to stay on the right side of the law. I would never take a child away from a place where adoption is illegal.”
But Jolie, whose son Maddox, 5, and Zahara, who turned 2 on Monday, are from Cambodia and Ethiopia, respectively, has sympathy for the singer. “I have been horrified by the attacks she’s been subjected to,” she says. “All that should count is the happiness of her little David.”
On Friday, Malawian child welfare official Adrina Mchiela said the government is satisfied with the way Madonna has been caring for David. “We have been monitoring her and so far we see a loving mother in Madonna and David is very fine,” she told Reuters.
Human rights groups, however, have argued that Madonna, 48, used her wealth and celebrity to bypass Malawi’s laws governing adoption by foreigners.
In her interview with Gala, Jolie also talks about her relationship with Brad Pitt. “Don’t go repeating it whatever you do, but, yes I love him. I love him a lot,” she says. “After I met him my life seemed more harmonious.”

very true, cause name could have been hijacked by a troll, I guess the could thing is that other “Alexanderina” is a fan, well we hope anyway :)
Good day everyone.
Brad looks mighty fine in those pictures. He is filled with love and happiness. Children and a supporting lady does that to a man.
Hi Cliniqua, I like most of your posts, they are often intelligient and funny.
Just like to tell you that :)
Great seeing pictures of Brad at work. I’m glad that he is doing well in front of and behind the camera

Ultimately, some will lighten up; others like the bobbleheaded $h*tdemon will whine and p*$$ about this and other $h*t that doesn’t impact their daily lives until the day they die, or become senile.

I love your post but this part just cracked me up…coz I sincerely believe a lot of them are already senile.

Hiya ntt, you could be right there, cause I posted those quotes on Brad’s birthday’s Thread on 12/18/06. And if the person reposted it to ward of the haters that is good, but I just wish they would use their name and say it is a repost or something, cause this is confusing. But I am good now :)
Why are you all focusing all of your attention on what rumors are being spread about them? If you are REAL fans of Brad and Angelina, then learn from them.———
Your right. People should focus on the real issues. Things that matter. But please don’t assume that we don’t. The topic here wasn’t the war in Iraq. Its about the tabloids. There are plenty people here that do care about real issues and do talk about them. So let not lecture and assume false things.
