The word “peace” is a very broad and vague word. I always have faith that all people, particularly public figure act civil in public. I believe they are “at peace”. But this does not necessarily mean they will start socializing again or trying to know each other again. I believe this is what Cliniqua is referring to that
-they will say hi when they run into each other.

Wow, it is so late , but I could not go to bed until I read EVERYTHING, looked at every picture, you know…thank you to everyone who posted pictures. I am so, so happy Babel won. It came so late in the program, almost an afterthought. They had won nothing up to that point, and I felt the energy wilting ( that’s just me, overly anxious). Arnold come out, people were milling around, not even in their seats, etc. They ran quite late because there was no fanfare, no background music for any of the nominated movies, just Arnold ticking them off, He paused, the whole room stopped talking, and he said it! He said BABEL! And that is exactly how it should have been, because this is a brilliant movie. This has such a message. I was briefly dejected when Brad did not win for best supporting actor, but you know, he said each time he was asked about the significence of the film that he was excited about the “ensemble” aspect of it. That was why he was so excited about winning that recognition in Palm Springs…it was a group of people, all working as one. He stands out enough already! I bet he is just fine with being a part of the best picture, and doesn’t really care about being singled out. ( Still, there are the Academy Awards…)

Just a thought about Angelina’s “look” tonight: I am absolutely sure she was there representing THE FACE OF S T. JOHN. It is not for nothing they pay her millions, and she honors the deal. The whole look was most definitely orchestrated to create the elegant, regal image they chose, complete with the hair, the jewelry, and even the make-up, which was probably Shiseado’s doing. I am sure they didn’t just say “here’s the dress”, you know? Left to her own devices she would have had flowing curls and something more formfitting, is my guess. But she looked smashing, so did he, and they own Hollywood right now. So, Good Night All! Love you, Brad. Sigh.

It is a good thing that Brad introduced Angelina to the Cox-Arquettes.

IT SHOWS THAT HE HAS COMPLETELY MOVED ON FROM ____________. IT SHOWS THAT HE IS A GOOD PERSON, THAT HE IS TRULY PROUD OF HIS ANGIE, AND WANTS EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT. HE ACTED AS HE SHOULD HAVE AND IT’S ALL GOOD. HE LET THEM KNOW WHO THE NUMBER ONE PERSON IN HIS LIFE IS. NOW THERE IS NO QUESTION IN THE COX-ARQUETTES MINDS AS TO HOW MUCH BRAD LOVES HIS ANGELINA, AND THEY HAVE PROBABLY ALREADY CONVEYED THAT MESSAGE /NEWS TO THE ___________.

Whatever happens between Brad and his ex wife, is, between them and them only. Which is where it belonged in the first place.

They look dead gorgeous… My goodness they are delicious and look more that beautiful together…. I love them.. But I adore brad :)

I APPLAUD you too,lol….that’s what I think as well. When taos said peace I think she literally meant peace. Not some great big ole friendship or that David and Brad were close buddies but just that there was peace between them all. I don’t think they will socialize publicly like hanging out or anything but just when some monumental event takes place (such as the birth of Shiloh) they will communicate. I have lots of friends like that.

Even if you have “moved on” you can still be friends. Jen told an interviewer last year that they talk. Also when Brad said Plan B was the child of a bitter divorce he was speaking “figuratively” not literally. He wasn’t talking about his divorce.

He very well was talking literally. The interviewer said that he said it matter of factly. He wasn’t being coy about it. Plan B was both figuratively and literally the child of a bitter divorce.

I read, on this site actually, that Angie had the dress custom made by St. John because she really didn’t care for the clothing they presented her. When I read this, whoever posted it also posted the St JoHn web site. I went on to look around and the clothing is so old fanshioned - there was maybe one pant suit that I could see angie wearing out to lunch maybe, but other than that it is really over priced trash , $350 for back tank top, $1,200 plus for simple suit or pants in very strange old fashioned styles like fifty’s with rug typ fabric. That being said - I think Angelina looked absolutely gorgeous in the grey dress - very glamourous and every time I see her face I can’t help but think “my God she is beautiful” - don’t think anyone compares in the face. I do think she could use a little poundge on her frame -not much - just a little though.
I jsut loved Jennifer Lopez’s dress - that woman picks some really unique gorgeous red carbet dresses - this was one of her best - simple but stunning. Now Angelina would look fantastic in that dress also.

Angelina is friends with both of her ex husbands so i’m sure she doesn’t care. But if I had to guess it would be a NO. Just because he doesn’t seem like the type who keeps his exes in his life as good friends.

Can someone please explain to me what is wrong with Brad & Jen being friends? It doesn’t mean he’s not moved on or that Brad isn’t in love with Angie, which of course he is. Loads of people can remain friendly after a divorce even if there were mistakes on both sides, maybe all has been forgiven and time has healed the wounds.

lol ok I`ll stop I am too tired and too gitty after the kiss picture to be serious.
In all honesty if she were to act like a grown up and quit playing games, there would be nothing wrong with Brad and Jen putting the past in the past.
