Sh*t, I was so pissed - had to take a break. Still. Good on Eddie Murphy. Means he’ll get an Oscar nod…and because they went with the musical perf choice, that means Brad is still a very likely lock on the Oscars.
Sorry to the person who can’t see it live, I think only east coast.
Brad looked nervous in his category, but I’m so glad his performance has been recognized.

Although I was looking at E channel for the live red carpet, I really didn’t want Angie and Brad to be interviewed by that stupid Ryan. I can’t stand that idiot. Of all the inane questions, over and over again, how many more kids are you planning on having? Over, and over, and over again! Not to mention, it was Brad’s movie, yet not one question pertaining to it.
Aww….Brad didn’t win. Oh well, he’s got the best prize sitting right next to him, and the rest probably sleeping at home.

Considering that they didn’t give him a lot to work with, he did a good job with what he had. Like the Effie character, his character, Jimmy, was the raw component that was ridded of because he was a threat to the profits. He was good.
Still, I prefer Brad, especially during the peeing scene. Very intimate
The fans are great on this site. BP has already won with the lovely AJ and Maddox, Zahara and Shiloh. I bet you that guy feels that he has already won the lottery when he looks at all those faces that adore and love him. Way to go Brad.

Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie really look great together. I’m loving the camera shots of them at the table. I keep hoping the cameras catch them nuzzling each other. They are beaming and Brad looks relieved. He probably is grateful he doesn’t have to to the rounds of press that a winner normally has to do right after they leave the stage. All they would ask him would be questions about his personal life how many more kids, etc….What is that? Asking people how many children they want to have? Ryan sucks!

The GG sometimes go to someone that will not win it…
So..it is not over yet for Brad…just being recognized by his peers is excellent..

Helen Mirren looks great, and Meryl Streep (younger obviously) looks wonderful too–not botoxed and sliced up.

Actually, piper, with a low - you are right re: Brad and Eddie.
However, at the end of the day, who still has alot of movies to do - Brad. And that should be good for him.

The Queen won for Best Screenplay.
I highly recommend this movie. It was really good.
Eddie Murphy won…..Was he that good in the movie??
Not better than Brad & the Departed guys…..but this may be his only chance to win a GG…..I see many more nominations and wins for Brad and his production company…..and for Angelina. They are just beginning….
