That’s just plain stupid to say that by the way. There was no message. And I agree with Cliniqua that Eddie did not rock that movie out. It was second rate acting at best. If Brad couldn’t win at least Ben Affleck should have because he did a great job.

Clniqua - you have said exactly what I wanted to say about Eddie in the movie.
I guess, what I mean is any brother, even Eddie can pull it off because these are kind of songs that I assume he grew up listening to, dancing too. etc etc. In short, he was familiar about the singers, history and time of the Dreamgirls. Like I said before, any brother in the Comedy Club can pull off the character that Eddie did. Why? because we just know these singers.

I love that Ugly Betty won.
Cameron’s dress is the worst. Plus worst make-up. Followed closely by Sienna Miller (and what was with that hair?!?and SHINY face?). Vanessa’s hair needs a re-think, but, boy, does she look great.
Sharon, not so much — frozen eyebrows.
Drew definitely stepped up this year. Remember last year’s droopy boobs?

AMerica won! All the moms of daughters (Annette, Felicity, Jada, etc) were so tearing up when she talked about beauty beneath the surface. I thought that was great!!!
As award shows go, the Golden Globes ain’t bad. The show isn’t dragging, the people seem more relaxed, and the speeches, especially Meryl, Jennifer, and America have been funny and moving.

I LOVED Angie’s hair, and her makeup was perfect. Lots of eye makeup, maybe false eyelashes, and her lipstick was shiny but neutral.

Does Angelina REALLY think she’s fooling anyone w/this whole ‘I’m too good for this place’ fascade? Palease. It wasn’t too long ago that she was up on that red carpet playing tonsil hockey with Billy Bob Thorton talking about how they’d just f%cked in the car. Now suddenly we’re supposed to take her seriously. bbbbbbhahaha!
Sorry for responding to Karen, after all the IGNORE THE HATERS emails I’ve sent out (blush). Her stupidity is obviously contagiious.
Brad and Angelina will be nominated for other films in the coming years, and both will win. Brad won in 1995 or 1996 and then, he unfortunately entered his “‘dark phase”. His being nominated means he is now “walking back in the sunshine” and thank you Angelina for bringing him back into the light. Oh happy day.
He looks better now than he has in years because his life is filled with happiness. He’s not an overtanned ken doll clone anymore, he’s a REAL man with a REAL woman by his side. Just love how in the pixs they keep those hands and arms around each other in some way, and in one pix Angie has her hand holding the front of his jacket. Love, love, love them. Also noticed as have others that the matching gold bands are in place on their right hands.
Rejoice, no doubt now, except of course for those people in whose minds delusions have been substituted for reality, that Brad and Angelina are truly in love with each other.
IF YOU WATCHED THE E PRE SHOW, I thought I heard Guiliana or Debbie make a a negative remark about Angie’s dress…Please tell me what they said…..
