That would be awesome!!

I’m glad Angie may be out… i never believed she would be in it anyways… this kind of movie really s…. ucks. And Angie is focussing her professional career on more appealing dramatic kinda-movies, about real people and real life… not like this… stuff.

Rachel is sexy, voluptuous with a delicious voice - the role was made for her. Angelina has a beautiful face, but a humongous head and anorexic body. Nuff said.

the first time Angie pull out was because she was preggo and now because o scheduling conflicts?????? why Angie, why!!!! :(

Angie had her her priority on family, may be this film simply does not interest her.

I have seen that one of the fans of Jen sent a photo of Brad and Jen to approve that he still loves her (I guess?). This photo make me think that the fans of Jen never know Brad like Jen herself.

Brad treats his women good, he is kind and gentleman. He also loved his ex ladies, nobody is denying. But the difference between Angie and the others is firstly, Angie appreciates who Brad is and she is the mother of their children.

The ex ladies just wasted the love of Brad, now they regret it deeply. So, it’s too late!

I have been saying all along anywhere that the subject came up that Angelina I just don’t think she’d be in the role, and at every turn I’d get shot down. I mean I have had some people cuss me out online about my doubts!

After the kids start coming fast and furious and the way Brad talked about watching what he does now because of the kids, and Angelina talking more and more about working less. She just seemed like each time the subject of SC2 came up she was seriously general and non-commital.

T’s aren’t crossed, and i’s not yet dotted and so there still may be a chance, but I’m not holding out for it.

Well, I have seen the GG coverage on NBC and she is so regal, comfortable and all smiles.

Gosh I am not Angelina, but I cringed when Ryan Seacrest asked her about “preparing breakfast”. Goodness gracious, they are not in a cooking TV show but the Golden Globes awards show.

What the E! wanted her to say about “What they did today?” was, Angelina to say “I had hot Jungle Sex with my sweetie to help him relax”. The media try to put people in a box, based on past statements or actions.
It might be nice to be filthy rich, but to have mega stardom like B&A, I would have cut a B e e yo tch already starting with the asinine Ryan Seacreast.

Angelina will always be interested in doing “dark” themed films. That’s the only way she would agree to do Mr & Mrs. Smith, if it had a dark but comic twist. Sin City should be one of those creative films that would have been good for her but as she & Brad have said, now that they have children, they are rethinking film choices. I still see her in a great dark David Lynch type film. You can be dark, sinister, film noir without resorting to a bloodfest. She should follow the path of Johnny Depp.

Everybody is better than Jolie. I loved SC1 and for me, Angelina would ruin the sequel. Jessica Alba and Rosario Dawson are sexy enough.

i was kind of hoping that angie would do this one…and it sounds like there’s still the off chance that she might. anyhoo, are there any rachel weisz fans willing to help me out? her name is familiar, her face not so much. what else has she been in and should i be paying attention to her?

it won’t be as good as Sin City 1 anyway. don’t ya all love it that they dragged jolie’s name all this time as having her attached to this movie. it was all for publicity. notice how they still won’t say it’s definite. They want to keep that interest there.

what made the first interesting was how the graphic novel was translated on film. The cinematography was outstanding. But now? well we’ve see it already. The novelty is gone.

jolie & depp would be an interesting onscreen combination. i wonder if angie would work with tim burton…i would really like to see her in a tarantino film. fingers crossed that it happens…

just came back from imdb.com and turns out i’ve seen quite a few rachel weisz films, she just never made an impression on me. i’ve seen runaway jury 3 times (my cousin’s in it) and i totally didn’t notice her or connect her face with her name…

Rachel Weisz would be a better choice than Angelina Jolie.

thanks for the concern, but i get out plenty. rachel weisz isn’t on my must see list. it’s a position that must be earned.

There are many reasons when one is chosen for a movie role, not just acting ability. The factors in deciding who to cast is based on the COMBINATION of the following, NEVER one reason.

1) amount of compensation. Jolie may demand more money because of being more famous. If I were an actor and if I am busy on other things, you had better pay me enough for me to give you my time. This may not be the amount the studio has budgeted for.

2) acting talent

3) agreeing with how the script is written. Jolie may interpret the character different than the director, or they may have different ideas on the details , such as amount of violence, nudity etc.

4) scheduling conflict. Many times, an actor cannot accept a role because of scheduling. Remember, Jolie is alternating parenthood with Brad.

5) The producer or director may want to work with this versus the other person.

Sincity2 may be attaching Jolie’s name in order to generate publicity. If I were the PR for this movie, I may use the same tactic. It seems to have worked for many people.

Jay Z was with Beyonce the whole GG. Did we see him having interview left and right ? .As I watch the video of E, ET, AH. she was nice and polite, nothing inappropiate, trying to let the spotlight focus on Brad, afterall , its Brad’s night. I’m glad they are moving to NO and have some peace with kids. poor angelina!

Rachel Weisz is a much better actress than Angelina Jolie.

What happend to Rodriquez’ girlfriend Rose McGowan? I saw that there is a thread on her on JJ. What happend to her eyes? Rose got a little backlash just like Angelina did. Bob Rodriguez left his wife of 16 years and 4 children I think. He quickly linked up with Rose which got tongues with nothing to do, wagging.

Rachel *is* a dame to kill for. Angelina is just an anorexic bad actress with enormous and ugly mouth, no talent at all. I’m glad she’s out. Rachel is a awesome actress, in any kin of movie, from drama to comedy to romance to Sin City-like. Sin City is violent but it’s a great movie, great piece of art.

Actually the best we can do is not buy those magazines, tabloids are a business, when a story doesn’t sell anymore they stop caring about it, it’s never about the truth, it’s about $$$$$$$$. Now that she’s done with her work, (only the Berlin festival to attend) she will have a little more peace, the Tomkat show is making a comeback courtesy of The Beckhams (just see the video at TMZ) and while Cameron keeps fighting with JT in public they’ll catch a break.

Not having the role in SC 2 was the end of the world. I’m sure there are lot of other role waiting for her. and I think at this moment Angie seem to be enjoying her role as the other half of Mr. Brad Pitt and mother of his children.

Im not affected at all with the haters since Angie and Brad got Shiloh in this world, and to see their photos together in every country with the kids they are like one of the happy and normal family ever. ITA. I find it laughable when people say that they are just together for the children. We are talking about two multimillionaires here — they don’t have to live together, even for the kids, if they didn’t love each other. Thanks Amaya and AL for the Rosie rundown. Good for her! AL, as to Angie “not working”, I personally interpret that as she is not going to work while they are in NO, which of course, fits their usual modus operandi, which is one parent works, while the other is chief cook and bottle-washer. Right now it’s Brad’s turn to work and earn some dough. Angie will be acting again. She loves it too much. She just won’t feel the need to do a movie every 6 months for a while.

As someone else already said, she and Brad are artists at heart. The artist in Angie may take a back seat sometimes to the mother, wife, and humanitarian in her, but, as she herself said, she loves all the different aspects of her life, and I take that to mean the actress in her as well. The artist part of her will want a creative outlet, too. And besides, as much as us mothers adore our children, we all know there are times you need a break from them, too. You need the mental stimulation of projects that interest you and feed your mind. Especially if you are the stay-at-home parent. It’s great Brad and Angie can do that for each other.

I agree with some people here, that said that they are tired of all the negativity and tired of all the stupid things that some idiots write about Brad and Angie….I´m tired too!!!. In fact I was thinking to not to visit the blogs anymore because of the haters and silly journalists.

But I love Angie and Brad so much, that I always want to know what they are doing, and where are they travelling, etc. But I hate to see how many bad things some people write about them.

The better thing to do is ignore the haters.

I wish Angie and Brad could have some weeks in peace with the children, in New Orleans. They really deserve some peace.

Also loved after the “Team Annison” comment Rosie said something about people needing to move on.

I guess I should comment on the topic of the thread, which is Angie being SC2 or not, and I have to say, I think she would have been perfect for the role…… in 2001. Angie’s grown as an actress and a person, and while I am sure her dark side is still very much intact, I just don’t get the impression she wants to use it that blatantly anymore. She has no need or desire for such in-your-face shock anymore. She appears to want to use her talents in more subtle roles and deep characters that allow her to show how many layers her talent really has. She can’t be Gia and Lisa forever, and I am thankful for that…..aside from x’s fans, who wants to watch an actress take on role after role that is essentially the same as the one she became famous for?

I’d love to see Angie as Catherine the Great, myself.

With all the interactions between Brad and Angie on the youtube, I’ll say anyone who came off with a neagtive remark is evil. I don’t think the ratings will be good if they don’t get Brad and Angie on the Oscar’s red carpet because most winners this year are new comers that do not have long standing fans. Brad & Angelina have talked about living so many places and settling on none so far so why did Ted C and LaMie try to ignore that? because people will generally choose not to investigate further, and especially if it’s about ammo. They talked so much trash on another site about the move it made me ill, but now I’m better because the truth won out in the end.

Original jpf–I get that impression also. I think her passions now are her family and her humanitarian work. Not to say she’ll quit acting, because she has said the income and visibility help her by bringing in money for and visibility to these causes. But, like all mothers with young children, she’s discovering that those years are so precious and they go SO FAST. Unlike the X, she doesn’t need her ego fed with fawning red carpet appearances and media blitzes to make her feel better about herself. She’s a real person.

Those first 3yrs that start post Blob period are really like make or break IMO and plus it’s such a fun time. I totally agreed with her about that part. They smell sweet, they’re soft and cushy, and when they’re passing a bit of wind the smile that’s not a smile is cute, but love them like crazy they are a bore for about 3mths. When the turning over, gas-less grinning, finger following begins, then they aren’t so blobish anymore.

Angelina Jolie will always be fodder for people given to jealousy and pettiness.

First of all, she is too beautiful – and resentful superficial hags will NEVER forgive her for that.

Then she is too open to life, unprejudiced and free – and the narrow-minded morons who live according to preconceived ideas will NEVER forgive her for that.

Then she is too courageous, honest about herself and genuine – and those who live in fear and illusion will NEVER forgive her for that.

And, to spread salt - and pepper - on all the raw wounds above, she is with probably the most coveted man in the world – and that’s against all odds and a sin NEVER to be forgiven.

So, do not hope for fairness or common sense when dealing with those who prey on Angie. Their quarry has nothing to do with misguided piety for some trite sitcom actress (with whom several boring hags do identify, but that’s only a corollary, not a cause) - it is much more visceral and reflects their own inadequacies.

Angelina is not only a classic beauty, but also a genuine, generous,
unique human being in the best meaning of the word. She is not some
cheap actress, as many of them are. I know it sounds “a lot”, but she
deserves that to be said about her.
I will never understand why Mr. Pitt has not said a thing to prevent
all the vicious attacks she had to suffer - not for two months but for
almost two years! That way he allowed ANYONE (!) to say just about
ANYTHING about her. No consequences for him.
IF there was an affair, HE was the responsible one for HIS childless and
FRUITLESS “experimental merger” - not Angelina. He wanted to spare
Aniston’s “feelings” ( that TV-actress said he was not even her type, AND
she has done so much damage to the JP’s) ?! Or, was it all just about him?
I do not even remember him saying something nice that Angelina
certainly deserves - and so many did say. She had such a positive
influence on him, and she is a mother of the kids he wanted all
his life.
Not so long ago, at the time she was filming The Smiths, every man
was drooling over her. Was she a trophy for the 12 years older

what i’m not understanding is the panic over “backlash”. angie and brad both have been getting constant and consistent sh*t for the last two years. what’s changed? nobody is saying anything we haven’t heard before, over and over again wrapped in different packages of disdain. the only difference i see is that now there are more people publicly defending them while their detractors continue to hold on to the juvenile notion of Team Aniston and Team Jolie.

i developed a thick skin. i laugh at the negative crap because i’ve seen it recycled so much in varying degrees of inanity. it doesn’t ruin my day. most of it is just shallow nitpicking and any major damage is eventually retracted. it’s not a big deal. the jolie-pitts are happily living their lives their way and all this slander is nothing but a nuisance.

I’ve been more of a lurker than a regular poster but I can’t help coming out after I read all the negativity about Angie. As a BAMZS fan, I can understand why some fans are getting worried for Angie. I, for one try not to worry about it. Haters will be haters. It just shows that Angie and Brad are really the power couple to beat. I bet a lot of envy, jealousy and grinding of teeth are going on. Afterall, their detractors have been trying to ruin them esp. Angie. She is no stranger to this kind of animosity or hatred. Angie is not what she is now if she has “onion skin.” And Angie won’t be where she is now if the people that admire and like her believe the negativity aimed towards her. Obviously, Angie and Brad have more fans than haters. They can’t break her no matter how hard they try as long as we fans keep believing and supporting them.

Lately, people have been very good about not tracking b^ll$h*t onto Brad and/or Angelina threads, but there is always room for improvement. I do have to admit, the line between b^ll$h*t and the truth is getting blurred for me. I’m not talking about last week’s madness, but the GGs. I’m not going to rehash anything else, but I have to admit that I may have jumped the gun about Seacrest, mainly because I wanted Angelina to crush that pathetic, botoxed worm. Vicariously living through Angelina… does that sound familiar to anyone else here?

More that anything, I want BAMZS to have enough wiggle room to direct their own paths. Whether it leads to being stay at home parents, doing more films, or concentrating on philanthropy, it’s entirely up to them. It just galls me that people feel that they haven’t suffered enough or that they are supposed to suffer because they made decisions about their own lives.

I love this board, mainly because it was an oasis from the hateful b^ll$h*t, and lately, we’ve enjoyed waves of peace and serenity here. It is up to BAMZS fans to maintain this environment, unfortunately, we haven’t arrived at a consensus regarding how to handle haters. I agree. I also think we should all e-mail her within a certain time slot. We need to get organized with this idea. If she is bombarded with a large amount at one time, she will be aware of the strong following Angie and Brad have. There is strength in numbers. We could start with the view and then hit the nasty tabs.

I don’t like negativity and I choose what to read about Angelina . I ignore tabs and gossip media and just stick to Angelina’s ”real” interviews , not twisted from the tabs.

People give these desperate women/men too much credit. They go from blog to blog hating on BP and AJ and for what purpose? BP and AJ are admired worldwide. The only ones bashing on a consistent basis are these Jen hens and miserable women who have made it their life mission to do just that.
These people are not affecting BP and AJ lives one bit. They have gone from crying over a Hollywood divorce to hating on the fans at Just Jared. This is not a war and there are too many issues to worry about in the world. Issues and problems that BP and AJ have focused much of their humanitarian efforts on. Gossip blogs, tabs and rumors are inconvenient problems that BP and AJ have to deal with from time to time. 99.9 percent of the time BP and AJ are focus on their lives together, their family, their careers and their humanitarian work. Those that think they have some great power and affecting BP and AJ lives are simply deluding themselves. No one has that power in BP and AJ lives and no one should have that power in your daily life. If people want to waste their lives defending a Hollywood divorce and a contrived “ America Sweetheart” by attempting to smear others, then let them. I think all fans should do this when we see something we don’t like about Brangelina - let them know, we will not patronize them.

Do not buy, do not watch, do not read.

Send it to whatever e-mail contact they have posted on their website, or post on their message boards, if they don’t have that - go to their subscribe field, and post you name as ‘Boycotting your Magazine’ with a fake address of course, lol.

The poll question asks if there is “a growing backlash against Angelina?”

In case you further cannot comprehend what you also cannot READ….the poll could be answered by fans and haters alike - the answers don’t necessarily align to who hates AJ and who doesn’t.

I, as a fan, could think there was a growing backlash and vote yes.

Regarding the bleeding, one of my friend’s sister had a miscarriage last summer, she said the bleeding is very heavy for few days, but after that it should slow down, like a regular period, but I think you should contact your doctor if you think the bleeding is too severe….rest and drink lots liquid.
