Forbes Magazine just tabulated “The 20 Richest Women In Entertainment” and there are some surprises in there! The youngest women on the list? The 22-year-old Olsen Twins. But to make the list at all, you need a minimum net worth of $45 million. Cha-ching!

You guys are so wrong. Even though Angie gives 1/3 of her income away she is still a multimillionaire. Someone on here said she will never be rich because of her charity. She probably has at least 50 million and Brad has 100 million. That is rich by any standards. They own at least 4 multi-million estates around the world. I think it is great they give to charity and support human rights but they are not exactly cutting coupons and counting their pennies.
About Jen, she has supported **. Jude’s for over 10 years. She donates her time and money to them every year. Marlo Thomas has mentioned what a good friend Jen has been to **. Jude’s. Also there were 22 episodes of Friends per season not 12 like someone else stated. She made at least 50 million her last two years of Friends. Also, she got paid pretty well throughout the shows run which was on for 10 years. While CC and Lisa also got movies and endorsement deals, Jen always got considerably more. She was always ranked as America’s favorite “friend.” The last Forbes ranking for highest paid actresses has her in the top 10 at #8, whereas CC and Lisa didn’t make the list.
Someone metioned that Jen’s mother has money problems. Jen and her mother don’t speak to each other because Jen’s mother wrote a tell-all-book about Jen when Friends became a hit. They are currently estranged. Angie also doesn’t speak to her father because he stated in the press that he feared for her mental stability. The are also currently estranged. Both Jen and Angie feel like they have been very hurt by their respective parents and it is their business if they want to cut off ties.
Lastly before you guys say that either Jen or Angie are ugly please post your picture so we can judge you ,as this is only fair. Also when you say that Jen doesn’t donate enough or Angie only donates for PR please state what percentage of your income you donate to charity per year. If you don’t have a lot of money then please let us know what charities you voluteer for. Thanks

Also the people that keep complaining about Jen getting money from Company B must not be married. Marriage is a partnership between the spouses. Even if Brad was the mastermind behind the company, I am sure that Jen encouraged and supported this venture. Brad, like most husbands, probably used his wife as a sounding board for ideas and projects. Jen could have been a ***** and fought him for a bigger stake in the company, but she didn’t. Brad himself said that she was making the divorce very amicable and that he loved her it.
If you don’t ever want to split money from your business ventures don’t get married. Jennifer Tilly is still getting Simpson money from her ex-husband Sam Simon. Sam has said that she gets a check every year, even though she hates the show and told him it would never succeed.
I have read most of the posts here and one thing amazes me, there are 20 women on that list “20″ and yet most of the posts are about Jen ! Wow she is rich and popular ! good for her. And there are some who are so obsessed with Jolie and upset that she didn’t make it on the list that they make up for it by slinging mud at Aniston.
So she is richer than Jolie,So she does not do as much charity as Ms. Jolie, so what ? its her wealth, her money, she will do what ever she wants to do with it.Why is one so desperate to compare her every move with Jolie ? you know, it would make it acceptable for all these Jolie obsessed fugs to follows her foot steps …they should also start adopting from African countries, start contributing money to charity , (there is no rule that only rich people should do charity, like wise there is no rule that every rich person must do charity)instead of going green in the face. On that note, Jolie fans should also try and follow her foot steps on other matters as well , like taking drugs , making out with their brothers / sisters … instead of abusing Aniston for not doing what Ms.Jolie does. It would make more sense also coz, you are the one obsessed with Jolie not Ms. Aniston.

i really dont care if some people get publicity by donating money. thats the greatest way for celebrities to do it. at least they’re doing something that will help others than the tabloids.
its quite more honorable than being popular just for dating a guy each week or making a sex-tape show up somewhere…
if Jen donates something, I can be nothing but proud of her, but i guess she could change her attitude and think about how such an action from her could inspire some people to do the same.

EXPENSE LIST BRAVO!!It’s a little bit ‘funny’ when you make the comparaison,but it sounds pretty realistic. Angie is a devoted mom and wife (as if) and I’ll never have doubts about it.

The forbes lady who appeared on the INSIDER show said that Jennifer aniston’e earnings came mostly from Friends royalties and earnings. so why in the world, Liza Kudrow and courtney cox were not on the list? Jennifer earnings from the movies are not that much, Liza and Courtney also made and produced some movies.
Courtney Cox and Lisa Kudrow should be on the list. Even if they don’t have as much money as Jen, they obviously have more than Renee Zelweger’s $45 million. THey made $50 million from the last 2 seasons of friends alone. This list is stupid. They did it based on fame and not just money.
Jennifer Aniston may have made her money and also invested wisely. We are not privy to what financial plans she has made. Also it her choice to remain childless. None of us should be the judges. I am a mother and I can tell you it is hard work and takes a lot of dedication and hard work on the parents part. We have to respect other peoples CHOICES.
Good for Angie and Brad for the CHOICES they have made in life. But those are their own CHOICES. Also why are we not all donating as much as we can afford from our own salaries before we tell everyone else what they should donate?
Janet Jackson has done a lot for differnt organizations over the years. Love or hate her brother Michael but before it was cool and talked about he did much more than many care to acknowledge. I am also a little wary of all the attention some peolpe seem to demand when they are doing these so called charitable deeds.
I respect Oprah and for those criticizing her what has Martha done with all her money? Why are we not hammering on her? The only people that are being hammered on are Oprah, Janet and Jennifer… Two black women and one who the Brangelina fans hate…

The discussion here is about Jennifer Aniston because this website is Brangelina friendly and a lot of fans of Brangelina post here on a regular basis and they seem to discuss about JA becuase she had her past connected with Brad and that’s why it’s quite relevant to discuss how she made so much wealth, when the facts are that she was’nt so rich when she was married to Brad and so these posts are just speculating if her wealth amassed was due to Plan B.
Did i clarify your silly doubt about why we are discussing only Jennifer Aniston’s wealth among the 20 people who made it to the list???

And you are so right. The bulk of aniston’s money comes from her ex husband NOT her er…ummm career. As for Angelina not making the list, don’t be fooled. Angelina is far from poor and her net worth should have put her on the list actually. There are a few others with a net worth that should have put them on that list as well. In the past these lists have been found to be a bit inaccurate, but hey it’s a list. These woman have money but they don’t necessarily have power. Angelina actually has a great deal of power. Oprah, J.K, Madonna, Martha, Janet all wield a great deal of power…while it is partly the money it is also to a greater extent who they know and what they can accomplish because of their acquaintances. Which with the woman mentioned including Angelina, is an amazing thing. Aniston may have the money but she doesn’t have the pull. She did when she was married to Brad, as Mrs. William Bradley Pitt but no longer.
Oprah, J.K, Madonna, Martha, Janet and Angelina don’t need a man’s last name. They trade on their own names. They are the woman who sit down with potentates, delegates and religious leaders. H^ll Diane Sawyer should be on the list I know her net worth has to be up there. She’s also a very powerful woman. But like I said, its a list, one we shouldn’t take too seriously.
For all the money that Jen has, why didnt she pick up her mother’s living expense. Please remember, her mother is in LA indignant care.

But if her mother in her OLD AGE is in financial trouble, shouldnt she help her out by JUST WRITING A CHECK.

I know for a fact that this list is not accurate. There are more than 13 other names that should have been on that list but there was more criteria that forbes is not mentioning. Just like their “other” so-called Hollywood lists, this one is WRONG. Britney spears is worth more than $100 mil and so are the Olsen twins, Angelina is worth over 50 million (its true), where is Paris Hilton who is worth over 50 million (before her inheritance and yes she is in entertainment) Mariah Carey is not worth more than Janet Jackson. Reese Witherspoon is worth more than 45 million. Meryl Streep is also worth more than 45 million. And yes Aniston does belong on this list but for all you nay sayers, so does Angelina (even after her donations she’s up there.)
Come on do a little research outside of some supposed “list” all of this is a matter of public record.
