Forbes Magazine just tabulated “The 20 Richest Women In Entertainment” and there are some surprises in there! The youngest women on the list? The 22-year-old Olsen Twins. But to make the list at all, you need a minimum net worth of $45 million. Cha-ching!

Kindly read the posts, starting from #20, you will see the full-fledged discussion on donations began with a “do your research, it is all over the net.” remark. You will also note that there are posts describing on how and why the discussion is not exclusive on Ms. Aniston’s wealth.
From your message I understand you believe that many of the names on the list are “working more, and harder, that anyone you know, including yourself, as in 50 wk/year 60 hrs/wk and still run after the debts, thereby earned their money rightfully…”

Brentwood…get your fact straight, it was a gallop poll. so it was a very scientific poll and no clicking involved. You really must check your facts before spouting off.
Curly your posts are so long and boring.. talk about analysis paralysis…. if you think you can blind people by science and long boring posts by all means keep doing so but don’t think anybody reads them.
*Let’s analyse Aniston’s money*
1) She got 1M per episode for friends. It’s 12 episodes per year. Friends ran for 10 or 12 years. But this 1M per episode happened only in the last season. She did NOT get 1M per episode in the 1st few seasons. Therefore, the bulk of 110M is not from TV friends alone.
2) Next, look at her movies. Think how much she made. She is NOT big name star like Julia Roberts. Therefore this accumulation of 110M is not from movies making alone.
3) Does she come from a rich family. Her parents were divorced. She was doing odds and ends job before becoming famous. Therefore, she did not get this 110M from family.
4) You may say Aniston accumulated her wealth from movies and TV friends combined . But if you look at Courtney Cox , who is very similar to Aniston. She also get the same pay as Aniston. Courtney also did movies. But Courtney’s name is not in this Forbes list.
5) It’s so simple math. It doesnt take a person with high IQ to figure out. Both Lisa Kudrow and Courtney Cox were in friends, got the SAME pay , 1M per episode in the last season. Why werent they on the list?
Scroll up and look at the list. Aniston is #10 with a networth of 110M. The last one on the list is #20 Renee Zellweger with 45M.
Think for a second, this means Courtney and Lisa Kudrow dont even have 45M otherwise they will be on the list.
45M and 110M is a big difference. It means Jen’s networth is twice or may be 3 or 4 times more than Lisa and Courtney. You go figure !!!
Another piece of info, both Courtney and Lisa do movies similar to Jen. What Courtney and Lisa lack is PLAN B.
5) Let’s look at Plan B from which Aniston was a partner.
Plan B is successful. But Aniston is a partner IN NAME only.
Brad created Plan B to get movie roles for Aniston. Many actors/actress form a production company so that they can buy movie rights and star in the movie for themselves.
But the success of Plan B was NEVER due to Aniston. The SUCCESS of any business ventures is due to the management, the direction of the CEO etc.
If you remember Aniston in one of her interviews, she said she always called her girlfriends even for the TINIEST thing. Jen always needs the whole support system around her. She also held pity parties. Now think, is she CEO or producer material???? can she manage a company successfully??
Therefore it is reasonable to conclude that Jen was lucky and being MARRIED to a man who has the foresight of creating and managing successfully of a company., that Jen got the bulk of her wealth through the divorce settlement from Plan B?? That Brad was kind enough to include her.

Wow some of you guys are really rabid. For starters I don’t love Jen and hate Angie. I don’t know them. For all I know, they could get together once a month to drink the blood of puppies and worship satan. I liked Jen in Friends, Office Space, and the Good Girl. I think Angie is beautiful and I thought she was great in Gia and Girl Interrupted. I am defending Jen on this site because 95% of the posts are trashing her. If this thread goes the other way then I’ll defend Angie.
For RUBBER: You asked me if it was a busy day at the law firm and wanted to know why I know about Jen’s mommy issues. I don’t work at a law firm, I work at a Children & Youth Law Clinic. We work closer to 40 hours a week instead of around 80 hours like at big firms. I am not an expert on Jen’s mommy issues, but I saw a TV special where Jen talked about a few years back.
For BCBG: You said that I lost all credibility because I brought up Angie. This whole thread is about Jen and Angie. Also I haven’t trashed Angie. I don’t blame he for not talking to her dad.
For HEY HEY: I am not saying Brad slept with Angie before the separation. I mean that after the separation but before the divorce was finalized it was clear Brad and Angie were together. There were numerous pics in the rags of them on vacation together.
To KELLY: You must assume that all moms are good people. I have clients whose mother left them at the park and never came back. I have one client whose mother looked the other way when she was raped by the mom’s boyfriend. I have another client whose mom turned tricks in front of him. One of my kids was killed by his mom a couple of years ago. Some of my runaways left because they were put down constantly or ignored. I don’t know what kind of mother Jen had. All I know is that she was willing to betray her only daughter for money. When you have not one, but two children in show business and neither will foot your bills there must be a reason. I don’t have all the facts so I am not going to judge. It really isn’t any of my business.
To CPA:
1. I am not saying that another women gives her a legal right to more. I also live in a no-fault state. I got an A in Family Law and graduated with honors so I don’t need to get anything into my head. What I am saying is that “another woman” can motivate a wife to make the divorce very nasty and contentious.
2. Jen was a partner in Company B before the divorce. After the settlement she didn’t not retain 50% ownership, she agreed to a much smaller stake in the company. If there was some bitterness over Company B, maybe she wanted to keep half ownership. During the divorce Jen and Brad were still going to dinner in public places and chatting on the phone so it couldn’t have been that bitter.
3. I know that my aunt’s case is different. She is not a housewife by the way.
I did not use it as an example of what Jen was entitled to. I used it to highlight the fact that a women scorned will sometimes go the extra mile to get even. My aunt’s husband offered her a generous settlement that her lawyer suggested she take. She said she would be willing to lose it all just to put him through the ringer.
4. I know the divorce wasn’t an ugly battle because they have both stated in numerous interviews that it was pretty amicable. Also Jen is still very close to Brad’s parents and his sister-in-law. If she had been a nasty witch during the divorce they would have cut ties with her. Also, when celebrity divorces get nasty it is all over the press. Look at the Barkers, Alec & Kim, Brit and Fed-ex, and Hasselhoff. Even Tom and Nicole had a nasty split, he didn’t even tell her he was leaving her. Just use your common sense here.
5. Again I am not sure what it is that I am lying about. I never said that I was there during their divorce proceedings. All I said is that many scorned spouses go out of their way to make things difficult (Like Ivanna, “Don’t get mad, get everything.”) Instead of trading her half of the company for a smaller stake so she could get their LA pad, she could have fought hard to keep her half and then split the house with him. Many spiteful people would have given up the entire mansion just to retain half ownership of their ex’s “baby.”
6. Lastly, I agree that there were lawyer and accountants on both sides. There were millions at stake and no pre-nup. Either one would have been a fool for not having a team of experts.

Brentwood the information on the gallup poll was on JJ’s site. Everyone went nuts and told him to take it down. It was a gallop poll not a magazine poll. I’m sure the link will be in the Angelina archive. The poll also showed that 18% would not go to Mel Gibsons movies either.

The poll asked people their choices for “movies out for Christmas” and asked if they would pay to see the said actor/actress. Included names are the ones who acted in the same movie. So, Tom Hanks is followed by R.DeNiro, people would pay to see R.DeNiro after T Hanks. The Good Shepard has both Ms. Jolie and Mr. DeNiro. What did the said population do in the movie? Closed their eyes each time Ms. Jolie appeared? Or asked for a half-price ticket?
The poll is a joke and deserves its rightful place on the wall-of-shame for the polls by and for the gullible public. But then, who knows? Maybe the researchers dropping from the sky here are actually the unpaid interns of these firms, the kind that is sent to photocopy down the corridor.

Asked whether or not they make a special effort to see movies starring 13 different Hollywood A-listers, nearly three times as many — 34 percent — said they avoid Cruise’s pictures as those who said they seek them out — just 12 percent.
•Cruise had the most negative reaction of any of the 13 stars in the poll. Angelina Jolie clocked in a distant second, with 18 percent saying they avoid seeing her movies.
