Brad Pitt is Benjamin Button
Brad Pitt was back on the set of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button in New Orleans yesterday. The biggest news surrounding Brad and Angelina Jolie at the moment is how strippers changed Brad’s life and the Angie bashing by the New York Times.
And this recently in… In the ladies’ category, Angelina Jolie took the Most Attractive Woman of 2006 title according to the three-week poll taken by HelloMagazine.com.
UPDATE :: Images replaced with Brad on the set of Benjamin Button last month.

Starting today?
Question about the French school….. Wasn’t Cambodia a French possession at one time? So that’s the language spoken there other than Cambodi?
My one JA comment for the week. The appearance on Dirt and the kiss with CC reeks of desperation. First she has to return to television with no movie deal in sight and then the entire thing is a big sham. Shame on CC that her show is already resulting to stunt casting and shock storyline. Shows ususally are on a long time before they result to those types of things to get ratings up. The return to tv is not the sad part for JA as tv is where she belongs but that she returns in this manner and doing something for pure shock value speaks to the direction of her career and what a low point it is. Then to comment on the Nose thing, give it a rest. You don’t have to comment on every single thing peple say about you. It shows you have to much time on your hands and that you follow the tabloids. You can’t then go on an interview and say you ignore the tabs when you respond within 24 hours to there stories about you. Note JA: A star is someone who is above it, who doesn’t seem petty.

Well, if my memory serves me right, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam form part of what was then called French Indochina.
Peaches
Lol….so Risque, no? Yep….this is the new and improved Bad A** Jennifer Aniston.
What an amazing woman Angelina Jolie is not only doe,s she not retalaite. She just goe,s about her day to day life being a great mother to her children.Doing her humanatarian work in vietnam and Cambodia then flying back to new orlean,s to be with her beloved brad.My admiration for her just grow,s and grow,s.Passing through i just love your defense of angelina it shoe,e in every-thing you right about her.I love your weekly comment,s about the tabliod,s you have me rolling about in laughter keep it up.African girl you are the best you determined defense for angelina and brad and the children is inspiring.Over in Britain she is held in high regard for every-thing she doe,s so please keep the good work up i think you are great.
Stardust, I wasn’t referring to Laura. I’m just reminded of Stepford Wives whenever a man is upset over a woman not smiling and fawning over him (Tucker). You should have the seen the comments that were left for him after he blogged that entry criticizing Nancy lol Like you said, everyone knows that she’s not going to agree w/ everything he was going to say. It was kind of funny to watch which issues that the reps and dems were going to stand up and applaud for.
Original Curious, thank you! I actually missed the first twenty minutes of SOTU because I have a cold. Honestly, I was tuning in to see Nancy, Jim, and Obama and Hillary being interviewed afterwards.
Ok I have one more little Jim Webb tidbit that I have share. Him and his wife (Hong) speak Vietnamese to each other. I don’t know why but I find that so cute. :)

Re: “Hollywood heavyweights make N.O. their home,” Page 1, Jan. 18.
From the very beginning of the Katrina catastrophe, Brad Pitt has shown — through his time, money and effort — how sincere he is in helping rebuild this great city.
Time and again, both he and Angelina Jolie have shown the nation and the world their humanitarian natures, and we have seen first-hand what extraordinary people they truly are.
They get down into the trenches with and for their fellow man to do whatever needs to be done to make things right.
Evidently, they also have seen what so many have before them — how unique and special are New Orleans and its citizens.
We are blessed to have them here, and I hope that we can welcome them and treat them as our own. I also hope we can give them the privacy and respect they deserve — and not use the ridiculous media moniker “Brangelina.”

*claps* I really hope they have a nice stay in NO.
Do you think they will stay in NO till Maddox’s school semester is over?

For every lowlife bottom feeder of a media person/tabloid hack there are classy people like Ms. Landry who understand and appreciate what Angelina is all about. Even though Angie will probably not read/hear about Ms. Landry’s sentiments, I know I appreciate it and feel better because of it.
Remember da Truth and Hmmm, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam were indeed french colonies up until the 1950s or so. Vietnam’s fought a war of independance against the French. Ho Chi Minh was their inspirational leader. Not sure whether Laos and Cambodia had to engage in war fare to gain independance or whether France bowed to the inexorable forces of history.
After independance from France, vietnam then became engaged in a war against America and its allies - which I might add, included Australians and New Zealanders. The communist were in power in Russia and China. People were scared of the domino effect and many thought that if Vietnam became communist, then Laos and Cambodia would be next, then thailand Malaysia, singapore, Burma ….. etc…
Many of the Vietnamese, Laotian and Cambodian leaders who are now in their 70’s were educated in France, at least for their university years - including the infamous Pol Pot and others in the senior leadership of the Khmer Rouge. Many of the older generation learnt French and, if they hadn’t been killed off by the murderous Khmer Rouge regime for being intellectuals and capitalists, will be able to speak.
These days though, despite the best efforts of the Alliance Francais, French is losing ground as the second language in Indochina. English is the language of choice because it is the language of science and business.

SAVED BY THE BELL
Angelina Jolie takes a hands-on approach to parenting Monday as she picks up son Maddox, 5, after school in New Orleans, where the actress and partner Brad Pitt have set up house while he films on location. The globe-trotting actress was just in Vietnam last week, where she took a meeting on behalf of the Maddox Jolie-Pitt Project, the charity she established to help her son’s native country of Cambodia

what does he have to say and for what? what did I miss? If he said anything you’d be calling him a media ho. The last I read brad saying anything in regards to angelina was that he adored her. I would think anything they would have to say to each other would be said to each other and nowhere else…..WHAT did I miss? Anyone?
