Brad Pitt is Benjamin Button
Brad Pitt was back on the set of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button in New Orleans yesterday. The biggest news surrounding Brad and Angelina Jolie at the moment is how strippers changed Brad’s life and the Angie bashing by the New York Times.
And this recently in… In the ladies’ category, Angelina Jolie took the Most Attractive Woman of 2006 title according to the three-week poll taken by HelloMagazine.com.

Good Morning BAMZS Fans!
Brad didn’t get a nomination but I’m proud of him anyway. He’s living his life out loud and one can tell from his interviews he knows how lucky he is to have the family he does. Living life well is the greatest reward.
Congrats to Babel, Gonzalez Inarritu, Rinko, Adriana, Leo and Jackie Earl Haley.

The haters always look at their back to see the past. They can have a pain in neck.
That’s why they are also a pain in neck!
Since Brad is not nominated perhaps he will go alone and Angelina will stay with the children.
The numbers for this OSCAR viewing will be interesting.
Personally, I thought Brad/Angelina were hounded more by the Press in Europe/India than they are at home. Whether Brad?angie were in the US, Europe or anywhere else that tabloid writer at thw not to credible NYT would have still wroter her article.
There is something wrong when on a BAMZS-freindly blog such as jj, there is this constant attack on Brad’s character as a lover, as a partner by some fans here.
Niether one of them speaks up to defend what is said about the other. Brad has been ridiculed in the past. The “I’m sick of myself” quote [2000+posts on TMZ they closed the thread after 90 days or there would've been more], the not marrying untill everyone else has the right to, making fun of Mel Gibson, now the stripper thing. They call him an adulterer, they say how old he looks, they call him p**sy whipped. The difference between Brad and Angelina is that he doesn’t give many interviews, he keeps to himself. I expect the haters to put him down, but what’s up with “fans”???
I vote again for them to leave the country (Do I get amother vote?). Get out and do some more humanitarian work. Wait abroad for the papers on the next adoption to come through. Hang up the St John’s dress. Get out the baby backpack carrier.
(OK I feel so strongly about this because I dream of leaving the country myself, at least until there’s a new president!!).

I can’t see Brad not going to the Oscars since Babel is nominated in 7 categories including best picture! He will want to support the film and the other nominees, hell, he has gone when he has no picture with nominations.

Brad’s been to the oscars 3 times
1992: because Julliette Lewis was nominated.
1996: because HE was nominated.
2000: the only time he had no “reason” to go, and honestly i think he went that year because he was in a career slump with four straight “underperforming” movies so he went to get good publicity. (ala Angie in 2004)
Now he may go to support Babel, but i hope he doesn’t go.
He and Angelina just need to LAY LOW and get off the radar. After Angelina does the TGS premiere at the Berlin Film Festival in mid-February they have NOTHING going on until JUNE when Oceans 13 & A Mighty Heart open. That’s 3 1/2 MONTHS of NOTHING where hopefully they can get some peace and QUIET.
I wonder if they’ll go to Davos now that Brad doesn’t have a supporting actor nomination and they don’t need to endure the red carpet again. I say leave the country that doesn’t seem to want them.

I don’t think he wil go to the Oscars.
I just realized that in the Newsweek roundtable discussion, Brad was the only one not nominated. Yet Newsweek was so sure that he would be, otherwise why invite him and not Clint Eastwood (you know he’s gonna win Best Director, the Academy just loooooooooves him so much) or any other sure bet? Maybe he would still be one of the producers for The Departed? I am still keeping my fingers crossed.

Exactly as you put it. They are “fans” not fans.The fans are expressing their concerns with a mature way and not in an attack mode. The haters are hiding behnd their *sses to cause trouble here and pretend to be worried. Don’t buy them. It’s just their new atempt to spew their hate. They have done it before.
The haters have arrived!! PLease treat them with kindness.
Let us look at the positive side of this not being nominated. There will not be ammunitions parked at the Oscars ready to attack the “Best Couple”
To Brad and Angie, we want the best for you.
Brad has a good year. He was at the roundtable discussion because he produced ‘The Departed’ and he starred in ‘Babel’, that’s no small feat whether he got an individual nod or not. Let’s focus on the brighter picture and make the discussion livelier. Have a good day everyone.

Yes, it is. They published an article based on tabloid rumours and lies. They lowered their standard considerably, so it’s trashy.
All of you who have seen Brad the past year in his support for Babel, even flying out of India for one day then back to promote Babel. You honestly think he will not show support for the film, director, co-stars and screenwriter by not showing up? You all don’t know anything about this business do ya? Rise above the tabloids ok?
I was soooo excited this morning waiting to hear the nominations..I so wish Brad would have been recognized for his beautiful work in Babe….
But Congrats to Alejandro, Adriana Barraza and Rinko Kikuchi..
I have a broken heart but I know Brad will have many more oppurtunities in the future.

I am sad Brad did not get his nominations.
But he will soon get his nomination.
I am predicting by the time he gets his nominations(and will win) as best actor and producer he will already be married to Angie with more kids and the acceptance speech is gonna be so sweeeeetttttt!! I am looking forward to it. OHHHHH!!!
