Brad Pitt is Benjamin Button
Brad Pitt was back on the set of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button in New Orleans yesterday. The biggest news surrounding Brad and Angelina Jolie at the moment is how strippers changed Brad’s life and the Angie bashing by the New York Times.
And this recently in… In the ladies’ category, Angelina Jolie took the Most Attractive Woman of 2006 title according to the three-week poll taken by HelloMagazine.com.
UPDATE :: Images replaced with Brad on the set of Benjamin Button last month.

I believe that Brad & Angie will be at the Oscars to support his film Babel. Without having a BSA nomination, I’m betting that the academy will ask them to be presenters together, just to get them on the Red Carpet and on the show. Angelina was a presenter back in 2004….remember that White dress she wore…..wow…and it has been a long time since Brad was a presenter.
As someone stated above it would have been hard for Brad to get a Oscar nomination since he (and Jack N) did not receive a SAG nom and they are determined by the same people. For BSA there are a great group of actors….I’m partial to Djimon Hounsou & Mark Walhberg…..Djimon made me cry in BD and Mark W was just great in TD….and I saw Dreamgirls….. I’m thinking that the Academy is not going to just crown the same winners of the GG….and the nominations prove that…..

Brad would have been recognized for his beautiful work in Babel….
Right now in New Orleans, Brad is getting a big hug and kiss from his Angie and his kids after hearing the Oscar list. I am sure that those hugs and kisses mean more to him than this award. Sure, as an actor he would like one, and will eventually get it, but as he said of his life before, “I was chasing something that wasn’t fulfilling”. He has learned that there is more to life. Even so, he has movie roles lined up and everyone wants to work with him, either as an actor or with his production house. He is a happy, satisfied man, and Angie loves him very much. He has given Angie “a place to put her passion”, as she put it, and I would never tear him down. He’s a fantastic husband to Angie. Probably the only guy on the planet who is that total package for her. They were practically custom-made for each other.

Babel will win Best Picture Says:
Ok, he may go just to support the movie to get best picture. Then I’ll watch it. Otherwise I have no interest in the Oscars, like in previous years.
He has many interesting projects coming up: in Jesse James he is very good according to early reviews. With Fincher he can go wrong. He is also producing some interesting material. i don’t even mention The Mighty Heart, because this is just one of the many. He is also producing with Johnny Depp. As I’ve said his plate is full. How about a certain X? What’s on her plate? An episode in a bad series, The Dirt. Ok. Whose career is going down?
No one wants to remember how he trashed his wife and ran like a scalded dog to another woman. I can’t overlook it and I knew he wouldn’t get the nomination and I’m glad.
Knowing Brad he is probably calling his colleagues on Babel and congratulating them. He’s so selfless. It’s not about him but the collective.
You know what? I have never, ever seen Gael Garcia Bernal in any event having to do with Babel. I know his part was very small but still, he’s probably the biggest name after Brad & Cate in that film.

He “trashed” his wife? hahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaa!!! Wait…..hhee hahahaa, so, you are saying Brad trashed HER? No, darling, it was the other way around. He has not uttered one mean thing about her.
You are going to be peeing in your cornflakes when he does get one, because, mark my words little one, he will.

I’ve loved both Brad and Angelina since Mr and Mrs Smith. I never care what the haters said. I hope their love lasts forever.

Does anyone know when his film…”Assasination of Jesse James….” is going to be out? Or has any previews been showed on that movie?
He has been very busy the last couple of years, and so has Angie. To be their assistant…OMG..they sure got their work cut out for themselves. It’s non-stop adventure, and it does not look like it is going to calm down. I have never heard or seen any other celebrities that can even measure up to these two, and how they continue to stay the course in meeting their goals. And to maintain such a healthy relationship, not only with themselves, but also with their beautiful children. I love this couple, and can only see more great things happening in their lives.
Brad in his interview with Diane Sawyer..just right after his divorce, expressed what he was wanting in his life. The journey to Africa, and trying to draw attention toward their needs. What is so obvious is how similar his needs are with Angies. He needed her to help him find himself..and that she did. They completely balance one another……and that is more rewarding than some cold item that can collect dust on a shelf. Now, don’t get me wrong…I would have loved to see him win an award,….but, you know..he is making so many films now, that surely he still has that chance of winning.

When you are not a nominee or a presenter, you really don’t have to do any red carpet interviews. If you are there because you are a part of the cast of a best picture nominee, it’s really about the director/producer & screenwriter. It’s a blessing really. Brad & Angelina can go and support babel and just breeze by waving to everyone on the red carpet without having to stop for interviews.
NYT used the the surest way possible to ensure hits on its website-by mentioning Angie and taking a contrarian view to all the press she’s been getting. They don’t care that it’s tabloidism at its worst, nor that the article is just a composite with a spin. All they care about is eyeballs. Welcome to the new and not improved type of trash media NYT is.
Why Jared had to provide them eyeballs by putting it here, I don’t know. I am not clicking on that link.

He’s been other years as well eg. 1994 Legends was nominated for somerhing and in 1998 he went alone. No film of his was nominated for anything. I think it would bevery strange if he didn’t go this year.
Brad even didn’t get a nomination for the Oscars, so he hasn’t to show up.
They don’t want your precious little Ange mess up their party.

Ha ha ha! You are so funny. You can’t overlook it because you have not moved on, even his “trashed” wife has moved on and been dumped by Vince Vaughn. Aren’t you embarrassed that you act like the scorned wife?
Gee, Pat, Brad wasn’t married to YOU, he was married to Jennifer Aniston, and unless you are actually Jennifer Aniston, I would suggest you move on. After all, you are talking about Hollywood, where even the most saintly looking like Tom Hanks, Julia Roberts and Paul Newman all got together with their present partners in less than idyllic circumstances.
I don’t think so, without the SAG’s nom it’s was very complicated for him to get an Oscar nom, since a lot of the voters are the same people.
I knew they will screw Dreamgirls to kiss Clint Eastwood ass and I can’t beleive Leo got nominated for Blood Diamond instead of The Departed now any chances he got to win are done. Well, if he keeps doing good movies maybe the next chance he will actually win.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
ITA that the SAG voters are the same people, and the Actors will recognize great ACTING when they choose the winners this Sunday.
I don’t think they kissed Clint Eastwoods butt and screwed Dream Girls in the process…… IMO, that film did not live up to all the year long hype. I saw it Christmas day, and having seen it on Broadway, I was not impressed by the film version…..and I got the exact same reactions from those I talk to that did see the Broadway show.
What’s a lie? I agree. They lowered their standard by talking about her, period.
