Brad Pitt was back on the set of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button in New Orleans yesterday. The biggest news surrounding Brad and Angelina Jolie at the moment is how strippers changed Brad’s life and the Angie bashing by the New York Times.
And this recently in… In the ladies’ category, Angelina Jolie took the Most Attractive Woman of 2006 title according to the three-week poll taken by HelloMagazine.com.

When Brad was married to the so-perfect J.A. I didn’t like him, i didn’t understand why a such and beautiful and incredible man could live with her..an insignificant woman.. he seemed boring and false. When he left her for Angie, he changed entirely, he’s a real man now, he found a woman who is, at the same time, the love of his life and his best friend, a talented colleague, the mother of his children, a wonderful person.. I’m happy for him and i hope that he keeps on living with her for ever..
Little Miss Sunshine should not have been nominated for Best Film.
Oh my god,can you believe these women STILL obesessed with a celebrity break-up that had NOTHING to do with them personally.Good God it has be 2 YEARS and to bring up JA a almost 40 year old woman who is half of the blame for her marriage falling apart is a JOKE!Laura Dern is a even bigger joke!Brad didn’t get a nod but at least Babel is up for best picture.I was looking forward to seeing the HOTNESS that is Brad and Angelina on the red carpet.I wonder if they will go to support Babel?

I can’t see Brad not going to the Oscars since Babel is nominated in 7 categories including best picture! He will want to support the film and the other nominees, hell, he has gone when he has no picture with nominations.

Brad’s been to the oscars 3 times
1992: because Julliette Lewis was nominated.
1996: because HE was nominated.
2000: the only time he had no “reason” to go, and honestly i think he went that year because he was in a career slump with four straight “underperforming” movies so he went to get good publicity. (ala Angie in 2004)
Now he may go to support Babel, but i hope he doesn’t go.
He and Angelina just need to LAY LOW and get off the radar. After Angelina does the TGS premiere at the Berlin Film Festival in mid-February they have NOTHING going on until JUNE when Oceans 13 & A Mighty Heart open. That’s 3 1/2 MONTHS of NOTHING where hopefully they can get some peace and QUIET.
I think he almost has to go. The film he was in was nominated for best picture, the director was nominated and so were some of his castmates. The departd was nominated, a film from his compnay that he helped produced even if Oscars rules don’t allow his name to be listed. If he doesn’t go it would look selfish as if I’m not nominated nothing in it for me so I’m not going and Brad is bigger than that.
I’m not sure rather Angie will go but IMO she should. She can’t let the media get her down, she can’t let them dictate her steps, she has to rise above it. They have to rise above it as a couple because the media is always going to be apart of their lives.
…oh i c…all the other stars are being immoral…that makes it quite okay…NOT. They will most definitely not make it…both of them looked sooo unhappy at the GG…Brad’s so worried about his films the children will see..what a buncha barf. Not at all concerned that he was willing to trash his wife…so sensitive, Brad.

Truly a slap in the face by Oscars, two nominees for Best Supporting Actress came from Babel, and Cate Blanchett was also nominated though not for Babel. What a royal asss smack for King Brad! As for the loonies, take heart that its God’s will for Brad to be outsted. You peeps have been too arrogant with your proclamations about HRH Brangelina, and someone up there sees it fit to burst your bubble and stop your gloats.

it is so sad that brad didnt get the nomination.brad and jhonny depp are two of the most talented actors we have today but sadly both of them have not yet been recognized by the indutry they both love(the movie industry).

Looks like Brad has had an awakening to me. When he was squiring around the ugly one he was never in a film that was nominated for anything. In fact wasn’t he suffering from depression. I think the evil queen seemed to up his wattage and now the movies he is producing and the ones he is in are both Oscar worthy. Sounds like a glass 1/2 full to me and let us not forget the giving back to the human race which does not have a trophy. But then again, you fanistons are all about awards.;)

You know the press’ mistake can work in the favor of Brad & Angelina. The recent stories going around have Angelina setting up house in New Orleans and enjoying her life as “wife to hubby Brad” & mother. I think I’ll be referring to Brad as Angie’s husband and Angie as Brad’s wife from now on.
The Caryn James article is written by a catty, gossipy wannabe trying to parade as a legitimate journalist. She pretends to write an objective article, but deep inside you know she’s out there with one purpose - to bash AJ. It’s all jealousy, people!! (I also find it hard to believe that a so-called legimate journalist would use the tabloid-y US Weekly as their resource!).
AJ is beautiful, talented, sexy, has a gorgeous loving family, and is the partner of one of the most famous and good-looking actors in Hollywood. That would be more than enough to drive envy in many. These ‘bashers’ are exactly what they are - small-minded people who have nothing better to do than pull people down. I feel sorry for them.
Glad the NYT article was mentioned. It certainly added to the level of objectivity (if there was any at all) in all the discussions (or outporing) over the star. The article was pretty good in pointing out certain things both to her favor and disfavor.

Dont worry, Brad will win his oscar, and not for BSA, he will win for Best Actor. He has 2 potentially winnable movies, TAOJJ in 2007 and CCBB in 2008. Angelina will also win Best actress, I think AMH is a good vehicle, it will open in 2007.
So Brad and Angie will be up for both Best Actor and Actress in 2008 Oscar, watch for it, it will happen!!!!!!!! Brad I think is all fired up now and he seems to want to be a better actor. I think its really the competition he has with Angie, since Angie has an oscar, he has to have one, too. Its really good, as they say, they make each better as a person and in what they do.
Anyway, Im optimistic they will still attend as Oscar presenters.
