I just got done watching [Spy Game] with Mr. Pitt. No matter how many times i watch it. Still Entertaining

She’s been quietly and stealthily insinuating herself back into our lives for the past month.
How do I know? Well, I believe I read a while ago that the page six guy has no love for her because they had sort of a tiff, if I remember correctly. Even Paula Froelich (also Page Six)referred to her a plain, but the all of a sudden - page six is writing suggestive blind vices - this is after they were threatened by Vince back in October. Then Brad’s parent’s supposed visit which she never denied.
Liz Smith wrote a positive column about Angie, the next day or so, she did an about turn saying almost the opposite of what she had said about Angie. Next it was People’s Choice, then GGTOU premiere, then all of a sudden, all of these negative items about Angie. Remember, it was the NY Post that first posted Angie’s Vogue interview in pieces with the headline “How I Stole Brad” All of these things not the full truth but with enough truth to cause a problem for Angelina.
Even her People’s Choice acceptance praising Vince. You think that was not deliberate? This is all about trying to distance herself from her pitiful image and the magazine are playing into it. I thought it was interesting that Ted C or someone said something about how People magazine never writes mean thing about people “unless a publicist tells them to.” I thought that was an interesting statement.
People, the machinery is at work here, and that is to get JA a better image than the one she’s been peddling the last few years and at the same time damage Angie’s rep. That’s what this is really about. The worse people think about Angie the better JA looks. You know, like the lesser of two evils. The problem is Angie does not play that game and because of that, JA and her publicist have a slight advantage when it comes to gaining public sympathy. As you know, I worship Angie but if I were her, I would step my game up a bit. Show that square chinned heffa who is the boss. Afterall she is the most beautiful woman in the world. Show up at the Oscar wearing fabulous, glorious red, with hair cascading down. Invite Barbara Walters for a chat - show her home and hearth. Images of beautiful Shiloh and Zahara in the background calling for Mom. Brad doing his bit, making spahetti for the fam or whatever.
Believe me, this would be in stark contrast to JA’s little lesbo episode. Which I personally do not think is that much of a stretch.
Many people here do not like Lainey, but Lainey is right about her conspiracy theories as you are now seeing.

I am sure the most important thing for Brad is that he has his family, but it must be a little disappointing for him, Did you see his face when they were saying the bsa nominees at the Golden Globe? He looked so hopeful. I just read an article by Roger Ebert….

“Perhaps surprisingly, Brad Pitt, who gave his best-ever performance in this film, was passed over. The amazing and imaginative Spanish-language “Pan’s Labyrinth” by Mexican director Guillermo del Toro also garnered an original screenplay nomination for del Toro.”

I agree with him, I saw Babel and I did not see Brad Pitt, I saw Richard. Brad Pitt is so humble, but I don’t think he would have sat down with Newsweeks Oscar Roundtable, if he didn’t hope to win an Oscar. It seems that certain actors get awards and some don’t . Brad has been going at this actor thing for 15 years, and I hope to see him get credit that is due to him.

i dont care about the oscar nominations.alli want is for brad and angie to stay together,because they are perfect together.i dont know if you all will believe me.when brad was still with aniston,i dont care about him even if i saw some of his movies in the past due to my friends invitations.i saw him in troy and meet joe black, but i didnt see the charisma yes he is gorgeous and very hot with so much sex appeal.but when i heard that brad is doing a movie with angelina, oh gosh i nearly fell off the chair, coz i really like aj since her tomb raider days. all my friends say she is just perfect to the role.since then i was hooked to both of them especially when they became a real couple.i always thought they are the real deal, yes it is difficult to accept but that is the truth, BP and AJ are just PERFECT.

Some people are so scared of appreciating other people who can do things better than themselves, that’s why they try to bring them down. I am a Jolie-Pitt fan because I admire what they do. People who try to bring others down when it is obvious they are doing well are the ones who are truly pathetic.

The reason why I say a big congratulations to Brad too is that all the success came after a very difficult year for the JPs in the press. Both Brad and Angie represented grace under pressure. To every pressure whether negative or positive I wish you many more successes.
