Ewww… what is up with January? Has anyone else noticed that high-profile women are just getting hammered by the the press, with very little provocation? First Oprah and her South African school; then Angelina and her interviews being deliberately misinterpreted and misquoted; then the Razzies, insulting Sharon Stone’s breasts; and now, Rachael Raye. Mind you, of the four, Angelina is the only one I can stand, but d@mn!!

Remember mere months ago- the Rev. Ted scandal, Mark Foley, Mel Gibson, Michael Richards, Isaiah Washington– their actions would’ve warranted an article about falling from grace. But Angelina not smiling, or rather, not smiling enough warranted an editorial?

Sorry folks,

But I doubt that there will be a press conference with Rachael Ray, appropriately sober and apologetic about these remarks. Why? Because although younger, Oprah is very Barbara Walters-like, meaning that she is unwilling to admit she was wrong publically, unless she is compelled to do so. Look at the James Frey thing… when it became increasingly obvious that Oprah’s seal of approval on Larry King wouldn’t wash, she marched Frey onto her show for a very public dressing down. After that, then she apologized to her audience.

She’s got money invested in Rachael; these remarks were allegedly made 2 years ago; Oprah will shrug it off, unless Rachael makes a even bigger donkey out of herself.

As for Rachael’s alleged rant, who cares? If Hollywood was high school, she would be that strange, no-neck girl working the serving line with the rest of the cafeteria ladies, whom no one talks to, unless they wanted to know is if lasagne’s on next week’s menu.

You definitely could not discern my posts from what i can make of your posts. All i was trying to say is that iam genuinely concerned about Angie and her family’s safety and tried to draw a simili with Princess Di’s situation. If you think that’s drama, i cant help it. Iam not here to convince you of how i feel or what my concerns are for this family that we talk about so much. I would appreciate if you just dont read read my posts if you find them “dramatic”.

I am against Angelina being sucked in. She has never been before and she won’t now. Next thing you know she’s in a feud. You see what the tabs tried to do with Madonna and she barely knew Madonna. A reporter asked her view about the adoption. She didn’t bring it up. The tabs twist things and say that she slammed Madonna. They want to link Angelina negatively with another celeb. Ain’t gonna happen. People should stop asking Angelina to say something. It’s the ones who come out of their face that need to publicly apologize, not the other way around.

In an attempt to be less Man-like, Jennifer Aniston underwent a not-so-secret nose job this past weekend, reports Us Weekly.

The former Friends star paid a visit to the top rhinoplasty surgeon in the country, Dr. Raj Kanodia, the doctor behind Asslee Simpson new nose.

In the early morning hours of January 20, one day after taping a guest spot on pal Courteney Cox’s new series Dirt, Aniston’s driver dropped her off at Kanodia’s office in Beverly Hills.
The actress emerged four hours later, but instead of her usual golden glow, she sported fresh black-and-blue bruises along her right eyebrow and across the tip of her nose and upper lip.

And, most shocking of all, Maniston’s liar publicist, Stephen Huvane, admits that his client went under the knife. However, he claims that Jennifer “had a procedure done to correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago.”

A source tells Us something else.

The mag reports that Man has wanted to have the nose job for more than a decade.

“Jen has hated her nose ever since her first nose job,” a source close to the actress tells Us. “She always said how lousy it was and that her nose was still too wide.”

The always stunning Angelina Jolie played the role of dedicated mother yesterday, picking up her 5 1/2-year old son Maddox from the new New Orleans school that he has been enrolled in.

The family, including papa Brad Pitt and sisters Zahara and baby Shiloh have bought a house in the Big Easy while Brad is filming ‘The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.’

In other Angie news, the Hollywood heavyweight has admitted that true love has changed her outlook on life.

She told OK! magazine she has a new perspective now she’s with Brad and has three children.

Now she lives by the motto: “Love one person, take care of them until you die, raise kids, have a good life. Figure out what you want personally, love - and go after it with everything you’ve got no matter what it takes.”

The mother-of-three added: “Shhh… don’t tell Brad but I love him very much. I’m in a more peaceful place in my life.”
