309-I have to agree with you here. I do feel that the reason anistons fans are still crying about the divorce 2 yrs later, is because they can`t get over their own pain. If by any chance Brad and Angie did break up, I certainly would not spend 2yrs of my life crying about it. I just can`t get over the fact that jen`s fans can not accept it. Sometimes I don`t know if I should get angry or just lmao. I usually just lmao.
Here is a link to an interview with Jennifer Aniston. It made me laugh and I thought it might do the same for all you posters. I read it ages ago and just came across it again. It is a must read as it shows that she isn’t quite as honest as her fans would believe. I will post on the previous thread too.

I haven’t seen anything on Academy Award nominations. Was Babel, Brad, or anyone from the cast nominated? Has it been announced, and if not when will they announce? I read about the SAG and I’m sad for Brad but is that one really a big deal? I’m glad he is not just an actor but now a powerful player in producing as well.

I think I am sensitive right now because we have just seen similar mean intentions, disguised as a column, written by that creature for the NYT. After reading this I felt sympathy toward X, but that article was way before she connived to get Brad to marry her, then did what she did to him. I LIKED her once upon a time! I LIKED Friends! But she turned so many of us against her because she married a genuine star, then tried to outshine him, even if it meant cutting him down from time to time. Both Brad and Aniston made all kinds of statements that were clues to their less-than-true-love marriage, well before Angelina. They each married someone they were comfortable with, and it didn’t work. God bless Brad, he did the best he could. He tried, and when she didn’t meet him even half-way, he was smart enough to get out. I am so glad Angie was there for him. Who else could possibly have been a match for him, should Billy Bob have taken on the role of father for Maddox, making that marriage work? Who? NO one else! That is why we are all so in love with this family and couple. Hey, sorry for the rant……

The media has gone after Brad many a time, this trash about RS or NYTime article would not have embarrassed him.
Brad and Angelina seem to plan way ahead of time and family comes first. If he has to work this weekend so that he can be free to travel with the family in the future than the heck with the SAG awards.
One more thing Brad was expected at the BAFTA tea party and he did not go there either. I think that these people just pencil Brad in hoping that he will come. Please he is one of the biggest stars going to these things and he and Angelina bring ratings and media.

To quote the man himself “I was chasing something that wasn’t fulfilling.” Which was golden couple BS.
Brad has somethng real. Angelina and the kids are real. His work with charities is real. This production company is real. His life is fulfilling now.

Hey no prob. didn’t see it as ranting. I really enjoy reading the posts on here.
I found the interview amusing because if she had just been honest instead of trying to say the ‘right thing’ the interview would have been better for her. A bit silly to lie about ‘making several endings’ for the film being discussed simply because the interviewer said the ending was a cop-out and sit-comish. It was interesting to compare the two women by clicking on the movies link and the interview with AJ (which I forgot to mention in the thread so thanks for that)! The big difference I see is that AJ thinks about her roles and is more interested in the acting part of it as opposed to attaining the movie star status which is why JA ends up looking and sounding like an airhead and constantly tripping herself up.
What is wrong? Cannot advance….
In regards to the Well Rounded interview - btw thanks for giving the link.
Even way back 1998/99 you can see which of the actress have character - read Neve Campbell and Angelina’s interview they were in their mid 20s but you sense that they are serious about acting and portraying various emotions on screen. When you read Jennifers, honestly you don’t get anything out of it - no insight on who she is and what she wants to bring to the screen or portray! and to actually cry becoz some interviewer cornered you…what is she 5 yrs!!! and for crying out loud don’t be lying - first about having met the interviewers then about the ending of the movie. True character always shines through. Jen has always tried to show that she is the good girl, she wants all to like her coz it makes her feel good about herself.
Man has no man, no film career, and she hates her face and thinks she’s ugly - hence her slicing and dicing - at 40 no less!….I guess seeing the stunning beautiful perfection that is Angelina Jolie, the love of Brad’s life, makes her see herself as worthless fug.
Sad.
It’s also sad that her friends, and Stephen Huvane’s assistants waste their time on message boards trying and failing to go toe to toe w/ bamzs fans instead of trying to find Maniston a decent role on Lifetime TV Network.
Bottomline, Angelina is not only Brad’s love, she is a movie star and Oscar winner, she is world reknowned - Brad knows he no longer is the ‘golden boy’ from movies who rescued the nominally famous tv sit-com hack Maniston, from tv sit-com hackdom and obscurity…Brad made Maniston more of a brand name, while Angelina, already admired in the world, and honored by her industry, just makes BRAD that much more of a stratospheric and bigger star than he was on his own. For ONCE, the woman in his life is increasing HIS profile, and making HIM a better man…a father, a humanitarian, and as an artist.
He KNOWS he wasted too much of his life trying to fix and pacify these incredibly superficial obnoxious and neurotic bores and basketcases (maniston, paltry, etc).
This is a FIRST for Brad, NOT being the ONLY one people are obsessed with, not having the responsibility of making or breaking someone’s career (‘Brad you HAVE to show up to the Emmys with me - all of the TV people are counting on you being there with me…waaaah!’) and guess what?? HE LOVES IT.
He loves having all eyes on his woman Angelina for a change, instead of HIS being the ‘girl’ in the relationship with fug plain ol’ maniston and everyone devouring him like a piece of meat.
When he walks the red carpet with Angelina, people lose their sh*t because it’s like two GODS parting the red sea.
I mean look at you fanistons….the GGs were almost two weeks ago, and you’re STILL talking about….who?….
Answer: ANGELINA that’s who….and why she didn’t smile enough for Peecrust who’s obviously obsessed with her like everyone else in the world.
When he’d walk TV red carpets with Maniston, people just thought it was terribly sweet the Movie God Brad Pitt would deign to be with the homely tv sit-com hack.
…and therein lies the diff, and the source of all the envy and bitterness: Brad is NOW with an EQUAL.
Maniston never had enough faith in herself, and could never overcome the insecurity, and self-consciousness her BEING with ‘Brad Pitt’ caused her, hence she tried to act casual and nonchalant about her relationship…she took ‘nice guy’ Brad and his love for granted, she poo-poohed it…until eventually Brad discovered this person wasn’t worth the effort he was making to try and convince her (and HIMSELF) that she wasn’t just a REBOUND after fishsticks paltry. He finally faced up to the reality that all his good intentions couldn’t hide. Which was the fact that he was indeed lying to himself and that Maniston WAS rebound, and that TRUE LOVE, the kind of fairy tale love he gave up on when he married Maniston, did INDEED exist - because he got hit with it in the solar plexus when he MET Angelina and began filming MAMS!
*(Innaritu, Brad’s director on Babel: “He was sorry to hurt Jennifer, who had sincere affection for, but he fell instantly and passionately in love with Angelina, Angelina makes it crazy - btw, THAT is a QUOTE B*TCHES! lolol)
Brad loves having the REAL & AUTHENTIC TRUE PASSIONATE LOVE of a GREAT YOUNG WOMAN who is saving the world, having great adventures, and who is a tender loving beautiful mother to his babies…and not the silly BORING immature insecure highschool-LIKE semi-love of a 40 year old ‘girl,’ who’s greatest accomplishment is getting her bleached highlights just so in her layered haircut, and having the latest ’secret’ nose job by the ‘in’ plastic surgeon to fix her big schnoz.
Brad made the best move he ever could have. He is moving forward with his life accomplishing great things, raising his kids, doing good in the world, creating, loving his woman and his life…
…and Maniston, she’s getting boob jobs and rhinoplasty at 40, oh - and going back to TV, except this time it’s syndicated.
Don’t look now fanistons and friends of ‘Huvaniston,’ that’s called 1000 steps back…..that’s called…well, SAD.
…and by the way, saying I’m Perez Hilton has GOT to be the best compliment and the worst diss I’ve ever had….I’ll take it. Truly, that’s just hilarious. You folks are walking brain farts.

Please take a look at the link from Drainbreath with the interviews, oddly, of both Angelina and Aniston in 1998 and 1999. I agree that it is only Angelina who sounds like a true actress. She is so sincere, so real. Even the interviewer( and this is during the making of Gia, so an earlier commenter who stated Angelina had plastic surgery to change her nose and get breast and cheek implants after Gia is so busted!) says: ” she is heartstoppingly beautiful, with killer curves and high prominent cheekbones, etc.” ( not a direct quote because I’ve forgotten the actual words, but read it. Perfect timing for this interview to surface.) Thanks…

Thank you so much for posting the link to that interview-it was brilliant. I thought that the interviewer, T.W. Siebert, was self-effacing and humorous.
It was the polar opposite from the NYT article. For starters the interviewer actually met the person he or she was writing about. And then there were no personal insults. No dragging up of tabloid gossip or rumor stated as fact. Actually, the interviewer went out of his or her way cast her in a positive light. JA screwed it up anyway.
