I used to read the fanfic, but I’m technogically challenged and couldn’t keep up with the ever-changing threads. When I did read them my all time favorites were the one where Brad goes to Africa to visit Angelina and Maddox and the one where she visits him in Morocco. I can’t remember who wrote them but that was some good stuff!!!

So what happens if a newcomer has nothing but nice things to say? How long will it take them to prove themselves? And do they have to keep taking **** from everyone else just because you ( in general not you specifically) are suspicious? How do you expect innocent newcomers to want to stay? And what about people who really have been lurkers for a long time and finally decide to say something? This is a public blog, anyone should be able to say whatever they want and not be run off. Well, unless it’s like obviously negative to the Jolie-Pitts.

Jennifer Aniston got herself a little nose job and isn’t happy that the story got leaked the tabs. It was reported that Aniston sought the help of Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Raj Kanodia. It seems someone in his office leaked that Jennifer was there a few weekends ago to get her schnoze in check. Jennifer wasn’t happy that Dr. Raj spoke to UsWeekly about nose jobs. He told the weekly that he cannot confirm or deny that he performed on Jen, but he did describe the surgery.
Jen’s rep won’t confirm or deny.

Paris, January 26 (PL) Babel from the Mexican director Alejandro González Iñárritu continues on its path of triumphs as it was nominated for the Cesar awards that are bestowed by The French Academy of Cinematography that made the announcement today.
According to the press release, the picture, starring Brad Pitt and Gael García Bernal will compete for the award against Little Miss Sunshine - Jonathan Dayton and Valérie Faris; Brokeback Mountain - Ang Lee; The Queen - Stephen Frears and Volver - Pedro Almodóvar.
The Cesar Gala, equivalent to the US-American Oscars, will take place on February 24 at the Chatelet Theater in Paris.
Alejandro González Iñárritu, the Mexican director who is admired in France, won in 2006 with Babel the award to the best filmmaker at the Cannes Film Festival, the first one ever for a filmmaker from that Latin American country in the history of that awards.
Babel was written by the Mexican screenplay writer Guillermo Arriaga and recently received the Golden Globe for the Best Film Drama. Furthermore, it has seven nominations for the Oscars.

When RedStripe, Special K and I were teenagers, I’m embarassed to say we all went through a serious Harlequin Romance stage. Am I dating myself? Are those books still around?
Life has certainly taught us that we’re not going to be whisked away by some dark handsome stranger and I’m certainly not going to encourage my own daughter to think so.
Still, it’s nice to see a strong couple come together and realize they can rely on each other.
