If the papz let them be for the rest of the time until after the funeral, I for one would willingly give up blogging and searching for their pics on the internet. But do you honestly think the other bloggers would, and the papz would stop?

Exactly I think other sites would continue to do so and people would bash them if indeed people on this site would stop blogging. I mean JJ is the only gossip site where people with commen sense stand up for them.

I know they are in the public eye and everything , but can’t there be some type of law that when celebrities face personal problems. A moment when their is some sort of crisis. A law is implemented that the paparazzi should stay away like 300 meters or something for a period of time like 6 weeks or so.

When Brad was coming down the stairs I taught he said someting like ” Are you gonna (…) me out this time?” I couldn’t quite catch it.

I wish them all the strength in the world in these hard times…sorry for my English.

I just came here to comment on that. Brad is taking pictures of the vultures, and surely for some purpose! The laws on privacy protection seem way to loose in Usa.
I love knowing about my long term and only favorite star - Angelina- but this makes me feel sick.

Jared, at least you were classy enough not to comment on Brad’s looks the way flynetonline.com did — saying he was looking a bit worse for wear. What did they expect? The man lost his mother-in-law, whom his partner really really loved — he’s supposed to have his hair coiffed, his face unlined, his demeanor red carpet ready? There’s a time and place for everything, and this was not the time for glammed up looks. Gosh, the papparazzis are making me hate them more and more.

My thoughts and prayers are for Angelina Jolie, her brother and other family members during this time. May her Mother rest in peace. May Angelina find the strength to endure and find comfort in the love of Brad Pitt, her children, family and friends. Hang in there Angelinga. You are an inspiration to many. I didn’t expect to see any new pictures of the family for at least a month. But who am I kidding?? They took pictures of them just a day after Marcheline’s passing in the car.

These “people” will not hesitate to do anything for money. And they can’t even take pictures from a distance. These greedy twits.

I wonder how they would feel in they where in Brad’s shoes and they had cameras 24 hours a day shoved in their faces especially when you are mourning for the passing of the mother of your “wife”.

Souljolie decided to close a topic with pics of them in the car outside her mothers home, the only thing we really can do is try to others private fan forums to do the same.

Exactly. The pictures of Angelina getting out of the car are at Brad’s office. She must of gone there with him during the day for awhile and those paps continued to hang around waiting for the two of them

I haven’t watched the clip yet, but I know what’s going on by the description and the posts, and I just have to say, I admire Brad’s restraint. He’s got a whole family depending on him right now, he can’t go doing something stupid - it’s smart taking pics too. What I hate is that these ratz don’t seem to even be conscious of the fact that this was a loss for Brad too, or who am I kidding, they’d be all over Angelina as well.

Guys, can you imagine knowing what Angie’s been dealing with for the last month or two, knowing her Mom was worsening. I can’t imagine had Brad won for Babel and been up on that stage, what he would have said - I think he would have completely gone to pieces. I bet there’s some relief that he didn’t get an Oscar nod at this time, considering how much Angie and the fam need him right now - beisdes he’s been to this party before (Oscar best supp nod), his time is coming for the big one. Thinking back, I think they were aware of Marcheline’s decline around the TGS promotions, they were so loving and tender and sweet with each other, Brad treated her like a porcelain doll. To date - that cover of People is my absolute favorite from the TGS red carpet, everyone felt the love emanating from both of them. I bet Marcheline loved it too.

For Angelina, I will not go to any blog until her mother funeral is finish!

Not to be a wet blanket but, if you’ve ever had anyone in your family suffer from cancer you’d know it’s usually a long drawn out process. I’d guarantee they’ve been prepared for this for a very long time. The MD’s would obviously know if the treatment was working or not. In a lot of cases of cancer sometimes it’s something else within the body that fails due to the cancer or an infection like sepsis or pneumonia, an ebolism, etc.

Loosing anyone in your family or someone you love is a tragic thing but I think people aren’t giving them enough credit. While absolutely they’re grief stricken but they’re not non functional people. They’ll get through it.

I came by just to check on the other thread before I jump into all the work on my desk, and gosh…. I feel so bad that these pictures were taken. I agree with the others who say we could have done without this. I didn’t watch the video or expand the pictures, but it is evident to me that Brad looks emotionally drained. I knew he would be, I didn’t need to see photo evidence of it. I can tell he has been crying with Angie and I know he has been holding her while she has been crying. They are in mourning right now…..what did these photo twits expect? And people have been commenting on him looking bad?? This is not acting, this is not a character they are portraying for public entertainment, this is their real life. These emotions should be private and I shouldn’t be seeing it.

I would have even put up with that fool [Fug Face Maniston] on the old thread a while longer in order to have spared Brad and Angie this, if I could have.

judging by the video,you can see Brad has had enough,i think they will move to Europe after fiming in New Orleans by the end of the year.Angelina was saying they were thinking about it.

The value of them? They are actors and activists. They are human beings. They aren’t in labs trying to find the cure for cancer or policeman protecting citizens or everyday people who are the cogs of society that make sure the nation works and functions. Katie, while I do agree with you as I said before, and I did say I wouldn’t blame B&A if they did leave the country, I realistically don’t think they will. I think they will stay here and tough it out, and hopefully change a few minds along the way. Thankfully, there are some Americans who do get it and see the bigger picture. I hope you will reconsider your decision.

I can totally understand it if you thought your curiosity about all things BAMZS has turned into a fixation, but if you think that your curiosity is behind behavior like the paps in the video and what happened with Princess Diana, I think you are wrong.

With the exception of a couple of wingnuts crying out for Shiloh pics, I think that the vast majority of us knows when a line has been crossed and we’re very vocal about it. Digging trenches on private property, faking ailments in order to be stationed in a birthing clinic, soliciting bidders for pics from a stolen digital camera, and other indignities that BAMZS have suffered is not the fans’ fault. It is about money and ego, period. It’s about having a captive audience, but not from one’s own steam.

Maybe fan fiction could qualify, although the only currency the writer will get is feedback; I do think that the closest we’ve got to be paps-like was when someone posted a pic of a fan with Brad Pitt, despite the fan, in question, stating that her sharing of it was on the q.t. since her job could’ve been in jeopardy. The friend of the friend of the fan who sent it to sites was about ego, period, as is #69 Hypocritical Behavior who sees an introspective audience and decides to slip his/her philosophy into the discussion. Yes, it’s a free board, but the emphasis wasn’t on motivation; it was about action and #69’s attempt to herd other people’s actions.

When I was a kid, I remember seeing a cover of the Enquirer. There was a picture of an overweight woman on the cover; I think she was wearing a red two-piece swimsuit and she was running around on a beach. I didn’t realize that headlines could be snide until I read theirs; it said GUESS WHO THIS IS!!! or words to that effect. I looked inside and saw that it was Lee Remick. I didn’t know who she was at the time, but I do remember that a month or so later, she died, of cancer. I do think of that cover a lot, especially when tabloids roll out their semi-annual ailing elderly celeb story; I recall that they engaged in that practice with Jimmy Stewart and Katharine Hepburn- now they’re doing it to Elizabeth Taylor.

My point is that it’s about intent; the mag is out to get money, power, and some prestige– Lee Remick was out to enjoy a day on a beach and no amount of weight gain or complications from cancer was going to stop her. So please, people, be conscious of your intent, whether you’re posting on this board or making proclamations about yourself about your impending actions or reactions to this current situation.
