Brad Pitt to Paparazzi: “You Guys are Unbelievable”

Brad Pitt was spotted leaving an office in West Hollywood, Calif late last night for a business meeting, reportedly. He was seen carrying a copy of a the Ron Hansen book, The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford (one of Brad’s new films that wrapped up last year and due out later this year). Brad, for obvious reasons, wasn’t very welcoming of the horde of paparazzi that swarmed around him as he hopped into his car. Before leaving, Brad addressed the paparazzi saying, “You guys are unbelievable.”

Other pictures include Brad and Angelina Jolie driving around L.A. earlier in the day. Also included is one scan of Brad Pitt in the table of contents of this week’s Entertainment Weekly.

Please don’t get me started down this road. Everyone knows they love to kick the Big Dog if they can. Everyone also knows that the SECOND anyone is in trouble who do they call? The call the Good Ole’ U.S. of A. and the goverment and it’s people respond.

Katie, being from Switzerland? I’m sorry but you’re country has never paid the price that American’s have for freedom and liberty against tyranny and facisism. Trust me. If it wasn’t for America the majority of the free world would be speaking German or Japanese. There are thousands of graves in Normandy, Italy and elsewhere least you forget why you live in a free society.

Flynet should stop taking pictures of them especially during this time.

Sorry Brad. You are such a media ***** when you want the image building PR - now take it like a man. What a whiner you are.

You and Angie will be milking this “event” for months to come - every public appearance, many interviews, pity parties in the press.

It appears I have struck a nerve especially with UNCLE SAM. For clarity sake - if nothing else, pls do read my posts and comments prior to jumping on the bandwagon and bashing other countries etc. My comments are aimed purely at the treatment of both Angelina and Brad, not aimed at what America has done, did or will do. The crux of my statement was an outcry or outrage that two esteemed individulas like these who have such a global standing in the world are ripped to pieces on a daliy basis, and if it is not via the tabloid press then certainly at times via mainstream journalism. And lets be honest, most often it is the tabloid press which has the greater coverage - as it is more sensationilst and if news is sensational then it SELLS - and this is what it is most important right?
Again my intention was never to offend americans - I am from switzerland a tad too civilised for that - each too its own, and Uncle Sam do remove your head from the clouds - . I aniticpate now a torrid tantrum from you - and avail well I dont expect anything less.

Whaaaaaat? Stop trying to re-write history. You obviously have no knowledge of America’s support in Europe before Pearl Harbor. The Russian and British troops were getting their asses handed to them before the American’s joined the war. My Great Uncle landed in Normandy and was with the push through Italy so DO NOT tell me about America’s rold in World War II or World War I for that matter.

No, I DO NOT want to see them! They have every right for privacy these days and I have complete understanding!

Not to be a wet blanket but, if you’ve ever had anyone in your family suffer from cancer you’d know it’s usually a long drawn out process. I’d guarantee they’ve been prepared for this for a very long time. The MD’s would obviously know if the treatment was working or not. In a lot of cases of cancer sometimes it’s something else within the body that fails due to the cancer or an infection like sepsis or pneumonia, an ebolism, etc.

Loosing anyone in your family or someone you love is a tragic thing but I think people aren’t giving them enough credit. While absolutely they’re grief stricken but they’re not non functional people. They’ll get through it.
—————————————————

Uh, read my whole post #64, don’t just excise a sentence.

First of all you’re being mighty presumptuous to assume I or anyone else here hasn’t experienced cancer first hand, concerning either their own health or a loved ones. I frankly don’t even know anyone that it hasn’t touched in some capacity, so enough with the patronizing tone.

But you trip yourself up when you say, ‘they were prepared for it,’ because ‘it’s a long drawn out process.’

First of all, NO ONE, is ever PREPARED for the death of a parent or child, even when you know it’s coming. You just are not.

I don’t know what you didn’t like about what I was saying - perhaps you chafed at the idea that Brad has an emotional bond and love for Angie and her family like no one in his life before in my opinion, or maybe you didn’t like the way I described the way he goes about cherishing her in public, specifically I mentioned ‘The Good Shepherd,’ premiere and how he treated her with such tenderness and love (ditto the GG’s, where it just emanated)…was it the ‘porcelain doll,’ bit — who knows? It’s hard to say who we’re dealing with on these boards sometimes….

But either way, the fact remains, knowing that your mother who has lived with cancer for 7 and half years, may not be able to rebound this time, may not get another remission, and/or hearing that the cancer has spread is as devastating as hearing the diagnosis for the first time. Angelina and her family, I’m surmising, had either an inkling or more than an inkling that Marcheline was losing her battle, but chose to stay positive and continue living their lives for Marcheline’s sake. There’s nothing worse for a person who is sick, and worse still, terminally ill, than to see your family hovering, suspended and paralyzed in torturous limbo waiting for the worst. As a matter of fact, that is the worst part of being sick. Jamie living his life and working, and Angelina loving Brad and her family, and living her life, was the best and most peaceful gift they could have given their Mom.

But in doing that, that still doesn’t mean Angelina wasn’t consumed at times knowing what was inevitable was coming sooner rather than later.

All I was saying was that in retrospect, Brad seemed so protective and tender towards her, and she of course had this air of fragility, and now we know why…..

Question is, why do you have a problem with that…er, ‘red shoe’ was it?

Heh.

Anyone seen ritzy lately?

Well, in all fairness Katie you did lump American’s and their opinions and lack there of for Brad and Angelina together. This may not have been your original intent but it does come off as a slam against American’s towards B & A. You’ve sighted the tabloid media mostly in your point and as many people have posted they are not a reflection of 300 million American’s country wide. Then to say you’re a tad too civilized because of where you are from to offend anyone is a passive aggressive comment.

I think you inferred that they should leave America (their home country) because of the tabloid media and the treatment of them. That’s a bit naive isn’t it?

Reading/Listening to what is being said before jumping to respond is never harmful.
READ. You have NOT READ. Hence the response. READ.

Ange READS. A lot. So does Brad. That’s why people have NOTHING on them.

If you had READ and UNDERSTOOD what I said before jumping to respond, you would realise that you are being repetitive. You can’t repeat what I am saying to me as a response.

Germany, Japan, World War II …. these were events of the past.

What about Iraq? Millions of innocent Iraqi civilians were killed and the body count keeps growing each day; millions more rendered homeless.

Thousands of American lives are being lost …. for what … did they die in vain?

IRAQ is now a total mess. Come on USA … are you a friend or a foe? Was yesterday’s champion, today’s TYRANT?

*************************************************************

No Nonna, I inferred that they ought not to remain in a country where there is so little value and respect shown towards them and their contributions whether this is vented via comments from blogspots, tabloid magaizines or maintsream press. I also inferred that they have three children they need to think of - and it is unhealthy for children to have to grow up in a society where your mother and father are slandred on a daily basis and I further inferred that these two individuals would be more than welcome in the rest of the world. I find it amusing to read the commentary of persons irked by my statements - and my so called “passive aggressive” insult was in response to an unsult that had been made onto my person, switzerland and the rest of the world i.e countries outside of America.
I trust this is now all clear Nonna, as I am not going to endure another lengthy discussion with you on semantics, intentions and assumptions.

I don’t think anyone disagrees that the Iraq war was a mistake but the American people were mislead by the President. Don’t blame the American people and it’s volunteer military for decisions made by George Bush or lies told to them to win their support. The military has a job to do and when they enlisted they knew no matter what if the President orders them into war, they go.

Do you guys realize that you are responsible for all the Paps following them. You guys continue to write on all blogs over and over again, you write letters to any magazine that talks about them, you buy magazines when they are on the cover. This makes them worth more money if the paps can get a picture. If only two people commented on any given blog and people didn’t buy with them on the cover no one would care to have their picture. People like you are responsible for them being followed. Keep up the good work! The consent attention is sure to be hard on their relationship so you are helping the strain they are under. If all you posters would stop your unbelievable obessiveness the world would be much better for these two. Oh well you guys are such great fans. Continue the worship and adoration, and making their life miserable in the process.

Let’s try to keep politics out of the discussion, please. We will never agree on most of those topics, e.g. the Iraqi war, so please let us stop further discussing it. It does not belong on celebrity blogs.

Maybe you need to understand the meaning of E Pluribus Unum? Out of many One.

Or We The People. Who do you think the country is? It’s the American people and you lumped tabloid media in with The People. Of course folks are going to react to that.

Damn. American’s may not agree with everything written or said about them but they’ll defend the right to voice the opinion.

You’re giving the tabloid media too much power

please this is getting out of control
