Wow, was I first? :) Hope they get some peace and quiet on Marcheline’s funeral–or maybe it already happened….

He’s so hot when he’s protective.

If they can make him snap they can make anyone snap. I am sure this only incites them further. They seem like a creepy, creepy bunch. I loathe the way they call out to the people they are stalking, acting like they are friends, asking personal questions. Then when FOR SOME REASON their prey doesn’t stop and chat, they say insulting things back. Like adolescent boys in the schoolyard. UGH.

Poor Pitt, indeed. But on the other hand, they must like staying in L.A. for whatever reasons, since they haven’t moved to some small island or remote areas to settle down like some other celebrity families. With their resources, there’s no place in the world they can’t move to.

#Brad Pitt is Brad Pitt. It does not matter if he is a doctor,lawyer or dentist. At this point they will hound, Doctor pitt, Lawyer Pitt. It does not matter,changing profession won’t help.

I think one way to protect themselves from insulting papps maybe that when you are about to get out there wear your iPod or something — listen to some loud music and all you see is shouting papps. You can still wave and smile, and not be affected by insulting comments. What they want is exactly, REACTION. So if Brad or Angie are seen angry at them and show frowning face that’s what they want. The tabs are catering to craving haters desperate to see “unhappy” Brad generating “breakup” rumors and “going back to Jen” rumors, and that’s the shot papps are after. Wear your iPod, Brad!

I wouldn’t be so quick to pity BP. He is just handling his business and protecting his family as any MAN would do. BP is aware of his celebrity status and knows how to handle fame. You take the good with the bad in any situation. However, it would not hurt the paps to back off for a while. Everyone deserves privacy especially during times like these. BP seems to be an honorable man. Many have spoken highly of him in the biz. He seems to be totally devoted to AJ and their children. I wish them all the best. AJ is a good person with a good heart. She has a large international following and her fans have shown her great support during this difficult time. I hope the fans will continue to donate to CSMC cancer research and continue to support BAMZS in their humanitarian work and careers. Thanks Just Jared for giving the Fans a place to come and congregate and for all the other posts on different celebrities.

it’s not really fair to take his picture now. even though he isn’t a dentist, he is a human being and people should respect that. on the red carpet even out and around, he may be considered fair game, but a human being no matter the profession shouldn’t be hounded while in mourning.

Pitt is the biggest media *****, outside Angelina, in the world. Sorry Brad, when you court the media as you do, you take the good with the bad.

ITA and the extended family like the Pitts & Betrand’s will close ranks. I think sometime this year they will be married and the public won’t know.

They should get a restraining order, And then you wonder why Micky had to be so aggressive, this is really out of control, we really need laws to prevent this type of behavior.

I can’t wait for them to get back to NO. But, even after the funeral there is still so much to do. The worst part for me and hubby after losing her sis to breast cancer and his Mom to Alzheimers was going through their personal belongings. It brings back so many memories it really is very tough! Thank God Angie has Brad by her side.

When a man has to ask for privacy while he mourns, you know there is something seriously wrong somewhere. Again, he is not saying ..”Don’t take my picture at all” he’s saying “Just let us be during this mourning period”. I don’t think it’s even for money anymore, I think it is the thrill of the chase that turns the paparazzis on. I do hope they have enough decency to grant his request.

Admit it, this world would be a very boring place without the coupling of Brad and Angie. I really don’t care about Hollywood and don’t get interested enough to really pay attention to other celebs. One thing I do wish is that the Jolie Pitts would just go somewhere secluded for a couple of months. Completely shut out any unwanted attention and don’t let anyone (except immediate family) know where they are going. Then the blogs, the media, and the public will have to simply survive on daily life musings of Paris, Nicole, Lindsey, or what Britney is doing. Trust me, you’ll get tired very soon. The SAG awards were boring as h*ll but if Brad and Angie were there, we’d still be talking about it, even the trolls.

So I wish they would just disappear for a few months as revenge. If so many people dislike them, then why do so many follow every move they make? There is a big disconnect here. Maybe it’s people who are in denial that they are interested in their lives and do like them. They don’t deserve to be treated like this when they are in a period of mourning.

Brad is the most gentle, kind, generous and calm male Star. And to say something like that about a person with his amount of celebrity status is very rear. You will never see him lose his temper. You will never see him yelling or through insults to the razzis or braking their cameras.

This kind of behaviour would be understandable especially in the situation they are going through now but at the end of the day it would have done more harm that good. The paps would get more aggressive and the harassment would be bigger. Plus as some already said Brad is not that type of person.

He has a great self control and cautiousness in this kind of things after so many years in the industry. He knows very well how to handle his business and he always doing it with respect and grace. And that is why he is the ZEN master. I really admire him for the way he is standing up for the situation.

I just really hope that after his polite request they will give them their privacy or at least take pictures from a big distance. I hope they will have some decency to do that at this rough period of time.

Brad or Angie never complained about the paps or any negativity towards them. But this is not a usual outing of them nor they are in any premiere or award show. This is the time where the family is mourning for the passing of a loved family member. They are not only Celebrities. They are human beings as well and people should at least give them some respect at this point.

I guess as soon as the funeral is done they’ll be back in NOLA. At least they can have some privacy there and the paps are taking the pictures from a distance.

My deepest condolences to AJ and her family. I hope they get through this terrible lose in peace and with the respect that all human beings deserve.
The papz are the pond scum of this world. Haven’t they learned anything from the death of Princess Di? What is it going to take for the justice system to protect people’s privacy? Yes, they are celebrities but they have a right to be safe!!!!!!

Angelina will either marry the guy or dump him this year. As we all know Losing her Mom is huge blow. I hope she has a strong support system around her. I am not sure about Brad and that is all I will say about that one.

I really think with all my heart that no one told Brad to ask the paps to leave them alone instead of letting the security guards do it. I just think this was Brad out on his own on his motorcycle, he saw all these guys trailing him and because of the compassionate, decent human being he is he thought, let me just try and talk to these guys. It really is very tough to go thru all of their letters , pics etc. We found out so much about my sister-in-law we didn’t know about, but we weren’t ready to read them for several years. She was divorced and didn’t have any kids, but we didn’t know that she had had a miscariage which she didn’t share with us. It was letter from her ex-spouse that we found out. I guess that sort of broke their marriage.

For you to support the paparazi instead by feeding us these pictures surprises me a little. I love your website I check it daily due to the reports and pictures of brad and angie. However, in this case I think it would be more fair not to use the pictures that were taken during the times that they ask the media to back away. That includes using such photos than as well. I know that many want to see it regardless. But since I know you are a fan of them as well.. I think it would show a bit more respect to them by not using these pictures.

One has to admit there has not been too many shots of them given how in demand they are and how unrelenting the razzis are. There should be daily photos of them but there are days and in some cases weeks where they just disappear.

However, this is one of their lowest points and they want space to feel their loss without having to worry about the razzis all over them. If that hospital story is true, the Jolie-Pitts could not even be selfish about giving completely to their loss and grief because they have to worry about their physical welfare and fend off the razzis obstructing their path.

Her mom was her everything and she still needs to make arrangements that require her to go in public without having to hear the hurls and feel the aggression that the razzis are capable.

So, he did the right thing by appealing to their decency over this particular time. He is saying that right now the game is off.

I promised myself that I wouldn’t address you because of your posts on a previous thread, but I will today.

Again, I think intent should be introduced into the debate. I think the majority of celebrity watchers want to see their favorites out and about, but I do think that there are a contingent of celeb watchers who crave the seedier side of the glamour. A few years ago, Ken Anger came out with Hollywood Bablyon, a compilation of stories and photos of HW’s underbelly. I remember wanting to buy the book because I was interested in Old Hollywood. I never did, but I did look through it in my college years. Perhaps ‘looking through it’ is an overstatement, since I paged through it and found a picture of Lewis Stone, lying on a Hollywood street, proned from a heart attack. I think the caption said something to the effect that the attack was brought on by his chasing photogs off of his property. Whatever the reason, someone captured one of the last moments of his life, which was a demoralizing thought since that time could’ve been spent calling an ambulance or getting a car to transport him to a hospital.

I suppose my point is that everyone has a certain line that they won’t cross; I accidentally stumbled across mine. But I do think that there is a school of thought out there who manipulates those into believing a line doesn’t exists, or at least, it shouldn’t. Pay-to-play (or view) sites cater to those who haven’t found their limits; Paris, Pam and Tommy, adult sites, and even worse, sites that post child pornography, bestiality, and other exploitative materials cater to those without boundaries.

I don’t know many on this board personally, so I can’t say whether or not they visit those types of sites, but I do think that it takes a lot, including mental instability, to head toward those extremes. That is probably why pornography hasn’t been properly defined because variables within the beholder hasn’t been fully examined or allowed within the equation.

Personally, I don’t think my loving the fact that Angelina cooed to Zahara ‘Who’s a little bunny’ or Brad, pressing his cheek reassuringly against a covered Shiloh’s head is feeding into the stalkerazzi. I got my fill a long time ago, meaning I don’t need 24/7 surveillence of these two or any other celeb for that matter. Honestly, I think that some are being anticipatory, if that’s a word, and getting the supply before the demand is in place. Those who have the money and the desire to seek out that material will do so. It’s a bizarre relationship, decidedly, but closer examination is required.

So, in summary, you are free to implore people to stop feeding the demand, but I do think that it is short-sighted to focus on this board and on these celebs.

You don’t get “personal responsiblity”, do you? Sure we talk about Perez, the NYT article, and FF. If it has to do with Angelina or Brad, we are going to discuss it. Many fans here give the impression that they are optimists but that doesn’t mean they will only “oooh” and “aww” all the time. They went on to discuss which nose Jen picked. Is it Nicole, Ashley, or Cameron’s nose which Jen picked?

Are you getting excited about you trip? What is the weather like in Bodrum in March or April? I was reading Hurriyet on line and looked at some of the advertised real estate near Bodrum and thought of you. The summer homes looked very much like yours and very lovely.

Aron is doing great. He got his ear pieced and was very surprised to see I did not make a big deal. I took him to the mall to get it done. He is quite sure of his looks these days. He is planning on attending Oregon State University. He has sworn off the girls at the moment. We’ll see how long that lasts.

Um, excuse me, but I wish peeps would stop telling others what they should and should not post on. I don’t consider this a Marcheline mourning thread - and I like discussing anything and everything as it pertains to BAMZS, whether it’s the ratzi’s, Peecrust and The Panda, or The Plastic Man (short for Plastic Maniston, you like? lol)

*Puts on tin hat in anticipation of a severe flaming* No offence folks, but I’ve had enough of yet again reading about Jennifer Aniston on a Brad thread. She has nothing to do with him now, why is she always brought into the frame? If you want to talk about her why not do it somewhere else? And no, I’m not a fan of hers or a hater or whatever you want to call me- I just want to read about Brad and Angelina and NOT Jennifer, someone I am at best indifferent to. I hope I don’t upset anyone by saying this but I do honestly find it frustrating that Brad and Angies fans are sometimes the ones who keep up the triangle. I’ve said before I enjoy reading the posts here at JJ because for the most part they are written in intelligent and thoughtful ways, a real cut above most of the sites on the net. A lot of you are great writers- when I say that I’ve laughed and cried in reading a few posts it’s honestly no exaggeration, it’s just that sometimes I just wish I didn’t have to skip to find the relevant bits. I do write this in admiration of this site and it’s posters and if it offends anyone I sincerely apologise- that is not my intention. It’s only my point of view, which like anyone elses may or may not be correct and you may or may not agree with.

I hope having said all this I will still be welcome to post here.

On a side note: I haven’t even clicked on the pics above to make them bigger and yet I can still see or almost *feel* Brads anguish at this time. I can’t imagine going through such a difficult time with all those paps chasing you for the photo op. I imagine that they want to catch a few tears- urgh it makes me feel guilty even glimpsing at the pics. And as usual he’s being criticised by some this time for.. gasp..trying to appeal the paps better natures and sense of decency. The act of a true gentleman, most men I know would not be so restrained in those circumstances. Well Done Brad

*Puts on tin hat in anticipation of a severe flaming* No offence folks, but I’ve had enough of yet again reading about Jennifer Aniston on a Brad thread. She has nothing to do with him now, why is she always brought into the frame? If you want to talk about her why not do it somewhere else? And no, I’m not a fan of hers or a hater or whatever you want to call me- I just want to read about Brad and Angelina and NOT Jennifer, someone I am at best indifferent to. I hope I don’t upset anyone by saying this but I do honestly find it frustrating that Brad and Angies fans are sometimes the ones who keep up the triangle.

Marmalade, you are entitled to your opinion, however it appears you have not read what most of us here, when posting on Maniston, have been saying….namely, that SHE once again, has chosen to inject herself and her deceptive lying monster PR machine into Brad & Angie’s lives.

There is absolutely NO REASON, why her ‘Exclusive Interview’ w/ People Mag HAD to come out NOW right in the midst of Angelina’s Mom passing.

But just like the press announcement on the DAY of Brad & Angie’s Golden Globes night, just like the press announcement as it pertained to the Dirt storyline and HER ROLE didn’t need to come out THE DAY the Oscar noms were read…

…it’s clear, that she and her agent Huvane, are orchestrating the sad lame events in her life to COINCIDE WITH BRAD’S. So when the infotainment shows run their line-up, she’ll be smack dab in the mix, with the ‘Brangelina’ news.

However, I just didn’t know how LOW the woman would sink, until today’s ‘Exclusive Interview’ with People, which shows me she can’t even let Brad & Angelina have a few brief moments of the public’s sympathy to themselves, before injecting herself, in a wildly lame, ‘Hey over here - look at me too…please remember I’m the victim,’ PLOY!

God forbid, someone ELSE besides her have a pity party.

It’s disgusting and so is she, and she is deserving of all of our wrath on these boards and others, as long as she continues pulling these stunts.

That is all.

Ok, I’m getting a bit tired of people saying that because Brad and/or Angelina became movies stars, they have basically waived all rights to be treated like human beings and that they knew or damn well should have known that the price of becoming a movie star is to subject themselves and anyone close to them (family or friends) to daily maniacal pursuits by the hostile, disrespectful and insane paparrazi. That would be a nice argument but for two things. First, not every actor/actress out there gets the same treatment. Regardless of how popular they are now, most of the actors and actresses back in the day probably had similar dreams: do what they love (act), maybe become famous, make money, etc. And yet, despite these common goals, some people are singled out to be put on the pedestal or be devoured viciously by the tabs etc. The point is there are a handful of people in the industry that gets all the crap and the rest of the stars simply coast by unscathed/relatively unscathed by the paparazzi. Matt Damon, a pretty big star himself, was completely taken aback by the kind of media frezy/insanity that Brad and Angie’s presence generates. I think it’s fair to say that the maelstrom surrounding this couple goes far beyond any aspiring actor’s/actresses’s vision of what celebrity will be like. People that keep insisting that this is what they signed up for by becoming movie starts are unrealistic, most likely envious and are trying to find a sort of cosmic balance by saying people who have lives like Brad and Angie should be made to pay price of being hounded to death by media people. *Shake head* Second and most importantly, Brad and Angie didn’t “ask for” this type of attention. Asking for attention will be politicians who actively stump on the campaign trails, getting people to like them and stand up to tell us that this is the kind of person they are and that is the kind of things they’ll do if they have power. And yet we don’t see hordes of paparazzis chasing them down as they do Brad and Angie. All in all, people should just admit that Brad and Angie are being treated differently and the amount of attention/hostility aimed at them is completely disproportional to the attention/hostility directed at other celebrities and even politicians.

By the way, give me a break with this whole “the papparazis have mouths to feed” crap. Throwing all remnants of morals and ethics to the wind for a $500,000 picture of Brad and Angie taken in the most instrusive and obnoxious way possible is NOT about feeding your children–it’s about greed plain and simple. Last time I checked, most people never made $500,000 in a year or even 5 years. If a paparazzo’s main concern is to bring home enough income to feed the family, he can probably easily make enough money to feed their family by running a professional photo studio taking portraits of people or doing wedding photos. People defending the paparazzi make it sound like they have no other employment choices aside from chasing celebrities to death in an effort to get the “money shot.”

And to those who predictably enough will counter with response that fans like us are what fuel the demands for photos, just know that it’s a lame response given the willingness of people like me and others on this site to go to a thread containing old photos of Brad and Angie to continue chatting. It’s not the pictures we’re after–we’re after the nice congregation of diverse people at a pleasant watering hole so that we can listen and discuss our idols to our heart’s content. We don’t have such short term memories that we forget what Brad, Angie and kids look like if not given new photos of them daily.

So, there was no date for Atlas Shrugged . I’m guessing it is still in development. I would hope that Brad will 2-3 weeks off from BB. I’m thinking that if Brad had any filming projects soon after BB that he might postpone it. I’m not sure whether they will attend the Oscars. Marcheline may have told them to go on with any plans that they still had. If they do go I think they might skip the red carpet. I do expect that Brad will promote Oceans 13 in the early summer.

London, England (AHN) - Victoria Beckham may be a style icon, but that has no barring on her sexual appeal to the average British man.

In a new survey, hosted by Company magazine and Condom brand Durex, the 2,000 men questioned said they believed the star’s soccer husband, David, is more appealing in the bedroom.

According to the results, 4 percent of men asked would jump between the Egyptian-cotton sheets with David, while a meager .59 per cent said they would want to wake up next to a make-up less Posh Spice.

The always sexy Angelina Jolie, however, got a whopping 25 percent of “yes” votes when asked which celebrity they would most like to have sex with. While the stunning Oscar winner saves herself for boyfriend Brad Pitt, British star Kelly Brook came in a close second with 22 percent.

It seems that British men also prefer their sport, drinks and finances over a late-night romp. Three out of ten men would give up sex for life in return of one million dollars, while three percent said they would turn celibate if their favorite soccer team won the treble…

Yeah, I gotta own up and agree with ya, I’m just that snotty, haha!! Hey, I get burnt out on the JA talk sometimes, too, and when that happens, I just don’t participate in it. Anyone can do the same. This blog is way too big and populated to try and control the convo topics. Just skip what you don’t like, even complain about it if you want to, that’s cool, too… just don’t expect to really control it.

For instance, I don’t like it when people post all these song lyrics and poems, magazine polls, and glurgy stuff (no offense to those of you who like it), but I just scroll right on past it until I find something I like. There’s a little something here for everyone, which is cool. I say let’s keep it all. It makes it more interesting and eclectic.

Aniston set herself up when she released an interview this week for no apparent reason, but to insert her name in the press during this week because, well, she could and she is all about her.

So, Aniston says that getting her deviated septum fixed, we all know she got a nose job because the one thing Aniston is consistent on, is lying. She says doing this is the best thing she ever did.

Yet, Brad says the best thing he’s ever done is become a father.

And people still have the nerve to be upset that they’re still not together?

The best thing she’s ever done is take care of her nose vs. the best thing Brad’s ever done, is become a father. Her nose is her baby, while Brad actually has babies. Or her nose is as big as a baby?

LMAO–who is ALL? Is that supposed to be everyone on this thread? Everyone in the world? Or is it just the collection of Sybil-like personalities in your head? Whether or not Brad and Angie attends the Oscar, people like you will find fault one way or the other. If they stay home, they’re losers but if they go, you will probably say they should be at home mourning properly if they were really saddened by Marcheline’s death.

The proof of X’s lies is on her nose.
While you think Brad was cheating on X, don’t you know X was f****** VV.
They were already separated when Brad ran after Angie in Kenya.
It was over between the Brad and X. Consult a lawyer, maybe you would undertand better when she/he tells you that once you’re separated it is okay to date or f*** somebody like X doing it with Vince.

I have never like the way Jen has handled her separation and divorce from Brad Pitt. She did her best to benefit this situation and unfortunately she is still doing it.

But I don’t want to blame Jen for everything which go wrong around the Jolie-Pitts.

Jen has a very good PR team but c’mon he is BRAD PITT! He has THE POWER! Surely much more than the PR team of Jen.

Brad is a very kind, patient guy. I do trust him that he will handle everything in his own way.

He was with Jen for 7,5 years, he knows her too well; he knows what she is capable of and able to.

That’s why Jen and her PR team don’t worry me. They can’t damage the image of the Jolie-Pitts and they can’t harm them.

For paparazzis, this is the price they have to pay for their fame. Although it seems irrational to me but reality is like this.

They job is to act in the movies and they are not supposed to smile and welcome us 24/7. But some fans are very interested in every single step they take, every move they make. Then the conflict starts right there.

Their privacy is their right but the reality is not like this.

I had a nose job in 1991 because I want to have a better looking nose on my face! I have been telling everybody if they ask. The funny part, AFTER the operation doctor told me that it was good to have an operation because I had a deviated septum. I told him who cares; I got a beautiful nose for more than 15 years.

There is nothing wrong to correct something if you don’t like of yourself. Why shouldn’t I?

But to lie about it, it makes you dump and then dumper.
