Blood tests show Prison Break actor Lane Garrison had more than twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system and was also under the influence of cocaine during a crash that killed a 17-year-old in December, police said. Police have recommended the DA file a felony charge of gross vehicular manslaughter. If convicted, Lane could face up to 10 years in prison.
