Power couple Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise enjoyed the backstage view of Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez performing a duet on the Pontiac Garage Stage. The concert was held at the Ocean Drive/Market America Super Bowl XLI party earlier tonight in the South Beach section of Miami Beach, Florida.

The fact that Nicole doesn’t “trot her kids out” doesn’t mean she is never with them. It’s well known that she has always been very protective of her kids privacy (a sentiment that Tom used to share until recently…..). Remember how few pics there were of the kids when they were younger?
Nobody can say she’s a bad mother, or an absent mother, just because we don’t see many pictures of her with them. Likewise, Katie doesn’t automatically become a good mother figure because she smiles for the camera and says the right things in magazine interviews……

Think of all the high profile stars out there with kids involved in sports. When was the last time you saw them at a game? And not because they don’t go or don’t care.
Nicole, according to an interview, has a home down the street from Tom’s. According to folks who know her, the kids see her often and they talk constantly.
You know if the situation was reversed and Nicole currently had physical custody and Tom was the absent parent–seeing them only a couple of times a week and doing the phone thing–you probably wouldn’t be criticizing. Nicole had physical custody after the divorce. It is my understanding through another interview that the kids wanted to settle in L.A. and she and Tom worked it out that they would stay with him.
Instead of criticizing her, I say kudos to her and to him (whom I cannot stand) for doing what is right for the kids instead of using the kids as weapons and bargain chips against each other. If more parents were able to put aside their own selfish needs and do what is right for the kids in a divorce we’d have less problem children.
But so glad you know her so well that you can make such sweeping statements. Trot away why don’t you.

OMG!!! They are matching their outfits now?! How much more PR can they get?! Her hairband is the same colour as his jacket, and what the hell happened to Tom’s jeans? He wore them constantly before and now he’s dressing up in suits all the time as if he’s going to go on stage and sing some Barry Manilow!
If she has another child then it is definitely his baby, but for now, I’m going to go out on a limb and say that Suri is Chris Klien’s baby. IF they were truly happy they would act natural infront of the camera instead of kissing and hugging every two seconds - what do they want to prove to us “normal” people?

I work in a collateral business in Chicago and know people who have worked with Nicole. And she gets nothing but rave reviews from them. All of them have said her kids were a presence on the set and she talked to them frequently.
