Brad Buys Apartment in Berlin
Guten Tag! The German edition of Vanity Fair (just launched as a weekly by Conde Nast) is reporting that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have swooped up a luxury loft apartment near Alexanderplatz in the former East Berlin. Europe is lucky to have them!

It’s a fairly decent mag about movies - I don’t consider it ‘tabloid’ but maybe others do? I like the comparisons they are making, esp. Katherine Hepburn and Spencer Tracy Kat was one of the first women in Hollywod to wear pants. But at the same time, Angelina has the sexiness of Lauren Bacall too!

Cliniqua - I honestly thought you were so funny at first then you scared the hell out of me because you sounded obssessed. Although you do sound a bit crazed sometimes, I BELIEVE YOU!
You should really check out Defamer.com because they often write about CAA and the Huvanes. I hate the way they write about Angie but I learned quickly that Defamer is snarky to pretty much everyone. Still, they have a lot of inside info on the CAA agency. It’s worth checking out. Even though you scare me sometimes, I have to admit you are funny and you tend to back up your claims with logic and proof.

If you think about it, it’s like all hell broke because Jen X lost her man. When divorces happen everyday in this country. All of this smear campaign against our Angie, somebody is behind it.
PREMIERE magazine is a publication, as an actor you want to be in.
Head’s up everyone. The Berlin Film Festival starts this weekend. Angelina’s film The Good Shepherd is being screened there. Also the BAFTA’s are this weekend in London. Brad is nominated as a producer for The Departed. Although it is still close to the passing of Angelina’s mom, if they have decided to go anywhere and are not in NOLA chances are they might be in Europe.

Before, I go, do people really think Brad and Angie will both go to the Oscars? I think Brad should go quietly and not do the red carpet because all the nosy reporters will ask questions. He should go there, support the movies he helped produce and starred in, and then go back home to Angie and the kids.
Although I would love to see Angie and Brad on the red carpet again, I cringe thinking about how they are stared at endlessly and asked questions by snoopy red carpet people.
I think they both need their privacy right now and Angie shouldn’t put herself out there to be asked questions. I hate that anything she says gets twisted around so the media can keep milking it for profit.

Great Post. I wish people would read and think before they comment.
Berlin is a vibrant city, very trendy and cosmopolitan.
Have my doubts about the source (Der Spiegel is a reputable publication but Vanity Fair - whatever edition - has become a rag, I cancelled my subscription somewhere around middle 2005 :lol: and do not believe anything coming from VF without exterior confirmation), but buying property in Berlin now is a good investment… with the bonus that it is fun to spend time there.
Why mention his EX and not all of hers b/c she has plenty. They have moved on .. why cant you and just leave JA alone?

Anyway I have been lurking from time to time and I came out of lurkdom (the words we make up in cyberville! sheesh!) just to say Lady G I understood your original post was not negative against B&A and I think with all of the pain in the neck CLINIQUA bashing post (I swear I think they will follow her to the ends of the earth just because!) your upset was overlooked.
Just thought you might feel better knowing that someone else read your post and read it’s true meaning.
