Fergie Fires It Up on TRL
Fergie and singer-actress Ashley Tisdale of High School Musical fame both made appearances on TRL earlier this afternoon. Fergie was in the building to premiere her new music video “Glamorous” featuring Ludacris.
Ashley chatted up the release of her new album “Headstrong, which was released yesterday. Entertainment Weekly calls Ashley’s “saucy, fierce and radio-ready” thanks to A-list producers like the Matrix (Britney, Avril) and Scott Storch (50 Cent). More pictures here!!

First a new album by every American Idol reject/runnerup, now the High School Musical cast members are subjecting the public with albums. It was bad enough with “Making the Band”.
Oh bdj - lighten up. Ashley’s new album is actually quite good, the songs are really great and I agree with EW in that they are radio ready. I expect they’ll get picked up into rotation quite heavily. And she’s adorable to boot! There are millions who are waiting anxiously for HSM 2 this summer.
I say hey, if you get the opportunity why not milk it for all its worth. Fame is fleeting for most so get it while you can. You know you would if you got the chance.
I’m sure she is a talented girl. However, I am still waiting on Chopper album from “Making the Band”. (smile)
They should combine all these shows into one big reality contest, “American Idol candidates makes High School Musical while Making the Band.” JUST KIDDING.
Ash’s album is awsome. No one would be moaning if Ashley hadn’t shot to fame in H.S.M but had still released an album.
