OlderAnna Nicole Smith Dead
HOLY NUTS! Anna Nicole Smith is dead! She apparently was found unresponsive in her hotel room. Her private nurse called hotel staff, who contacted 911 as her bodyguard performed CPR.
The cause? According to reports, it was a drug overdose. Anna was 39.
Anna collapsed at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, and was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital just after 2PM. Her temperature was running high last night, according to partner Howard K. Stern.
Anna’s son Daniel died of a drug overdose five months ago on Sept. 10. Her daughter Dannielynn (born Sept. 7) was supposed to undergo paternity tests soon…

I don’t like that either, but I’m afraid that everyone will be subjected to it because, after all, her child is a baby, so ‘it’s not going to hurt anything’ {eye roll}.
To BAMZS fans… we thought that the press’ coverage of Marcheline’s death was bad. This coverage may exceed the outrageousness scale that Anna Nicole set.

I’m sorry, but just because someone is/was a public figure doesn’t mean that everything about their life is up for grabs. I really hope that the Irwin family destroyed every copy of the tape because no matter the professional pose that journalists take, they are still about getting the get.

I expected that Anna would either overdose or commit suicide soon, but was still shocked when this popped up. I am not sure that Anna was truly responsible for any of her actions since Daniel’s death. (This includes the paternity testing–just don’t have a real feeling that she was very aware of anything really going on around her). She seemed to be heavily sedated (not partying), but sedation to keep her from being in hysterical grief due to the death of her son. Their adoration of each other seemed real. Add to her son’s death, the other pressures and legal issues around her, and people can only bear so much stress and pain. I think she was much like Marilyn Monroe (and Marilyn was considered wild for her time period) but the biggest similarity is that like Marilyn, Anna was victimized by people around her that rarely loved or cared about the real person, and there was deep pain and sadness and a need for acceptance and attention. Losing the person Anna called “her rock” was more than she could bear. I feel so much pity for her and her little girl.
The lawyers and media will have a feeding frenzy with the paternity case, inheritance issues, and pseudo-marriage issue.

I asked about the picture of her on the floor earlier and, I dont know it might be her but maybe a different night. On CNN they interviewed a whitness at the hospital and he mentioned seeing a women wth short blond hair. The hair looks like longer thread in extensions. Sorry I dont know why this is just totally bothering me.
This is crazy.. I never really liked her but I always see her on TV especially when she had a baby.. The world got rid of another *****, I don’t really know if i should be happy..

Whether or not you cared for her at all, whether or not you approved of her, whether or not you respected her, she’s dead. Anyone with any semblance of humanity pulsing through their veins and their hearts should be able to say “This is sad”. She may not have lived the life you thought she should, but did any of us even know her? NO. Obviously she lived with her own demons, but let us not judge those just because they live in the public eye, once they are gone.
Can we just let her rest in peace, for God’s sake? My thoughts are with her baby girl and her family at this time.
When I heard she died today, I just felt sad….no hate, no love….just sad. For the haters on this site, I will say a prayer for you too, as it must be he l l to live with such hateful hearts.

The last info I had read had mentioned the methadone connection. Daniel had died from heart failure due to the possible interaction of anti-depressants and methadone and it was reported that Anna Nicole was under going detox and was also taking methadone. Some speculated that they both may have had an undiagnosed, and hereditary heart problem that became aggravated by the use of this drug.
I was also rooting for Anna to over come al of her demons and misfortunes. For some reason I do not think that Anna had ever recovered from losing Daniel and this is somehow connected to her unfortunate and premature death. : (

I still say that Howard had something to do with the death of her son and now her. Something is fishy about that guy. I am shocked and saddened. Prayers to the family and her close friends. She will be missed.

YEP!! I too, think that Howard was SO involved with BOTH deaths. He will pawn the baby off on a nanny and live the life with all of ANS money.
I hope that Larry is the father and he takes her lives a quiet life and then the Marshall family secretly gives him enough money to raise Dannilyn.

Some of you are just being plain cruel on this site and others regarding the death of Anna Nicole. You all seem to forget. She was a human being, with a heart, feelings, love, pain, sadness and longing, just like all the rest of us. I would hate for her child to grow up and see things written about her mother by people she did not know or who knew her past the glamours and sometimes distasteful look of Hollywood and celebrity. Again, she is a person. I deeply pray that she found GOD in all of this. In Jesus’ name I pray.
The thing we should be saying is that we hope she got right with GOD and that GOD is with her child, her baby girl, for the rest of her life. I pray that this baby grows up to a loving person, someone to take care of. One thing I noticed all my young life is that this woman loved her children and wanted the best for them.
Anna Nicole was searching for something. Perhaps GOD called her home to be with HIM to take her away from a life she could not seem to win. She had such pain lately with her son’s death, a mother’s unlovingness and custody battle and not forgeting her face in the media’s hole.
She appeared to be under deep stress and whatever outlet she was seeking or what not, it is not for us to judge but to pray for the best and remember the child in all of this.

Wow.. I just remembered, Rosie O’Donnell this morning on the View said she was” Tired of seeing Anna Nicole on the news”
she spoke on Anna’s paternity test and her poor speech. She even called her a drug abuser and alcoholic. [Not in so many words] Hmmm.. I cant wait for the View to come one tomorrow.

This blog has gotten entirely out of control…I thought people would show respect to a lost human life and simply say R.I.P. and wish her family and friends their condolences…should we be debating and arguing between each other? It amazes me that there are people who cannot even take a moment to show decency towards another…this woman has just died and we are calling one another names, saying we’re glad she’s dead, arguing on who is a Brangelina fan…none of this matters or should matter…behave like civilized and respectful human beings…death is very tragic and I am sure if your loved one died (regardless of what people thought of them), you wouldn’t be cracking the jokes or saying terrible and hurtful things about them…even if they are a public figure who made a lot of wrong choices, it was a human life…a mother who left behind a child and a daughter who left behind her family…leave the conspiracies and rude comments behind and put yourself in her mother’s shoes and maybe you can understand that people who loved her are grieving for this woman tonight…
All I will conclude with is R.I.P. to Anna and prayers to her family during this very difficult time….
