I hate to say it, but Carrie Underwood has the prettiest complexion. Her makeup is really pretty. She is singing Desperado really well.

my comment is not really about the singers/artists involved in the event but on one of the designers. I just feel proud of Monique Lhuillier, coming from the same town as her in her native Cebu.
