Someone mrbtioned that this was the “go to” place for Brad & Angelina news. This throws a wrench into others who may have certain agendas. I lurk here quite often, post sometimes, and find the squabbles going on here today to be ridiculous. Jolie-Pitts fans like this website because JJ has the best and most up to date info on this family. JJ also does the best job at keeping this site as positive as possible. This is the internet, this is a blog, and anyone who wants to can comment, whether you like what is said or not.
The BAMZS interfamily quarrels that have appeared today are like matches thrown on paper and then there’s fire. I imagine some FF vile posters migrate here and find delight in attracting any attention that they can. But they are like gnats, not even mosquitoes, they can only manufacture and/or repeat lies that they desperately wish were true and/or label Angelina as a whatever. They seize on any negative gossip/lies like a magnet with iron and try to bring it here. And if true that someone’s PR team pays negative posters, then that just demonstrates what a nonentity someone now is. IGNORE THEM. They are like weeds that multiply if given water and food. IGNORE THE WEEDS AND THEY WILL BE DIE OF NEGLECT.
The truth is that Angelina and Brad and Maddox and Zahara and Shiloh appear to be thriving as a family. Neither Brad or Angelina are the same people they were before they formed their family, they have been profoundly transformed into a powerful entity, almost effortlessly it seems (although one knows that two strong willed successful people like these two have had to compromise at times in this relationship in order for it to work). Neither has looked back, they live in the present and plan for their future. The more crap thrown their way, the stronger the bonds seem to grow between them. They have now together experienced the beginning of life, Shiloh’s birth, and the end of life, Marcheline’s death, and these are major life changing experiences. They are loving each other while the vilesters just keep spewing their crap. They acknowledge that they are not perfect, only human like the rest of us. But they exude authenticity in wanting to do good.
THE VILESTERS HAVE LOST, THEY KNOW IT AND THAT IS WHY THEY ARE NOW SO ANGRY AND JOYLESS. IGNORE THEM.

Oh guys, I quit reading around page 57ish or so, and I don’t have alot of time this evening to comment on all the things I would like to, but I just want to let you guys know I am not going to let the socked trolls, (payroll or otherwise) get me down or make me stop coming here. They are an annoyance, but they’ll never take this site down. I, for one, will not be moved by a bunch of mosquitoes. Dragonflies eat them for lunch and keep right on buzzing.
As for the family feuds up in here, I certainly don’t want to belittle anyone’s feelings, but in a way, it is to be expected from time to time with a community this HUGE and diverse. The fan base here is large, with even larger personalities, so naturally we get into spats and misunderstandings, but really, let’s be proud that we are numerous enough to even *do* that. Other sites can’t say that. Most of those other nasty sites have one kind of personality that posts there, and from what I have seen of it I don’t want to spend time with those people. I like the eclectic mix that is found here, and I think alot of others do, too. AND I agree there is alot of jealously from people who decided to “back the wrong horse” as Cliniqua would say. Nobody should leave or go off and pout.
We here at JJ’s are targets in the world of celeb blogs, sort of the same way Angie and Brad are targets on the world stage. Let me repost a quote from Albert Einstein I posted here a few weeks ago because I think it applies right now:

Brad’s films have always performed better in foreign markets. He is a true international STAR and the biggies in Hollywood are fully aware of this.
Take for instance TROY, some in the US say it flopped, but actually it is Brad’s highest grossing film to date. It grossed almost half a billion dollars, $497.4 million to be exact. It’s domestic to foreign (DtF) gross ratio is almost 1:3.
M&MS is Brad’s next highest grossing film. The DtF ratio is 2:3.
I think, if the trend in Babel’s boxoffice take does not significantly change, BABEL will have the the widest DtF ratio among Brad’s films.
With regards to TGS, it has been warmly received at the Berlin film festival. No data has been posted yet on boxofficemojo with regards to its foreign boxoffice take. Here is hoping that it will perform well abroad.

Let me rephrase you:
Brad’s family are good moral midwestern people, and like most good moral people they appreciate Miss Jolie. They view her as someone who had learnt from past mistakes and has now grown into the wonderful woman that she is. They refuse to be seen in public with her or Brad because they respect the sanctity and privacy of their relationship with Brad and Angelina and the children rather then reducing it to something for tabloid consumption. When Brad brings her and their 3 grandchildren to their home they thoroughly enjoy her and the grandchildren they finally have from their eldest son. Even before she is out the door, they are already making arrangements for when they can next meet.
They had gone to church every Sunday and prayed Brad will wake up as soon as possible and realise that his ex wife was just cheap trash with too many issues to start a family & hoped that he would get a much better, classier woman – and their prayers were rewarded with Angelina and 3 grand children.

Do cancer cells multiply by mitosis or meiosis? I am trying to understand the ways in which immune system is bypassed by cancer cells, and whether the process of multiplication has anything to do with it. My apologies again, I would not bother you if I did not have a personal stake in understanding it. Thanks again.

curly, it’s mitosis. Meiosis only happens in the gametes (egg cells or sperm cells) of the gonads. Everywhere else it is mitosis. I’m not sure what you mean by the immune system being “bypassed” by cancer cells, because the malignant cells actually can travel through the lymph capillaries and get trapped in the lymph glands and multiply there along with lymphocytes of the immune system. Maybe I can answer you better if you elaborated a little about that.

Have been travlin’ for a couple of days and came here before I began my vacation reading, hoping for a new thread, but to my dismay, found the one I left. Let’s see, on this thread we have endured Nora (who now seemed rather tame), a night of Hogwash and the last chapter of melodrama. Never a dull moment.
Seems like there is enough room on here for everyone’s opinions, which is what makes this site so interesting. I don’t remember who said that we shouldn’t use the internet for personal information when we are on this site, but that also seems to be what makes this so appealing.
