Mariah Lands in London

Donning a funkadelic winter Gucci turtleneck poncho, Mariah Carey arrives in London just in time to attend the Brit Awards on Wednesday afternoon.

Mariah was recently named the new face of the renowned Italian fashion house Pinko because she is “not only a beautiful woman, but a musical artist, because music is the greatest channel of communication.” She will make a special guest at the Pinko store in London tomorrow as part of the London Fashion Week festivities.

She’s such a damn diva, but I can’t hate her ’cause she’s got the talent to back it. Still, she has no reason to pose half-naked and airbrushed to death on magazines when we all know what she really looks like. She isn’t terribly overweight, but she’s definitely not SI material. Work it, Mimi!

Mimi is a class act. I wish people stop saying she is a nasty diva–she is a CLASSY DIVA. she has never, ever thrown a fit or temper tantrum-and really hasnt downed anyone in the industry which is a rare, rare thing for an artist. Diana Ross, Whitney H. ,Beyonce, Taylor Hicks, Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Lopez-these are nasty divas.
