Brad Pitt Shirtless in ‘Interview Magazine’
GUH!! In one of the sexiest photoshoots ever, Brad Pitt takes the March 2007 issue of Interview Magazine. Check out the full interview after the jump but here are some great excerpts:
- What movies do your kids want to watch over and over again? [The Adventures of] Sharkboy and Lavagirl 3D [2005] is real popular in our house.
- What do they think about your movies? Oh, they don’t — they’re not really old enough. Got to keep some distance. Though I wonder what their perspective of the world is — go to the store an there are 20 cameras all fighting for a shot. They just think that wherever you go there are these random bands of crazy people with flash photography.
- How do you feel about that? Truthfully, I think it’s really invasive to kids. There ought to be some kind of law.
- Though there’s a good side, too — when you guys go to a place like Darfur, you get the same kind of coverage. Yeah, we drag that spotlight with us.

I couldn’t believe how bent out of shape people got about Angelina saying she loved her brother and all that garbage - I have a twin brother and we were raised almost singlehandedly by my mother and dammit - we’re tight! People don’t get that you can be that close to your brother and it’s not a sick, incestuous thing.
I will disagree with you though about the BBT part of things in that I have seen plenty of bashing of him - especially at the time. It’s just that the nasty Fanistons have latched on to that in their desperate attempt to not accept Brad’s decision, to the point that they have now exempted BBT from the whole incident. It’s called “selective memory” and a lot of haters have it.

ITA, especially the part about kissing her brother on the lip. Not the open mouth cra*p the tabs exaggerated about. I see pictures of Will smith kissing his sons on the mouth all the time, but no one makes a big deal out of it. Not to start now. However, it is funny how the media tries to twist and make what AJ does sordid. A simple keepsake locket with a pin prick of blood was turned into a deranged, vodoo type of thing. After all, Billy Bob was her husband and what they did was their business and their expression of love at the time.
CH- I have been double clicking, but 2 of the pages are unreadable to me.
afternoon BAMZS fans! i hope everyone is enjoying the post by JJ so far. i’m loving.
i scanned through the blogs, i’d still see people are still fighting over others opinions. i know, the haters will never go away. i know one thing is certain that, the BAMZS fans always stick and come together in the end, despite the dispute over opinions. so it’s ALL good!:)

Susie - at least when I can’t sleep I know I can always pop in to JJ and find some great threads and other friendly BAMZS to chat with :-) I like the community feel here. LOL - glad you got my twisted little joke - I can be warped at times :-) Hope you are enjoying the interview finally - I always enjoy what Brad has to say, and the pics are pretty easy on the eyes too!

I hear what you’re saying (and definitely agree that JA should have just quit while she was ahead of herself) but I think it would drive fans totally nuts to not get some glimpses into the great new relationship. Also, Angelina wouldn’t be being true to herself if she put those kinds of limitations on herself either, and it seems that Brad respects that she has a different interview style and doesn’t ask her to be anything but herself (I love that). As well, it seems that when women are promoting new films they are expected to speak about their romantic relationships much more than men are, so it’s just part of the job. But I do wish people were as sincerely interested in her humanitarian work as they are in her love life :-)

c’mom ladies, we “women” ALWAYS open more in a conversation and ALWAYS talk way more than men!:) it’s only natural that we women yap more than men, ACCEPT it….hehehe. after this interview, it is enough for me. no need for BP to express his feelings in public anymore, how he feels for angie. it’s quite clear, the man is happy where his life is and being a father, a partner to angie and is here to support his family all the way!!!!!
ntt - meant to add that many of the BAMZS fans are much more interested in her humanitarian work than the general public - I think it’s part of what makes us so special here!

Well if you don’t like clinique wtite-up or you have something against her please is better to ignore her post instead of you making any comment.
I have been reading from this site for a longer time now and some member misunderstood my post but I know my truth for that reason I ignore the response make to me.
Is better to follow peace with everyone, instead of we fan pointing finger at each other. The way everybody understand thing is different.
If I don’t like someone comment is either I ignore or not respond to the person. Our main reason of coming to justjared is to read, comment about Pitt&Jolie and also to learn one thing or the other but not to keep on attacking ourselves.
To me in this blog I have learned to be patient because everyone has different opinion.
If will know someone with a bad behaviour the best thing is to let go, you can not change who I am neither can I change who you are.
Please let us learn to tolerate each other.

I agree with what you say. Let me add that when people practice tolerance they are often extended more tolerance than those who don’t. It is like respect - you can’t demand it, it is usually earned. ‘Love’ your name by the way!
susie - that’s weird that they won’t enlarge - maybe ask Jared about it? I had no problems - I could mail you a magnifying glass if ya like! :-) Other than that I’m not much help I’m afraid.
Women are better about discussing their feelings, and we’re more comfortable about doing so than men. Brad never really talks about his feelings for Angie. And even though I wish he did :-D, his actions speak louder than his words even could. When he and Angie are seen out together, he’s always so into her and they’re always smiling at each other or hugging or something like that that shows that he loves her just as much as she loves him.
Btw, he looks incredibly SEXY!!!
Maybe I’m horrible for hoping this, but I wish that we could get some new pics of them. It’s been weeks since I’ve seen Angie!!!!!!! ~~Love BAMZS~~

Thanks PT, for your weekly re-cap. Gotta hand it to L&S, you get what you pay for. They’re a cheap imitation, so that’s what they write.
About Brad’s expressing his feelings? How many times has the man said he grew up in a family where they didn’t talk about their feelings? Most especially, his father. It was always what was said between the lines and having your actions do your talking. He’s said of his father, he just walks the walk, which is something that Brad respects tremendously.
Even in this interview he says he doesn’t think he’d have been comfortable in a family where feelings are discussed ad naseum. Brad’s a private guy, he always has been.
He got pissed off during the Troy press and cancelled interviews after it became apparent, that all the press was going to ask about was his personal life. He didn’t think it was right or fair to the movie or the cast. So, he pulled himself out of the equation.

The system seems to work well though, because we all have different bad days, so it seems to ensure that there’s always someone willing to do battle with the haters :-) And I notice that we do seem to beat them back pretty well!
Unfortunately it seems that some posters log in, ready to do battle, and if there’s no haters they turn on fans that have a different opinion about something (and I’m not singling anyone out with this statement - there are a number of posters who do this and they get called out when it happens). I do empathize though - old habits die hard and I know what a battle it’s been.
Anyway, hope you are having a great Sunday wherever you are!
