remember da truth Says: I can only speak for myself but you’re not alone in the way you see things - I’m sick of ALL the hate - not just Cliniqua’s. My ‘dream thread’ would be a 100% positive, happy thread with intelligent discussion on differing points of view. But alas, it is never to be. My post #124 expressed a different point of view from Just Say It’s, and I managed to express it without attacking or insulting someone who sees things differently but clearly isn’t an overt hater. Some people just haven’t learned that skill in life yet and perhaps aren’t capable of it. They don’t understand how to debate without arguing and bashing. It is sad. Bullying isn’t just something you see children doing. All you can do is tune out the negativity and try to add something positive to the thread - hopefully the good outweighs the bad. That is why I call on all the positive posters to contribute when they can - otherwise the thread will just implode on itself from all the nastiness.

This site is very informative and includes ways in which you can get involved even if you don’t have money to donate. They have an e-mail letter campaign based on postal code that enables you to let your local and federal elected officials know about policies that you support and new legislations being worked on. When you receive the e-mail it has links enclosed that you click on, which sends the e-mail out from your address. It takes just 5 minutes of your time and lets your government know what you stand for!! And if we don’t speak up, how will they ever know right?

Thanks for your calm, rational response. I have gotten so pissed off so many times when the women that are supposed to know better like Joy Behar or that Caryn James of NYT get in their digs at Angie, I could care less about the miserable, psychopathic women on Perez, Dlisted and TMZ.

BDJ- I understand what you are saying too, and if you read my first post, I said that sometimes I wish Angie could take up the services of a PR person because most of the time they do set up parameters as to what questions can and cannot be asked.

As for the poster talking about blood vial and brother kissing, where have you been in the last five years? You guys always have to go back at least 5 years to find something negative about Angie. What does that tell you? That she has grown and eveolved while you are still stuck where you were five years ago. In the last five years, she grew into a woman, and a socially conscious one at that, so please sheath your dagger and put it away.

I never made a dig at Brad or try to insinuate he was not good for her because I think this is the most solid relationship that both of them have ever been in, it doesn’t take away from my wish as a fan that he could say more, and any of you that say you don’t wish for that, I will make a mental note for when that does happen, if you come in here excited then I will have to call you on it.

And thank you to everyone who disagreed with me but did so in a civil manner and we were able to keep the mood of the thread positive. It is possible to disagree with other fans without turning the thread into a battlefied or a cesspool of hate and name calling.

The good thing about AJ is that she doen’t hide behind a publicist. I can think of a couple of interviews where she said “you can ask me anything”. She is always clear that she wants to be real and truthful. Also, she seems to be using BP’s pubiscist for the big things. IMO

Thanks to kidi. I have listened to Joy Behar’s bs little digs at Angelina and they have made my blood boil. Am happy that someone else noticed them.

#197 You’re right, and the person even got it wrong!! She NEVER said she just f****d BBT in the car on the way to the red carpet. HE said that, but the press has forever been saying it was SHE who did. You can watch the video and it’s like a Rorschach test of what people really think. It’s just like the kissing her brother thing. She kissed him on the lips but that was the only questionable part about that kiss. But you will hear everything from French-kissed her brother to sleeping with him and it shows where the sick minds go and more about them than about her.
Look at what a poster above said — tattooed, brother loving, and blood carrying. Okay, how many celebs Angie’s age do NOT have tattoos, women and men alike? And since when is it a crime to love your brother? Should she also be attacked for having loved her mother? And carrying blood. yeah, carrying a drop of your husband’s blood in a locket as a means of being close to him is just so….. WRONG!!! How could you feel that close to someone? Telling though that no one has ever pilloried BBT over it and guess what? He wore one, too!! No, it’s only ANGIE that gets everyone upset. Again, it’s a comment on them, not on Angie. The blood oath of friendship in the movie Stand By Me is never criticized, nor is the ritual of drinking wine as a symbol of drinking Jesus’ blood every Sunday.

Angie will be criticized her whole life. It will never go away. Because this woman is larger than life, is kinder, more compassionate, and more moral inside than many of us can ever hope to be, is honest and unapologetic for her actions and outspokenness, is not discriminating against any country or race or sexual orientation, she is fearless and does what she wants to when she wants to, and is so beautiful and sexy and alluring and a natural beauty that weak, insecure people will always attack to make themselves feel better about being less than she is.
