Here’s a little tribute to Aailyah featuring The Matrix scene that never was. Actress/singer Nona Gaye took on that part that was originally scripted for the late Aailyah. Watching the video also refreshed my memory that Lost’s Harold Perrineau was also in The Matrix…

jared, you freaked me out. i won’t watch the clip. its safe to say, it still makes me sad to see her. but any aaliyah tribute is a nice thing.

I can hardly watch this clip. It’s so damn sad, I still miss this woman like crazy!! She was the best and very classy and beautiful. I had the chance to meet her and she was everything that everyone said she was and more.
Babygirl, is miss you so much! Such a beautiful, sweet, talented woman. Unfortunately, I was only about ten when she died, so I never got to truly enjoy her while she was alive.
So…are Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake the new Aaliyah and Ginuwine, Timbaland? I hope he hasn’t forgotten them, as they were his biggest protegees in the 90’s.
Aailyah was a beautiful girl with great potential. Her death was a tragic and unfortunate lost. Thanks for the video Just Jared.
Man, I’m depressed now…I cried a bit…Seriously to have this sweet girl have her life cut so short and to have pieces of trash like lindsay, paris, and britney get chance after chance after chance. It’s not fair.

All these people in the world ******** up and tarnishing their names and only here to irritate; there was one bright-smiled, talented beauty that could make anyone smile and certainly made my day with everything she did and it was cut short.
