Brad & Angelina’s Vietnam Adoption

It is good news concerning Angelina. She deserves it.

It’s sad… to a certain extent. Brad and Angelina would bring a definite charge to the proceedings but why should they? Hollywood was such a chicken$hit when it came to their union, currying the favor of the princesses’ primary representative, ___, who hasn’t contributed anything to motion pictures. Brad and Angelina are stars, but they also care about doing good works onscreen, nevermind what they do during their off-time. Their off-screen lives, getting together, having a family, extending themselves beyond their station, ie, supporting philanthropic projects, are the stuff that film are made of and yet, Brad and Angelina’s applications and execution of this were met with skepticism, snobbiness, and snide comments.

Let’s face it… Hollywood’s theme song should be ‘What Have You Done for Me Lately’ and for some reason, Hollywood perceived Brad and Angelina’s hookup, two years ago, as an affront to their bottom line; the princesses, with their paper crowns were pi$$ed, therefore, it would affect the bank. But what Hollywood failed to consider was whether the paper-crown princesses would go to a Babel or The Good Shepherd; my belief is no. These are the same people who felt that Brad should remain beholden to ___ twenty years from now and Hollywood followed their lead, until the GGs.

Brad and Angelina prettied up the red carpet, despite the concentration of prettiness in that square mile radius. HW resented it, resulting in Seacrest and E, piddling in their pants, and blaming Angelina for it; then the NY papers joined in, projecting their ingratitude onto Angelina’s actions. Then the truth came out… no apologies, just back-peddling and justifications. No acknowledgements of their incompetence and lack of professionalism, as if people would forget about it.

Brad and Angelina were expected to sprinkle gold dust all over Hollywood, just like that cheesy Can You Feel It? Jacksons video from the 70s or 80s, and for me, they did, but Hollywood resented the fact that they needed it and got it, with precious little effort from Brad and Angelina. They lacked the glassy-eyed desperation or psychotic intensity of a ___ or a Cruise, and for some reason, Hollywood needs that, instead of ease and comfort in one’s owns skin.

Well, Hollywood will get what it wants tonight… an army of Mr. and Mrs. Robotos, rattling off their designers, smiling incessantly, leaving every sign of contrary human emotion or sensation at home. Yippee!!!

Thanks for the great and positive news about AJ admission to the Foreign Policy Group. It would be nice to have a new thread on positive information regarding AJ instead of the tabloid drivel. AJ is a great inspiration to many and has done great work with the UN. Some writers only want to focus on her past or her relationship with BP and not her humanitarian and UN accomplishments. It is good to know that people outside the tabloid world respect and admire BP and AJ. Thanks also for the new pictures from the commercial and the information about AJ being voted sexiest of all time. BP and AJ are at a personal and professional high and many critics try to tear them down. However, they just continue to live their lives, maintain their humanitarian work and take care of their family. You got to admire and respect that. Peace

With all the complaints from Ellen and some media that Brad was stubbed, I think the academy voters have gotten the messages. Since they are good at correcting past mistakes (like tonight when they give Martin S the Oscar for directing), hopefully the members will remember this when Brad is up for another nomination.
