Brad & Angelina’s Vietnam Adoption

#69, Truth — sorry to disappoint, but that article played fast and loose and fabricated some of those quotes. Or was this lost in translation?

In other words, it sounds good - but AJ and BP didn’t say those quotes as written. Where’s that article from anyway? It’s chopped up and a mish-mash, they’ve changed the quotes around that Brad and Angie did say, for instance, Angelina never said the following:

The Good Shepherd” star revealed, “We definitely want a very big family. It might seem crazy to build it so quickly. But if we’re going to have 10 kids, we’d like to raise them while we’re young.”

What she said was this in an interview promoting TGS shortly before Christmas:

If we plan to have a very large family, we shouldn’t stretch it out over the next 10 years or else we’ll be raising kids forever. So we’ve thought about it. I am sure we won’t wait forever to build our family.

So will you adopt again sooner than later?

I think so, yeah.

Hey, Cliniqua, what is the buzz about the Academy Awards? Do you suppose Brad and Ange will be there, will present, maybe? I will be very surprised if they do. I think they are wise to stay away for a while, but I am torn because I would so love to see them…

Why is it that the papparazzi leave them alone in New Orleans? Is it because they just don’t live down there? They all live in a colony on LA? I am happy, but puzzled. However, they never ever get photographed while in Missouri, come to think of it, so it must be that they are just too far away! There, that was easy…Good Night Fans. Be good!

In regards to that trip to Vietnam – Angelina took Maddox for a series of meetings about the Maddox Chivan Project last week and although they’ve “officially” denied initiating adoption proceedings, I’ve received a couple of (as yet unconfirmed) tips from new sources there who insist that paperwork was indeed submitted and filed with the US Consulate in HCM City for a fourth child that the Pitts supposedly met and fell in love with during their trip to the country together several week ago. For what it’s worth, said sources claim that they saw the documents with their very own eyes and that the process should be complete before summer – standard procedure they say and notable because they apparently all expected the Hollywood Pitts to ask for exceptions and were stunned when they didn’t.

As I said before, still working to lock this down, let you know when I do.

lainey’s article was dated 1/25/07, today is 2/22/07. it’s a month, and as of now, lainey still has NOTconfirmed the sources. does it take that long to confirm.?

my take on this —brad and angie made no secret to adopt. we all knew they visited the viet nam and indian orphanage. they did not visit panama nor costa rica orphanage when they were there. we know india is harder to adopt because i think you have to live in india for a couple years. therefore, it is reasonable to assume the adoption place must be viet nam. Any detective will say the same thing.

So for lainey, all she has to do is STAKE HER CLAIM early (claiming an adption is going on) even she has no confirmed sources. she is hoping may be as time goes on, more data will surface, and when the final adoption comes in, she will gloat about it.

WHY IS IT THAT SHE STILL HASNT BEEN ABLE TO LOCK DOWN HER SOURCE???? it is almost a month already.

The paps live where large numbers of celebrities are concentrated so they can get many pixs, and that is in LA and NYCity. A few paps will show up in other places like NOLA for special events like Mardi G but otherwise they are few and far between. Paps can’t make a living off just a few pixs every once in a while.

I just had the strangest thought-What if Angelina is pregnant again? Don’t ask me why that thought just popped into my head, it just did. It’s getting late, I am hallucinating, that’s it. Good nite.

Anyway, Shiloh is stunning child. I think it’ll be an older child too if they decide to adopt. As to the when, its hard to define what she means “as yeah, sooner than later” in a 10 year time frame. It could this year or when Shiloh turns 2 to give a 3 yr gap. Who knows…

It’s weird you guys should say that, I was just looking at the additional balcony pics that show Ange from diff angles, and she most def is not that thin looking anymore, she a little bit of back and thigh. That thought popped into my head as well. Hmmmmmmm. :-)
