odd, really. the bodice and feathery skirt seem a little schizoid together.
but girl is OWNING the color! it definitely could have washed her out a bit, but her skin looks gorgeous. and i’m so glad that pale lip and dark eye is showing up all over the place. always flattering!

I don’t really care for Penelope, but usually at least I can say she’s pretty enough and well dressed can’t really say either of those tonight. Her face looks horriblely old, I looked at a picture of Jodie Foster and she looked 10 years younger than Penelope! Also the colour of that dress washes her out, not to mention there’s just too much going on in that dress and the hair is to severe.

Even though a lot of reviewers loved this dress, I absolutely hate it. It looks like the inside stuffing of a quilt was tacked onto the bottom of an otherwise lovely dress. And she usually dresses so well!
She looks wonderful, and the dress is very beautiful. And by the way - she was so worthy to get the Oscar.. but it’s all about the politics… And about these pictures - for those who forgot - most of celebrities shots are going through Photoshop editing, and these look like they haven’t been changed yet. So you can see the real look. Watch the Oscar shots of Sharon Stone and you can count all the wrinkles!!! And about the dress on Penelope - it’s very interesting one. So maybe someone is envy about so rich life.. hehe..
