McDreamy’s Need for Speed

Patrick Dempsey, aka. Dr. Derek “McDreamy” Shepherd on Grey’s Anatomy, feeds his need for all things speed.

On Tuesday morning, Patrick, 41, was spotted picking up Autosport, a daily motorsport news magazine at a newsstand in Brentwood, Calif.

In the afternoon, Patrick got in his daily exercise with a grueling high-speed bike ride through Los Angeles.

Patrick, wife Jillian, daughter Talula, 5, and fraternal twin sons Darby and Sullivan (born Feb. 1) are featured in the latest issue of People Magazine.
