OlderBrad Pitt Lovin’ Louisiana
Brad Pitt jets out of his New Orleans pad on Saturday morning to work on his upcoming film The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Brad and Angelina Jolie share a $3.5 million mansion in the French Quarter of Louisiana.
Brad Pitt was last spotted kissing face with co-star Megan Brown on the set of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button in New Orleans, Louisiana. The day before that, Brad brought baby Shiloh on set.
Angelina has gone ahead and filed adoption papers to adopt her next child in Vietnam with Brad. The Vietnam International Adoption Agency says the process will take a few months.

And another thing, Angelina has gotten the perception that she goes around and dumps men. That’s not her history. The public knows of her divorce (She was vey young almost unknown at the time of her first one) she hardly dumped them. They were not loud, ugly nasty divorces. She’s pretty much on speaking terms with both exes. There have been no dumping of any others since much less hooking up with others that the press has covered. Since she became a mother, she became discreet and cautious about any love interests since BBT & before Brad. And when she is photographed at a public function with an ex (like JLM) or speaks kindly about another (like BBT on Inside the Actor’s Studio), the idiots start saying she’s going back to them. You will never read how she has been able to get over the divorces like most civil people and remain cordial and how people should take her cue.

What kind of sane women do you know that allows some guy to adopt their kids after only months of dating or some guys adopts some womens kids after a few months of dating? As for this, well “DUH!” right back at ya. You need to realize that you can get to know a person really well by working closely with them for about a year, as Angie and Brad did. They developed a really close friendship and partnership over the course of 2004. THAT DOESN’T MEAN THEY WERE SLEEPING TOGETHER! You can get to know a person’s character very well without banging them, you know….
And the FACT of the matter is that Brad was sexually attracted to Angie, and as admitted by C Cox, Brad fought it for a long time while he was married. That’s right, he fought it…. in other words he was thinking with his brain in his big head, not the one in his pants. I am sure Angie was aware of the heat between them and felt it, too, and wanted him. Angie said in Vogue that neither one of them would admit it to each other. SO just the very fact that he fought it, honored his committment his wife at the time, probably told Angie volumes about this man’s character. She’d already seen his actions under pressure and knew he had the kind of integrity it takes to be an excellent partner and father. She knew he wasn’t a man who would allow passion to interfere with good judgement.
Once the divorce was filed in March of 05, it was ON, baby! He went after what he wanted, and he had waited until he was legally able to do so. I mean. sheesh, the guy had already been waiting a year to consummate his feelings sexually, and to expect him to wait longer is insane.
To me, the fact that Angie let him him in her life legally so soon is because she already knew his character very well before they decided to act on their passions. And of course once *that* was unleashed, there was no stopping the Jolie-Pitt train.
People can scream “adultery” all they want. I do not believe that was the case. Go bash Courteney Cox, Laura Dern, Julia Roberts, or Kate Hudson if you want a good case of celeb adultery. Brad and Angie? Nope. No case for it at all.

The word leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. And I agree that Brad fell for her just the way she was and is.
Can I ask a question? Why is it so hard for people to believe that the adoption of Maddox and Zahara by Brad has already been finalized? It’s over a year since the papers were filed and you mean to tell me that in ALL that time the adoption process hasn’t been finalized? Why is it that people cannot accept that not everything has to be public knowledge for it to be true?

Her interviews revealed as much. I think she is always being surprised by the amount of support in so many levels from Pitt - that she can relax her defences a bit.

I forgot to mention this company called Genesis Adoptions has apparently gone under, taking my friend’s $7,000 deposit with it. If anyone has heard anything about this company I’d be grateful for more info. She is devastated.

Because I’ve seen other magazines make the same mistake, say they were adopted when they haven’t been yet, or say they’re married when they aren’t (officially). Is there anything more “official” that has his info? BTW, I really want this to be true (not that it makes a difference for the BAMZS).

I would be flattered if an ex spoke kindly of me years later. Maybe BBT realizes he let a good person slip away. Can anyone doubt that Angie really loved the men she was with? Why would she marry JLT or BBT unless she really loved them? What did she have to gain? Just as with Brad–why would she be with him, have kids with him, unless she really loved him? Does she look like an insecure woman who would marry because she thought that was the best she could do at the time, or for financial gain? She does what she wants and doesn’t care what society thinks–so if she is with a man it’s because she WANTS to be.

Bermy girl - Sorry to hear that. I haven’t heard about this adoption agency. If they’re from the US - I know that all have to go through the Immigration process here, so they have sites connected to the Countries with ‘approved’ agencies that the country works with…At least, that’s how I researched a country I am looking into.
