OlderBrad & Angelina: Baby on the Way
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are making the proper arrangements to adopt a child (probably a baby boy) from from Vietnam and find a sibling for Maddox, 5, Zahara, 2, and 10-month-old Shiloh. The superstar couple and their big news make their way onto the cover of this week’s Us Weekly and People Magazine.
Us Weekly first reported the news last month but the Associated Press didn’t officially report on Angelina filing adoption papers until last week.
Brad, Angelina, Zahara, and Shiloh were last spotted out on a Monday morning stroll in the French Quarter while Maddox was in school.
Since January, the Jolie-Pitt family has settled into their $3.5 million mansion in New Orleans, where Brad has been filming The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (kissing another woman!). But soon they’ll return home to Los Angeles, where Brad will wrap up his Button filming.

I saw or read an interview with Jennifer Aniston, when she was in Australia promoting The Breakup, in that interview she said she does not beleive in compromising, I am going to look for the exact quote, That is why she is where she is today. Maybe she is happy this way. But more and more people even die hard fans are realizing that children was an obvious issue. I wonder what stunt she is going too pull next.

Yeah, I’d say it was less than a year! Jolie got pregnant barely 2 months after bringing Zahara home! And they had been together barely 5 months when Jolie got knocked up - that’s the hazy honeymoon faze, everyone knows the hazy crazy honeymoon faze lasts about 2 years. The longest relationship Jolie has had was with BBT, just over 2 years. She’s always moved on after the honeymoon faze is over - it’s been almost 2 years with Pitt…and they do have kids, hopefully it will last.

She said that about Madona adopting from a place that does not allow adoption and she is break their rules by trying to adopt as a single parent since its not allowed to let two people living together to adopt there.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s decision to add a child from Vietnam to their family has been a long time coming.
For months the couple have been preparing to find a sibling for Maddox, 5, Zahara, 2, and 10-month-old Shiloh, a “process that began shortly after Shiloh was born [in May],” a source tells PEOPLE in its new issue.
It wasn’t until March 2 that a Vietnamese official revealed that Jolie, 31, had filed preliminary papers to adopt a child – according to one adoption worker, “a boy between the ages of 3 and 5.”
(Vu Duc Long, the head of the country’s international adoption department, told the Associated Press on Wednesday that the boy is between the ages of 3 and 4 and from the Tam Binh orphanage on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City.)
But the source close to Jolie says there are still a few more steps before welcoming a new family member. “It’s wonderful that people are excited about it,” says the friend. “But she is only at the beginning of a very comprehensive and detailed process.”
Why Vietnam? Jolie has traveled extensively in Southeast Asia and has visited the country at least twice. After adopting Maddox from Cambodia and Zahara from Ethiopia, she mused to Good Morning America in December that it might be a good idea to “balance the races so there’s another African person in the house for Z [and] another Asian person in the house for Mad.”
As they navigate adoption red tape, the family of five has been happily settled in New Orleans since January, where Pitt, 43, has been filming the romance The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
Locals frequently spot them strolling through the French Quarter, buying baby clothes (a “Dirty South” T-shirt for Maddox, a black dress for Zahara and a hot-pink onesie for Shiloh) and dining out with Button costar Cate Blanchett.
Soon they’ll return home to L.A., where Pitt will resume filming. Jolie, meanwhile, continues to speak out about the atrocities in Darfur as she awaits the phone call that will enable her to officially add to her brood. The good news can’t come soon enough. “I just want more kids,” she told PEOPLE recently. “I’m having a great time.”

I never got the impression that either Angie nor Brad was about making things easier.
Seems to me it’s all about what others want. It’s their lives and they have the right to do whatever they want as long as it is within the law.

Thank You. If they have to drag _out from the attic they they should do the same with Billy Bob, moth balls and all. I think the children’s hoopla will die down soon and shift to Dannielynn. They had a show on the paps chasing Dannielynn Smith. It was worse than chasing Angelina. Should that baby inherit the half billion dollars expected, or even the minimum 100 million dollars, we won’t ever hear about any other celebrity baby ever again. She is a Texas Oil Tycoon’s heiress, kind of like Christina Onassis. Of course we will always have JJ to get the latest info on the Jolie-Pitt kids.
