We all know that Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie will be back for as camp counselors in the fifth season of the reality TV show The Simple Life.
But did you know that Nicole and Paris will be FAT CAMP COUNSELORS?
Or so it seems — check out the larger-than-life extras sitting around on the set of The Simple Life last Friday in L.A.

UPDATE :: Us Weekly has confirmed the story! Said an E! spokesperson, “They are going to be camp counselors at one camp in the Southern California Mountains. The camp has five different themes. Each week will be a different theme. And yes, one week is a weight loss/fitness camp. It’s not a fat camp.” You hear that, guys? It’s not a fat camp. Uh-huh!!

I agree! That is the dumbest thing, I used to even like Nicole before she went stick thin and I’ll admit I have laughed and Paris’ silly comments now and then without fully hating her but for these two to be encouraging ‘healthy living’ makes me sick to my stomach, and I want to vomit on them. I could probably make a circle around Nicole’s leg with my thumb and middle finger and still have a few inches to spare!
If Paris Hilton had the audacity to call someone like Jessica Simpson who is nowhere near chubby “fat”, then I couldn’t possibly imagine what she’d have to say about these girls.
Oh well, at least the thought of them smothering her to death comforts me.
OMG why would they send two chicks with eating disorders to fat camp. That is just so retarded…are they suppose to give these girls tips on how to starve and purge. The most DUMB idea ever!!!!!
WTF is reality tv coming to when to cracked out eating disorders telling someone about health living. Five dollars that one of these chick will go off on the skinny blondes.

I don’t even know where to begin. Paris and Nicole Counselors for people who are Overweight? First off all these two girls have issues of thier own. Paris is a Bulimic and Nicole is a Annorexic. If I was dieting or looking for some sort of motivation those are not the two people I would want them from. I would want the help of someone like say Madonna who’s body is super Athlectic and someone who diets strickly but does not have a eating disorder. Heck I’d eve take the SuBway Dude Jared over those Two. I think Fox or E whoever is in charge of this network is so irresponsible for even considering these two for this position. Then Again that’s the irony of everything that is wrong with America… Hence are current President …
I can’t believe the producers are so sick! Have they even bothered to think about the psychological damage they will cause to those people who have weight issues at that camp. Who wants to be told they’re fat by two scrawny superwaifs with combined IQ’s of 2 and eating disorders????? They are going to do loads of damage just to get their ratings.
It’s bad enough that in the UK we have a “Celebrity Fit club” (I don’t know if you have that over in N.A) but at least that has specialists giving advice.
We can but hope those 2 air heads get trampled.

SOOOO unacceptable! Whoever is allowing this to happen is really irresponsible, both girls have eating disorders, not acceptable counselers. I hope all the parents pull their kids form the camps
This is disturbing and very wrong….Why did the school/camp agree to do this? As a parent, I would be getting my child out of there ASAP.
