I am soooo sorry folks, but like I told Izzie last night OSU was playing the first round, I knew they would beat S. Conn but still wanted to watch it with hubby. Just as I was coming back to join the party, then Gonzaga started playing BYU and the winner would play OSU, then the HUGE upset of Duke :-) So, I hate to say it the March Madness of NCAA basketball tourney sucked me in :-(…. OK, how about a BIG cyber-party when the BAMZS re-unite as a family in the states???

No more–ohh my team creamed them, but that was expected, Duke was not supposed to lose and it was the last second shot, man that was a classic. Sorry, as you can tell I am huge fan of NCAA college football and basketball.

To burlyhurly aka ritzy, trying to ascribe a Maniston like obsession with the rags to Angelina is ridiculous. Angie isn’t paying HuvaneCO 10 million a year to plant, leak and track stories in the media, nor does she have paid for trollers on blogs - no, unh-uh…THAT would be Jennifer Aniston.

Also, PR agents on Angie’s behalf aren’t out setting up smear jobs in papers of note on their ‘Gossip’ pages (PAGE SIX & Tatiana, Caryn James B.S. piece, etc) — because Maniston and Huvane invest more time in their management of rag stories and their smear campaigns against Angelina and Brad — and not ENOUGH time on Maniston’s own no-talent, mediocre burnt toast of a dwindling career.

As a result, we have situations like the Sh*tiana Reams Smear Angelina Jolie Campaign….where her job is to POSE as some high powered adoption advocate (which she is NOT), and allude to representing adoptive parents in a prominent agency type situation (which she does NOT) - and MALIGN Angelina Jolie. Except this time was DIFFERENT, she didn’t just leave her lies and fakery at the NY Post’s PAGE SIX, she took it abroad, to Viet Nam.

That’s right, she actually made herself sound like some officiating agency (which she is NOT, she is a FAKE as we all know) — and made it a point, using these false premises and made-up credentials, to try to intefere with and disrupt an individual family’s adoption.

A family, that Beams did not know, nor did she have any first hand knowledge of the facts surrounding their adoption(s). Facts schmacts! That doesn’t matter when you’re an unscrupulous gossip page hiring a hit-man (woman) like Beams however - what matters is the thousands of hits/results you get when you google Beams, and you can read her inferring that Angelina is cheating the adoption system, and by association that there are agencies and foreign countries helping her do it!

Not only is this legal SLANDER IMO, it endangers adoptions and kids and families. If I were Beams I’d have the NY Post hire a lawyer for me. Seeing as it that Beams, contacted the foreign officials in Viet Nam (Duc Long) and made official sounding complaints and vague threats to them. I would say Gonzalez, and the agencies involved, are most likely eager to clear cr*p up like Beams tried to spread themselves.

Angelina did not necessarily have to have know sh*t about Sh*tiana Reams, or the inferences floating around the media that Beams and Page Six tried to spark, as Beams chose to involve herself in the Jolie adoption with foreign officials - and was speaking with newspapers without contacting Angelina or Brad for info or doing any research herself on Viet Nam’s criteria to adopt.

It was all speculation on Page Six’s and her part - designed to malign Angelina Jolie. They were not interested in facts - or helping children or adoptive families. That’s the ugly crime of it all.

These entities and the adoption agencies involved want to set the record straight, on their own behalf - and to correct the misinformation that can come about when rabidly jealous haters and evil PR monsters going after one beautiful young actress with a big heart, are actively behind these types of smears, and unfortunately also end up smearing not only the process of adoption itself in general, but the wonderful agencies that bring families together. They want to clear things up for themselves - and are eager to do it, in the face of the lies and machinations in the tabloid and gossip press.

I disagree with you.. many people who’ve experienced adoption through different ways have come out and said (in this forum to be precise and others) that a name is reallly not a big deal. Yes, the little boy knows it by now but in time, he’ll come to know the new one as well. And, it is my opinion that the JPs will call him by the name he knows mixed with the name he’ll come to know. Don’t worry, really, that little boy just won the lottery and I’m not talking about the money, but about the family he’s now become a part of.

I think they came back to LA to work on the special effects for this movie. IMDB shows that they are working with Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) . From what Fincher said about the new technique being used, Brad face will be used on different bodies. Thus Brad had to do all the scenes even of the childs. Who knows where or if Sara check but I do know that Brad and Angelina aren’t dumb. They know people are always looking into their lives and trying to find a gotcha moment.

1. Pax was abandoned as a nameless new-born and registered as Pham Quang Sang by the whim of some bureaucrat in the Vietnamese legal system. The name was not the meaningful bequest of loving parents. If the kid was American, an identical bureaucrat would have called him John Smith. Or even John Doe.

2. No American parents would keep this exact original name. In Vietnam family name come first, then a middle name chosen from a very short list of possibilities and at last the given name. So if AJ and BP had decided to keep Pax’s Vietnamese name he would in effect be called Smith Doe John.

3. So I suppose all the onomastics experts (cof) who have been criticising AJ will graciously concede that she would at least have to change the order of the kid’s names – which gives us Sang Quang Pham.

4. And the same onomastics and adoption experts (cof cof) will also kindly concede that she would have to change Pax’s meaningless surnames to those of his parents – which gives us Sang Jolie or, in the near future, Sang Jolie-Pitt (gosh, they will go cuckoo again next week when Brad and Angie petition the American courts to change the surname to Jolie-Pitt due to Brad adopting the kid).

5. Those onomastics, adoption and child psychology experts (cof cof cof) will moreover benevolently concede that a toddler is not particularly attached to a middle name, which is usually more symbolic, frequently used to remember an ancestor, a patron saint, some cultural heritage. Thus accepting that AJ is not endangering Pax’s well-being by choosing a symbolic middle name, such as Thien – which gives us Sang Thien Jolie-Pitt.

6. Now, dear beloved onomastics, adoption, child psychology and pedagogy experts (cof cof cof cof), we may surely agree that little Pax is going to grow in a western society, as a member of a western family, with at least (gosh they will go absolutely bananas when the next pregnancy is announced) three siblings who all have meaningful given names lovingly chosen by their parents?

7. So, darling multi-experts, would you want little Pax to be the only Jolie-Pitt without a western sounding given name? The only Jolie-Pitt without a given name chosen by his loving parents? Tss, tss… and the trauma? The identity crisis? The horror! Therefore… I give you Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt!

8. Finally, you multi-idiots, rest assured that the transition from Sang to Pax is going to be smooth. Little Pax’s mother took the trouble (as the most babbling orphanage director in the world informed us) to learn some Vietnamese, in order to ease communication with her new son. Do you think she is going to start shouting Pax! Pax! Pax! to the toddler until he identifies with the name? To induce recognition and identity in a 3-year-old (in every 3-year-old) is a daily task. And a very basic and straightforward one too. By the time the fifth Jolie-Pitt kid arrives, Pax will be Pax will be Pax – and won’t even remember he was once a Sang Doe in some orphanage.

Chris Rock was on The View today and he joked about adopting African babies lol To which Joy asked him if he thought Angleina can handle all her kids and he said, “She’ll be fine. Angelina’s got a little black in her, look at her lips!” :lol: They laughed and Rosie happily said, “She got that and a whole lot more!”

And then you woke up.

All the reports about who are in Vietnam made me confused.

Is it really that Brad stayed behind in LA while Angie brought all 3 kids with her to meet their new brother? I though only Angie and Mad are there. Angie brought the girls along, too? Waw, it’s gonna be tough to handle all the young kids, now plus Pax, on their way back home, and the fact of it is a long trip will not help much. Holly must be with her, or at least some other companion. I don’t really think the bodygards would be involed too much with taking care the kids.

I understand that Brad has to commit to his movie. But at least he can keep the girls at home with him, if it’s true. Brad should be able to help take some burden off Angelina’s shoulder. She carries just too much on her. I want to see she can take a bit easy.
