OlderPax Thien Jolie’s Adoption Papers
Here are the adoptions papers that Angelina Jolie filed with authorities in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in order to gain custody of 3-year-old son Pax Thien Jolie. The adoption agency Angelina used also issued this statement following the adoption of Pax.
Bui Thi Bich Tuyen, a nurse from Tam Binh Orphanage where Angelina adopted Pax said staff there didn’t realize she and Brad Pitt were celebrities when they first visited last year during Thanksgiving — Angelina shared crayons and drew pictures with the kids.
Said Tuyen, “They looked very much like ordinary people. We thought that they were just an ordinary couple that wanted to play with the kids and give them presents. They brought lots of toys. We could already see that she had a heart for children.”

On one of these many threads someone explained how the name is pronounce PACKS TEE IN. What a beautiful name and thanks to the person who gave that information.
If Angelina explains the name change to Pax as sweetly and lovingly as she explained her pregnancy to Maddox (Remember the Nightline interview) than Pax will have pride in his new and former name.

LOL,yeah good point. I just read it and was so surprised, I guess because it’s not all that far-fetched that someone from one of these countries she visits might think to pull a stunt like that. Angie is so well-known and I bet Brad would pay an arm and a leg to keep her safe. But,yeah, STAR is not exactly the most reliable source of info. Thanks for answering.

Just what in the h-e-double hockey sticks is wrong with you people? Brad things Angie is a goddess. Brad thinks Angie walks on water. More importantly Angie makes Brad SEE God on a regular basis. Have you people looked at Angelina Jolie? What woman is Brad going to find to surpass Angelina Jolie in sex appeal? What woman is Brad going to find that’s even 1/1000th as interesting as Angie asleep…let alone Angie awake? Y’all just need to get a fcuking grip, okay. Brad is not going to cheat on Angie for two reasons: 1) He was married to X and has seen hell first hand and doesn’t want to revisit it anytime soon; and 2) Angie took his pen#s and balls to Vietnam with her. Jolie Gets Sexiest Mother title
Angelina Jolie has been voted Hollywood’s ‘yummiest mummy’.
The actress topped a poll of over 3,000 film fans, conducted by movie website http://www.pearlanddean.com, to take the sexy accolade.
Angelina - who has four children, Maddox, five, Zahara, two, 10-month-old Shiloh and newly adopted Vietnamese boy Pax Thien - beat a host of other stunning Hollywood mothers to the title with around a quarter of the total vote.

Jen has NOT learned from her mistakes. She continued to lie. She continued to blame other people for anything that went wrong. When the movie rumor has it flopped, she blamed the screen writer. She lied about her nose job, her boob job, lied to her fans, lied to Oprah. She continued this behavior even after the divorce. So what has she learned? Has she changed any? Absolutely NONE.
What about the vanity Fair interview? This interview is the one which I am fuming. I believe Jen is responsible for all the things printed. Even though her publicist mis-guided her. But an employer is responsible for her agent’s actions. She knew what was going on. She should take accountability of this.
Has Jen done anything to change for the better? She did NONE

Jen NEVER really loved Brad. She loved what came with the marriage, the title of Mrs. Pitt, his connection in the movie industry etc.
Jennifer Aniston knows exactly what she wants. She wants fame, money, and a movie career. Having a baby is NEVER her 1st priority. I remember seeing her talking about (in similar words) “the next thing is Oscar” on the stage in one of her award ceremony.
I also believe that the last 6 months of 2003 is their trial separation (although they did not announce it officially). We all know Jen was taping Friends while simultaneouly making the movie “Along came Polly” . To me, this is a really hectic schedule. As to Brad, that same year he spent 6 months outside of the country filming Troy. It looked like they purposely planned to stay away from each other.
Now, Jennifer has achieved what she wanted, (though not all). She got fame and money. As for her movie, time will tell. I personally dont think she will achieve the way she wants it to be. To me, in silver screen, you need to have a commanding presence. Jennifer Aniston just doesnt have that. I personally prefer seeing movies with Kate Hudson, Reese, Cameron Diaz, and Julia Roberts.
All her media appearances (Diane Sawyer, Oprah, Access Hollywood) of saying “a baby is on the way” is just a way to save her image. The fact that she was still smoking indicates she has NO intention of opening her womb.
This is what baffles me. Why Not Tell The Truth or dont even bring up the subject? Even when the subject is brought up, she can just deflect it. She did it again on her fake relationship with Vince.
By repeatedly going to the media and lied about things make me question her character. I have No respect for her. I hope she changed.

On another point, I hope Jared puts up a separate thread about the turnaround in S t John’s Knits. Together with a photo of Angelina modelling one of their knits - or may be the pregnancy knit which she wore last year in:)
I must confess that I wondered whether Angelina wasn’t making a big mistake by signing up as S t John’s face given that (a) it was well known that it was a design company which had lost its way for a while and (b) the belief that the regular customers are older wealthy women - women we might typically associate as being the minivan majority who supposedly dislike Angelina and vial of blood, man eating ways.
I wondered if S t John would be able to turn itself around. It had lost it entire creative team - Kelly Gray and parents and designer. If the designs of the outfits sucks because S t John’s can’t work out whom it wants to sell to - younger women who can’t afford s t John’s or older women who might form part of the minivan majority, then it is very difficult to turn around the company just by the marketing. Who after all, is the company supposed to be marketing to? The younger set who can’t afford the clothes or the older ones who find Angelina not someone they can identify with? I knew that if the company couldn’t turn itself around, haters would be quick to blame the failure ALL on her, never mind that no matter what the brand, designs matter for any clothing company. Now, I’d just like to say that Angelina clearly played a part in turnaround of the S t John and I’m really happy she did. And no, I’m not saying it’s ALL due to Angelina, or even a large part due to Angelina. Merely that she played her part. (I’m gonna really laugh when the deriders come and say that Angelina hardly played a role at all in helping S t Johns turnaround)
The news that Angelina has been part of the effort to turnaround S t John reveals at least 2 things.
(1) is the fact that S T John is coming back with better focus on its customers, better designs for its customers
(2) Angelina as the face of the brand, has attracted more customers then she might have turned off.
So, one of the conclusions we might draw from this is that these older women customers, haven’t been as turned off by Angelina as some people might like us to think. I believe this to be true. Successful older women didn’t get to where they did where they can afford S t John’s clothes by wasting their time on pity parties. Many many of the regular fans here are women over 35 who have lived lives, made mistakes and learnt from them. We admire Angelina for (a) determination to live her life on her terms, (b) growing up and learning from her past mistakes, (c) her determination to help those less fortunate.
Also, Angelina has been able to attract the younger crowd to the designs. Younger women who can aspire to be like Angelina, a woman who has it all. A career, a man (and presumably a great sex life:)), and a family (complete with grandparents and uncles and aunties for the kids), fame, wealth and a social conscience.
One last point. I remember reading that Angelina’s shisedo advertisements for lipstick pushed sales up by 25% - isn’t that grand???
