OlderPax Thien Jolie’s Adoption Papers
Here are the adoptions papers that Angelina Jolie filed with authorities in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in order to gain custody of 3-year-old son Pax Thien Jolie. The adoption agency Angelina used also issued this statement following the adoption of Pax.
Bui Thi Bich Tuyen, a nurse from Tam Binh Orphanage where Angelina adopted Pax said staff there didn’t realize she and Brad Pitt were celebrities when they first visited last year during Thanksgiving — Angelina shared crayons and drew pictures with the kids.
Said Tuyen, “They looked very much like ordinary people. We thought that they were just an ordinary couple that wanted to play with the kids and give them presents. They brought lots of toys. We could already see that she had a heart for children.”

I too believe something is just not right. Brad, as much as I love him, seems way too cool and disconnected during this whole process. Until I see Angelina back in L.A. WITH BRAD, I will continue to think there is something a matter with them. Angelina has also failed to utter his name during her interviews, however that could also be because she has filed as a single person so she can’t really mention him, I dont know. On a better note, Pax is adorable and Angelina has a new son.
guli, we have been writing the govt every week. They abuse the Patriot Act to the max. While Freedom of Information helps us the Act gives them the right to trample on what made this country different, civil liberties. Write your Senator, the President! I know from what I do how bad it’s gotten, and we are a liberal paper! People I work for the company that owns USA Today that will not hurt me so I know what I’m saying!

Talk to me about the patriot act when bush and cheney start putting our pictures and birth certificates on the internet, exposed for all to read.

Is something off because the girls are in L.A. with their father? Is something off with other overseas adoptions where one parent goes and the other stays in the states? That would be a resounding NO.

Susie- I agee with you!!!! I was just stating what the deal is! Doesnt mean I think it’s right!! I have no control how others abuse the Act. I was stating what happens! So how are we going back and forth. I agree with you! I was giving you the reasons this is happening!

Jessica, you sound so negative! If you’re a fan of Brad, you will know that Brad is not a manwhore! He loves his family and he’s a good guy, he’s got his standards and morals!!!! Example, just look how many years he stayed with X and no cheatings!!!!! It says a lot when a guy stick with a woman this long and no cheating, but than again Brad has never cheated on any of his X and what makes you think he’s going to do that to Angie. I mean, yeah I am a true Brad’s fan and Angie’s fan, but I don’t think that Brad can find another woman like Angie!!!!!!!!!
I too am unhappy to see all the info that is now public, but you all have to remember that Vietnam is a poor country, with little exposure to the world at large, still pretty much a closed society. Money can buy many things that should and would be confidential in other parts of the world. The people there do not have experience dealing with the worldwide media, they are pretty naive, one example of that is that the orphanage staff professed their surprise to find out who Angelina and Brad were when they visited last November, and tourists recognized Brad and Angelina before Vietnamese did.
When Angelina adopted Zahara, she was not on the main media radar having lived mostly in England for a couple of years. So she could and did travel all over without bodyguards and security. She and Brad could slip in and out of Ethopia with ease. Now if you notice, she always has bodyguards and security because she realizes that her life is now different and she had to adapt to protect her loved ones. Also the orphanage director where Zahara was did talk, did release some paperwork on Zahara including her passport and pix, the nurse that cared for Zahara talked, but they had already picked Zee up and left the country. I don’t know what it is about Brad, but he attracts attention, no matter what he does, and now with Angelina and the kids the attention is super sized. that is just the way it is. I imagine Angelina hoped to slip into Vietnam with minimal security as she had done in January, get all the adoption requirements done quietly, and leave with Pax, but that didn’t happen. The up side is that she now knows what she faces when she adopts again. Lessons can be learned from every experience.

Her interview has a strong “single parent” vibe. How the hell some of you are so sure that the girls are in L.A? reuters has them with their mother in vietnam, even they mention that their nanny and Holly are there too.
Jessica, Angie has the kid already and everything went well, what’s there for Brad not to look cool about? The woman can take care of business.
OK—- just a question, will moving to the “Thank you thread” make everyone happier. This is a done deal and I said it over and over ,again ITA. We can’t change what was said and why it was relesed by the officials in Vietnam or the Orphenage directors is an anamoly to me as well as to you. SO, lets focus on the positive, a child who has won the lottery in my eyes with this wonderful loving family…So what do you say BAMPZS fans, lets celebrate the fact that there is one less orphan who would have lived his whole life in an institution w/o a family, that’s something to celebrate. OK, I am talking to websurfer and will be back.. Geez, I know I’ll be fried for speaking out again, but heck I’ll be gone in a few weeks I just want to enjoy all of you and this whole familty till then :lol: :lol: :lol:
She adopted as a single parent, use your common sense! When she comes back to the U.S. Brad takes over just like he did for Zee. Besides do you know any other house that Angie is going to except Brad Pitt’s house?

mmm. You’re an idiot. Rueters is the only source that has said the girls are with her. There has been no mention of them being there. Plenty of mentions of them being in L.A. with Brad.
You get on with your m&m loving self. The candy for kiddies.
I’m catching up with the posts, so Sin City starts filming in June/July? I don’t think angelina will do it :( if she’s doing a movie, it will probably be the clint eastwood one, since filming starts at the end of the year/early next year.
