Angelina Jolie Saves St. John Knits

It was just announced that Angelina Jolie, St. John’s current spokesmodel, will again appear in the Fall/Winter 2007 St. John Knits ad campaign, which will be photographed soon.

Said creative consultant and former creative director Kelly Gray, “You know I can’t give you the shoot dates but she is definitely a part of that creative team and I’m proud to be a part of it.”"

Said St. John chairman Jim Kelley, “We lost our way for a while with the product. We’ve got the business back on track. Things are proceeding really well.”

Angelina helped rejuvenate the dying St. John label, which is now worth over $400 million.

nooooooo. you’re not hyping the winger/hater storyline — jolie destroyed that clothing line. (not like they could fit into the clothes anyway…) it kills them to see her triumph in everything she does, while they are just left to sit in front of their computers and seethe with jealousy.

VIPER, part of the interview said that she will not make any movies for a while which take up lots of time away from one’s family. Kate Winslett said something very similar to what Angelina said recently. A photo shoot is a day or two for a couple of hours. Stay at home moms do get out of the house and participate in activities, you know, like other people do. Stay at home moms are not chained in the kitchen, THEY ARE ALLOWED TO VENTURE OUT.

Get real, you are just jealous that in spite of the lies planted that St. John’s was failing due to Angelina, THE TRUTH HAS EMERGED, ANGELINA HAS GIVEN LIFE TO THE COMPANY, JUST AS SHE HAS DONE WITH BRAD. HAIL ANGELINA!

However, you would have to get in line behind a bunch of other crumb snatchers who have a firm grip on my meager salary. Best wishes to AJ, Maddox and Pax. St Johns is classic, I have pieces from my mom. They needed Angie to keep them in the spot light. Perfect spokesperson beautiful, accomplished, sexy and independant. The total package!
