As just reported, here is the exclusive Hello! magazine cover of new mom Angelina Jolie and Pax Thien Jolie. This issue will provide an “intimate glimpse of Angelina as she arrived in Vietnam to pick up her new adopted son Pax Thien last week.”
Here are some highlights from Angelina’s intimate interview with Hello!:
- On her son’s kindness: “He is a very serious, very sweet little boy.”
- On Pax coping with his new life “You can imagine what courage it takes to be in all new surroundings with new people and a new language. He is very strong.”
- On being a devoted mom: “I will stay at home to help Pax adjust to his new life. I have four children and caring for them is the most important thing for me at the moment. I am very proud and happy to be their mother.”
- On strengthening bonds with Pax: “We are slowly beginning to build his trust and bond but it will feel complete only when we are all together.”
And according to a Hello! press release, there will be “breathtaking spread features [of] young Pax playing and napping with his new siblings.” We can look forward to a great photo spread of Angelina, Pax, Maddox, and Zahara.
Hello! reports that once they fly back to L.A., Pax will meet his youngest sister, Shiloh, and dad Brad Pitt.

I still think this was done to counter the negative press. Access Hollywood had on the lady from the adoption agency that work with Angelina. Now that has not happen before. A week after Angelina went to get Pax and the press are still asking questions.
Yes I know Angelina normally does not care about negative press but this is less about her and more abot the integrety of the adoption process and the agency that she used.
If you are a long time fan of Brad than you know he would not care about being in this photoshoot. That he knows what is truly important and what is just zen master spin. His being a father is not established or diminished by him being in this photoshoot.

do you know if Shiloh was ill, or think about a child not yet a year old traveling at that pace. If she had taken her you would have slammed her for that. So just stop trying to find fault. We don’t know so how can anyone make judgements. You wouldn’t appreciate that in your life. So stop it!

Its still putting a camera in young Pax face when he has been described as shy. I guess he better get used to it because that is the JOLIE-pitt way. More photoshoots to come, can’t wait.

I am cleaning my house and watch The Bone Collector, and it is raining and gray. One day I was cleaning my house and it was raining and gray. I turned on tv and The Bone Collector was on. I had never seen it. Loved it. Bought the dvd, and now whenever I clean my house I pop it in the dvd. She is the same size then as now.
People forget that these two people talk to one another. They communicate. They discuss things. As Brad said in that interview in Interview magazine they put everything on the table. I believe him.. These are smart people who care for one another. Will they last forever? Who knows. Who really cares. Right now they are building a family. It is not my family, nor yours. But it is their family and they have the right to build it as they see fit. She is like Wyclef Jean said she is very protective of her children. She is doing what she and Brad thinks is best to insure minimal harm to their, their newest member. Maddox, Z, and Shiloh are old pros with the papps. This child has probably never seen a photographer in his young life. Try to see the good. For some of you this will be difficult I know, therefore I will pray for you. Peace.

Coal- no problem ,I was happy to forward all the posts. I’ve got one sick one but otherwise they are great. I made my 2nd loaf of banana bread this week today. I’ve been making that recipe since high school! whew, I’m getting old.
What is all the commotion about the photo shoot? I don’t see anything wrong about Brad not being in it. I am sure Angie doesn’t want to be in it either, but they can’t have a photo spread with just the kids. The haters are going to scream bloody murder anyway. Back to reading the posts.

Some people are acting like Brad is the only one clueless about what is happening in his OWN FREAKING LIFE!!! The process of this adoption took place shortly after Shiloh was born. Brad knew exactly what was going to happen long before we had any clue that they where even going to adopt. Just because we are late on the news doesn’t mean that the Jolie Pitt’s are too.

As I said Brad and Angie are great planners. The whole media and press are having their eyes on this adoption right now. Pax is in high demand. So it would be wise if all the rumours out there will be corrected as soon as possible and also some details by Angelina her self as she is the only official adopter for now.
Plus the only picture the public got to see of Pax and Angie was from the back and we couldn’t see their faces and their expressions. If they would have wait until Brad will adopt the child that would follow a lot of chasing from the paps so they can get a good glimpse of the family with their new son. Angie wanted to just get on with that photo shoot so the demand and the prise of Pax’s pictures will be lesser so he will be able to adjust to his new environment without many detractors. The world will be able to see their high quality pictures so the eagerness of the public will be less and less.
Now that we are talking Angie might be heading back in the US and Brad will soon be with his whole family. So all this discussion is just unnecessary

Agree with all you said. They both totally believe in adoption and want Pax’s adoption to be positive.
Brad and Angelina will do their best to get the truth out and mostly succeed, but the rabid crazies have lost what little control they have, because they see that Pax’s adoption binds the family even closer. It’s going to be a rocky nite on this thread. All kinds of filth will be spewed in their unbelievable unending anger and bitterness. How sad.

Until I see full articles and pictures I’m not going to make any ASSumptions about anything, but I will say that if Hello has an article about Adoption from Third World Countries that includes a picture of Maddox, Pax, and Zahara only I’m not going to scream at the ocean about it. Angelina and Brad have their reasons for doing things the way that they do and I don’t think it is anyone’s place to judge. Do you really think Shiloh is going to know if she isn’t in one picture or care, years from now? Good grief.

Just asking, but has anyone stop to consider that by doing this shoot and presenting Pax to the public and media this might lessen the frenzy surrounding this child. By trying not to expose him to the public, press, she opens the door for the paps to want to hound her and all of her children. Remember she said that the paps frightened him. So get it out of the way. Introduce him in a controlled environment with the other children. I don’t see what the big deal is. If AJ wanted to be on the cover of a magazine she could be on any as many as she wanted to be on. When they can’t get her for a cover , they put old pictures of her on them. I think it is a smart move. I am certain she and Brad thought this through rather carefully. I know some of you will tis, tis, tis this theory and still call her names. But in the long run, even the short run, you have nothing to do with it. And if the decision has been made, you certainly can’t change. Therefore stfu. You forget these are not your children. This is not your life. I am sure if Brad didn’t think it was the right thing to do, she would not be doing it. I know some of you think he is whipped, but I for one believe he has just as much say so as she does. Peace.

For everyone upset Shiloh was left in LA. She’s not even a year old yet. There could many reasons. I think if all of us had to make that desision we also would have left a child home that isn’t even a year old, is most likely teething and who knows what! please give it a rest.
Is there going to be a day when we will just appreciate pictures without offensive comments? This family is going to be very big, people won’t be able to keep up, otherwise we are going to be having “what child is taken out and which one is left behind” discussion forever. They have to decide what’s best for their family and we just have to respect that. They are all going to be together soon and maybe they won’t have any cause to be away from each other more than their usual four days again.
