Woody Allen: Scarlett Johansson is Criminally Sexy
And boy does Woody Allen have it right…
71-year-old Woody describes Scarlett Johansson, 22, as “criminally sexy” in an e-mail sent to Vogue about his Match Point muse, reports USA Today.
“She is unlike anyone who has come before her, and while she is a much stronger actress in every way, there is a tiny bit of Marilyn Monroe in her zaftig humidity.”
Here are a few more highlights from Scarlett’s interview with Vogue:
- On singing praises about Woody: “I’d sew the hems of his pants if he asked me to.”
- On having “fun” with Justin Timberlake: “We had fun together, but it’s not like the first time I’ve ever hung out with him. I think this happens because we’re both single and in the spotlight, and obviously Justin’s a very high-profile person.”
- On her and Justin being an item: “Not true.”
- On her break-up with Josh Hartnett: “I’d rather not comment on my personal life in that way.”

It was his wife’s adopted daughter, not a relation, and she was an adult when they met. What Allen does is bring the best out of Scarlett Johansson as an actress, and if he finds her attractive, so what?

Certainly she is sexy! But at the cover of VOGUE magazine she looks too brutal… Femme-fatalle
Scarlett ist hot but she is in way too many movies and I’m sick of seeing her to be honest even though I loved her at first. It seems like everywhere I look she is there, and I don’t like that because then all movies start to feel the same.
The vogue cover looks awful though. She looks like a cheap *****. And not a sexy cheap *****, a non-attractive cheap *****.
She is usually much prettier
To all you guys who say she’s “not pretty” or “ugly”, you better be ******* Victoria’s Secret model beautiful in order to not be a hypocrite. She is clearly beautiful, although I so agree with mickey; her beauty is her greatest asset. I saw Vicky Cristina Barcelona on DVD yesterday and she absolutely sucked. Every action was so awkward and contrived, it was painful to watch, especially in the scene where she breaks up with Maria Ellen and her ex. The only time she seemed remotely natural was during the sex scenes… huh… must just be a coincidence, right? Overrated indeed.
