OlderLeonardo DiCaprio Reads Tabloids
Do celebrities indulge in tabloids too? They most certainly do!
Leonardo DiCaprio and Israeli supermodel girlfriend Bar Refaeli stocked up on all the latest tabloids including Star, Us Weekly and Life & Style at Ralphs supermarket on late Friday night.
For a celebrity couple that hate invasive nature of the tabloids, they sure love reading them!
The pair were also seen sniffing deodorants for him and her before they spotted a photographer taking pictures of them and walked away with their shopping cart.
Leo and Bar were last spotted together visiting Israeli Vice Premier and former Prime Minister Shimon Peres in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
It was announced earlier this week that Leo will be reuniting with his Titanic co-star Kate Winslet for a Revolutionary Road, drama about postwar disillusionment, which will be directed by Kate’s husband, British filmmaker Sam Mendes (American Beauty).

They were probaly for Bar rather than Leo thats what most women read mags in moderation of course
Leo said once that he thinks tabloids are really funny to read but that was quite a few years ago, you’re probably right that they are for Bar. I think they make a hot couple.

What is kinda funny is that in the photos you can also see the latest STAR Magazine in their shopping cart (it is the magazine on the top of the orange box in the cart.) That mag has a big two-page article in it about Leo and Bar supposedly getting engaged in Israel with lots of pics of the two. I wonder how Leo and Bar liked that article?
I hope they just read it an have a good laugh, I’m sure by now Leo knows better then to let the rags get to him.
Ew, I hate Bar! She’s just a little ****. No one even heard of her until Leo and her got together. And they look so unhappy whenever they are together. Leo can do SO much better than her! And if this marriage is true, which i doubt it is because Leo said that he wanted to know the person he marries for at least 10 years, and they’ve only been dating for a month or two, it won’t last.
I think it is so hilarious that they are sniffing the deodorants! I do that too, well with shampoos anyway. Leo you should always buy unscented deodorant.

Leo really needs to step up his game when it comes to girlfriends. They all seem to keep him down. Yeah Gisele was more famous than this Bar person, but she was no better. He thinks he’s Johnny Depp with the whole model thingy.
Leo and Bar are looking good. I’m really, really happy Kate and Leo are making another movie together. I was slightly pissed at Leo for saying he regretted making TITANIC because he and Kate were hot in that movie, they’ve got great chemistry. I’m also glad they read the tabs, makes them seem more down to earth,lol.
Andrea they’ve been dating for 6 months or more I believe but I also doubt he would marry someone so quickly…You/Me I’m really excited about Kate and Leo doing revolutionary road too! It’s cool that Kate’s husband is directing it. Wonder if that will make it awkward at all though, probably not : )

The magazines were more than likely Bar’s. Why should they pay someone to do their shopping, Leo is very down to earth he would never do that.
And Leo and Bar have been together for 16 months.
The simply look like a normal couple to me. Doing what all couples do when they go shopping. I guess they want to keep up with the recent marriage rumors (true or false) circulating in the news… that’s the reason for all those tabloids in the cart.
Yes, milkysoup, Leo and Bar have been steady since November 2005. And it seems like she has moved with him in in L.A.
They are hypocrites. They say they hate paparazzi and tabloids, yet they buy them. Oh Leo, Leo once a loser always a loser.
don’t hate. Just becuase they get a kick out of reading them doesn’t mean they’re gonna make it easy for the paps to put them on the cover.
I bet leo was buying those tabloids to see if giselle was really pregnant by tom brady, but was too ashamed to call and ask her about it, so he had to buy his info from the rag mags! LOL
I agree w/ You/Me I too was alittle pissed about him regretting TITANIC.But I’d regret it too if almost the whole world was obsesed w/ me, and about the tabloid thing so what if they wanted to see if the Israel thing was in it. Its their private bussiness ,and even if he’s hot we need to leave them alone!!!!!
They will not see too much about them on these rags - but there’s a lot of Gisele and Tom. Maybe that’s the reason why they (or Leo) are buying it…
according to gisele they are still “very” good friends so i’m sure he knows all about the lack of a pregnancy.

Jared, thanks for those cute pics of Leo and Bar doing normal things. I love to see more pics, keep it coming. Leo never regret doing TITANIC, in fact he is very proud that this film did extremely well, and it became an instant classic. It has given him better opportunities too as an actor, he said this in many many interviews. He is very grateful to Titanic.
I’ve heard him speak about it that way too. I think his only complaint was the mania that followed, not the film itself. I concur on the keep the Leo posts coming! And thanks for the pics JJ : )
