Anna Nicole Died From Drug Overdose
Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith died of an accidental drug overdose, police announced early Monday morning.
“We found nothing to indicate any foul play,” said Chief of the Seminole Police Department Charlie Tiger.
Apparently there were no serious injuries and no evidence of illegal drugs on the day Anna Nicole died. The cause of Anna Nicole’s death was a combination of the flu and slight infection from the abscess, the sleeping pills, and the therapeutic drugs.
Therefore, partner Howard Stern will not be prosecuted.

It doesn’t matter how old she is or how strong willed. he is responsible for NOT doing something. There were others who could have done something but the buck stopped with him.

Are you for real? If it were that easy EVERY DRUG ADDICT THROUGHOUT HISTORY WOULD HAVE BBEN SAVED, because everybody had somebody who loved them. Ask any parent, spouse or sibling who had someone they loved die from drugs. Sometimes you just can’t save a person from him/herself.
An addict has to want to be saved, has to want to quit or they will find the drugs even if they have to kill someone toget it. In Anna Nicole’s case it was even easier because she had the money to pay doctors to prescribe whatever she wanted and FedEx it to her anywhere.
Gone are the days when you locked a person away in a sanatorium for his/or her good and they were never seen or heard from again. You can’t lock away adults for taking drugs or half of Hollywood would be in a sanatorium.
You people who are saying to investigate Howard …Hello idiots!! Everyone has been investigated that’s why it’s taken 6 weeks. Duh. He’s innocent whether you like it or not. STFU already.
I think everyone knew it was a drug overdose that killed Anna. As for whether it was deliberate or accidental I think deep down she wanted to die and thats totally understandable. She had just lost her son and was probably suffering from post partem depression as well. Many women find each of those conditions extremely difficult to handle let alone both at once.
i feel really bad for the whole group except for anna’s mother. i saw an interview with anna and howard, it was after daniels death, and she said that her mother abused her and that her mother would never lay a hand on her baby.
she was sick, and had depression. she might have forgotten to tell the doctor “oh, by the way i’m on this and this medicane already.” but yal are right. she is a grown woman and if she refused to go to the doctor then she refused. but then again, a very close friend came forward and said that she was starting to get over her stomach almient.
i feel as though anna lived a life where all she wanted was to be loved. i think she never really got that love except from daniel. also, daniel was old enough and knew what he was doing. SO DON’T BLAME THE DEAD MOTHER FOR HER SON’S DEATH!
i’m not a fan of anna, i actually disliked her b/f daniels death, i still wish that everyone would recognize that this all was an accident and that she had nothing to do with daniel’s death and that howard did not kill neither of them.

Druggies are good liars, they will have you thinking everyone hates them. Vickie was always drugged. Vickie hated her mama because Virgie didn’t approve of her drug induced lifestyle and Virgie wanted to get her away from her pimp, HK$.
If Virgie was bad as you all think, why would Vickie let her raise Daniel for the first 8 years of his life.

honestly my opinion is that they were more busy taking pictures instead of cheking to if they could find out to revive her and thats how she died!
