Wynonna Judd filed for divorce today from her husband Dan R. Roach.
Roach, 49, was arrested last week in Texas and charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a minor (child younger than 13) in Nashville, police said.
The 42-year-old country singer, whose sister is actress Ashley Judd, released the following statement on her Web site:
“I am obviously devastated. Our family will pull together, begin the healing process and hopefully - by the Grace of God - become stronger. We will move forward with our faith, family and our friends to find resolution to this difficult situation.”

She’s had a really rough life and it sucks that this is happening on top of it all. I remember when they talked about her wedding on Oprah. Poor Wynona. She has a beautiful voice.
I’m glad she’s been prompt about filing for divorce. That’s not something a marraige bounces back from, never mind any time of relationship. I hope she doesn’t get screwed in the divorce settlement.

The question is: How long has he been doing this to children and who are his other victims? You’d have to be kidding yourself or in deep denial if you think this is the first time he’s done this — he’s a sexual predator of children - they don’t just surpress their urges and then (at age ******* 40) decide to act on them. He needs to burn.
