Celebrities Fight Poverty… in German
Celebrities continue in the worldwide fight against poverty in the German “Your Voice Against Poverty” commercial that was shown during the G8 Summit in Germany.
(The Group of Eight (G8) is an international forum for the governments of Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States.)
In the black-and-white commercial, 21 celebrities appear and speak German including Bono, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Penelope Cruz, Antonio Banderas, Claudia Schiffer, and miscellaneous German celebrities.

Indeed, the specifics of the scheme — which Brangelina’s bodyguards first learned about from British security sources — are chilling. “Information came out that leaders of the gang ordered their LA members to devise a plan to kidnap Pax before demanding a ransom of $100 million for his safe return,” the insider says. “Brad and Angie would have a number of days to hand over the money or risk the boy’s life.”

But the insider says the star’s security team informed him that Pax was in legitimate danger. When Brad (who had remained in LA with Shiloh) then called Angie to tell her the terrible news, “she sobbed that she’d die if anything happened to Pax,” a friend says.

Clearly my point was lost on a few of you - I suggest you grab a piece of Perspective Cake too. Of course there is a time and place for PT’s Tabloid Report. I just find it absurd that it would be a concern on a thread about FIGHTING POVERTY!

Think about it Coal, PT knows this thread is about ONE campaign, so she post the tabs report on the old thread, for someone so thoughtful like that in first place, is it odd that she turns around and complaint that no one care about it?….think about it.

The sad part about this is that the general public is foolish enough to believe EVERYTHING in the tabloids. Its a shame, today I searched Google News for “Angelina Jolie” and ALL the articles are about US Weekly’s latest issue with Angie, AND Angie’s quote about her feeling more for her adopted kids than Shiloh had like 30 reposted articles!! I guess the Maniston fans found this opportunity to bash Angie, and used it to their advantage. Its just a shame that the general public is so easily fooled by the tabloids, and will believe everything that is printed.

Regarding PT’s weekly tabloid report, I know a lot of people are waiting and love her post. I dont read that report. But that’s me. I’m not lobbying others NOT to read it. Dont get me wrong. I appreciate that she spends time on giving fans a recap.
I’ll tell you why I skip that “tabloid recap” post. Many times, clients ask me if certain tax laws have passed. I usually tell these people that I dont keep track of them. I will read about them only when it finally passed Congress and becomes effective . Because keeping track of the status and progress will be too confusing . Frequently, when it finally passed, the final IRS code is very much revised from the original proposal. There are just too many things in life. I usually wait until it becomes law.
That’s the reason why I never read PT’s recap because it’s a recap of the tabloids, NOT facts. I ‘m afraid to mix up tabloids and facts. But that’s me. I am in no way lobbying anyone to do the same
