OlderAngelina’s Brother: “Brad Changed My Sister A Lot”
Angelina Jolie’s brother James Haven gave an interview to British weekly Grazia
, reports Us Weekly. He speaks out on her relationship with Brad Pitt and why they work so well.
On the rumors that Angelina is controlling: “I have never seen any sign of tension between them. They make all their decisions together. It’s rubbish that she tries to control him. They have a balanced relationship; they each do their stuff. I’ve never seen moments where one is nagging or controlling the other.”
On how Brad changed Angelina: “Brad has changed my sister a lot. They have an extraordinary bond, but not on the usual level. Brad is so strong for her; when she feels vulnerable, he has the most incredible strength. She says she couldn’t have adopted more children after Maddox without him.”
On why they work: “The great thing about Brad and Angelina is that they really get each other’s sense of humor, and make each other laugh a lot. They talk about politics a great deal and are very creative together with the projects they are working on. If it keeps going the way it’s going, they’ll be together for life.”

Wasn’t Angelina Jolie lying when she adopted her new son “as a single mom”, when she’s obviously not single? Explain… please? Because it is illegal in Vietnam to adopt as an unmarried couple. And why didn’t Brad Pitt go with her, adopting a child is very serious/important.

She adopted as a single person. THERE IS NO LAW that says you can not live with someone or be in a relationship with someone and adopt. Her adoption was legal. Clear and simple.

1. Angelina is single, she is not married, she was not lying.She adopted Pax in Vietnam, Brad will adopt him in the US as he did with Maddox and Zahara.
2. Brad was working on a movie in LA, he had contractual obligations. That’s why the whole family relocated to LA from NOLA at the beginning of March. Just like Angelina was working on a movie in Namibia under contract when she adopted Maddox, she could not travel to Cambodia to pick him up, so Maddox was brought to her on location in Namibia.
Understand now? Questions answered? Most likely not. You don’t really want answers, do you?

I’m with most BAMPZS, the Grazia “interview” is fake, like the Daily Mail “interview”. If James Haven was willing to open his mouth to give an interview about his life - with insights to his sister’s life, both during their childhood and now with Brad Pitt, People or Hello would be clamouring for the interview. Can anyone honestly believe that he would give it to the Daily Mail and Grazia - which incidentally was selling at a special price of 0.99 pence last year (about US$1.50) when I was in London. Like, no wonder Grazia can’t even affort to hire an american tablie writer who know how to use the american vernacular. LOL.
Grazia Magazine is a bunch of lies, sorry , even if the stories are “nice”

Kate Wynslet sued Grazia last week for a weight story and she won; they had to write a apology , and they said they will give money to a charity of her choise;
guli- hard to argue a point when you know you are wrong going in. They never learn. I am so sick of the haters whining over “she adopted as single and she’s with Brad. She lied, she cheated etc…” I would bet that the VN officials had a pretty good idea of who she was and who she is with before she signed the final papers. OT: I saw Sanjaya Malakar “perform” tonight as well. Aside from all the extra that he puits out to distract us, his main problem is his PROJECTION when singing. He needs vocal lessons to learn how to do that. When he sings to himself he’s passable but you have to be able to sing out to the audience, with power..to the person in the last row of a 5,000 seat theatre. He can’t project more that 2 feet in front of him like a mouse without falling out and being all pitchy. He will survive this week but be gone next week.
Don’t forget The Good Sheperd comes out on DVD today.

sophie, I don’t see your questions as an attack. But I am confused. Is Angelina legally married to Brad? if she isn’t, doesn’t that mean she is legally single? are you saying that an unmarried couple living together are in fact legally married? Please explain yourself.

I also think the interview is fake. James will not talk about his sister’ life in tabloid.
But the strong proof is that Angie always planed to adopt more after Mad. She tried in 2004 (or 2003, I am not so sure about the year). Anyway she always wanted at least three children (she said soccer team but she also said she knew she could only handle three as a single mom).

By becoming the mother of a Cambodian boy (Maddox), an Ethiopian girl (Zahara), and, now, Pax, Jolie is helping to diminish the stigma that’s attached to children of color from poverty-stricken countries. It’s helped call attention to the plight of 14 million orphans in Africa whose parents have died of AIDS.
Any woman who adopts a child of another culture will have to deal with stares, stupid questions and with helping the child overcome feelings of cultural isolation. But these are not insurmountable problems and, frankly, it’s a better life than remaining in an orphanage.
Really, it wouldn’t be as big of an issue if the rest of us learned to feel comfortable with mixed-ethnicity families. (I refrain from using the term “race” because we’re all from the same race: human.)
It’s ironic that people living in one of the most diverse countries on the planet continue to struggle with diversity.
So many of us live segregated lives that impede our ability to understand each other.
